Recent government policies are increasing interest in zero-energy housing, a building that minimizes energy consumption (90% reduction). As the importance of building passive performance is emphasized, the role of insulation is increasing as a way to reduce indoor heat loss in order to minimize the use of cooling and heating energy. There are two main types of insulation. Organic insulation is widely used for various construction structures such as construction and industrial due to some merits such as the convenience of construction and construction cost. However, it has been pointed out as a main cause every time a fire accident occurs, Jecheon Sports Center ', the fire damage of buildings caused by the use of organic insulation materials is expanding to social problems, so it is urgent to research on nonflammable inorganic insulation materials.

본 연구의 목적은 초등교사를 중심으로 교사의 업무수행에 필요한 중요 직무역량은 무엇이며 이러한 역량이 직무성과와 어떠한 관계가 있는지 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위해 경기도 초등학교에서 재직 중인 310명의 초등교사를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 회수된 291개(93.8%)의 설문을 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 교사들은 `태도`역량을 가장 중요한 역량으로 인식하고 있는 반면, `학교학급 경영지원`과 관련된 역량은 다소 중요하지 않게 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 경력이 많을수록 교사가 인식하는 직무역량은 높았다. 셋째, 마지막으로 석사 이상 고학력 교사의 외적 직무성과(연구대회 수상, 일반대회 수상, 지도학생 수상 등)는 다른 집단에 비해 월등히 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 기초로 초등교사교육의 직무역량 향상에 관한 시사점을 제안하였다. This study aims to discover what kind of the job competence required to execute various jobs of teachers have impacted on the job performance of them. In order to find the study hypothesis, a survey questionnaire was distributed to the elementary school teachers working in Gyeonggi province currently. The total of 310 surveys had been collected for two weeks. Among the received questionnaire, finally, 291samples were selected and used for analysis except for uncomplicated questionnaire. The major findings of study are as followed : (1) the elementary school teachers perceived the attitude competency as most important factor, whereas classroom support competency was lowest; (2) the past teaching experience presented the more experienced as a teacher had the higher level of competence. The academic achievements showed significant differences some competence groups; and (3) The teachers with higher level of academic degree had higher external performance. We also suggested some implications for education and training of elementary school teachers.

In recent years, the construction industry has also applied the dry method that can be assembled in the field by industrialization and factory production, which is free from climatic effects and can reduce the cost due to mass production and simplify the work in the field. Among the building materials used in this dry method, ALC products are made by mixing calcium oxide, gypsum, cement, and water in silica and putting them in an autoclave to create voids in the interior through steam curing at high temperature and pressure. But it requires curing cycle conditions of warming, isothermal, and temperature curing. It depends on the performance of the product depending on the curing conditions, the economical efficiency due to high oil prices, the emission of greenhouse gases by the use of fossil fuels .Experiments were conducted to select an appropriate animal protein foam for lightweight foamed concrete block which was cured by applying a prefilling method to replace existing ALC products. As a result of investigating the characteristics of lightweight foamed concrete by type of animal protein foam, it is considered that FP3 is most suitable for manufacturing lightweight foamed concrete block.

Organic insulating materials can cause fatal toxic gases when burned, which can lead to human injury. As a combustible material, the risk of fire spreading is great. Therefore, there is a need for a study on the lightweight cured body for the non-combustible inorganic insulation to replace the flammable organic insulation. This study aims to examine the properties of lightweight foamed concrete according to the dilution concentration of animal foaming agent which forms a closed void when foaming as a part of the experiment to examine the utility of the lightweight foamed concrete as an insulating material. Bubbles occupy a large volume of lightweight foam concrete and have a great influence on the properties. Therefore, the stability of the bubble is very important, and as a result of the experiment, it is determined that 3% of the smallest vesicles are prepared at the proper dilution concentration.

Recently, the interest in remodeling of new and old buildings is increasing worldwide. As a result, the frequency of use of architectural adhesives has increased. Currently, adhesives used in buildings are made of organic materials in most cases, and epoxy resin adhesives are most widely used. However, epoxy resin adhesives contain formaldehyde and VOCs in the room during construction, which can cause sick house syndrome. In case of building fire, it may cause damage due to carbon monoxide generated from organic materials. It is urgent to study the problem of epoxy fill adhesive made of such organic materials. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the adhesion of epoxy resin adhesive, which is a problem of epoxy resin adhesive, which is an existing organic adhesive by using inorganic materials such as magnesia and phosphate, And the inorganic adhesive which does not emit the release amount as an inorganic material.

In recent years, harmful substances and fine dust in the air are caused by respiratory and cardiovascular diseases through various mechanisms when they are introduced into the human body through respiration, thereby exacerbating human health and causing cancer by prolonged exposure do. In order to prevent such fine dust from being introduced into the room and to improve indoor air quality, improvement of air quality has attracted attention. Among indoor air pollutants, fine dust and CO2 are pollutants that are directly affected by indoor number and activity. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the basic performance of cement matrix using photosynthetic bacteria as a basic study of fine dust and CO2 adsorption type matrix to suppress indoor air pollution and improve air quality.

The purpose of this study is to identify the current technological capabilities of Off-Site Construction(OSC), and to investigate and analyze factors that reduce On-site productivity. One middle size public housing was investigated, and the sample size was 800. The results of this study are as follows. PC members installation are closely related to the on-site installation productivity in the installation process. Through this study, it is intended to contribute to the revitalization of PC public housing by reflecting them when establishing the relevant standards for the supply of PC public housing.
