        서킷 트레이닝이 여자 대학 단거리 육상선수의 신체조성, 체력 및 무산소성 능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of circuit training on body composition, physical fitness and anaerobic ability in female college sprinter. In the current investigation eleven female sprinters were recruited. The circuit training program was conducted 90 minutes/day, 3 days/day for 8 weeks. Circuit training program was made up side step, push-up, jumping squat, v-ups, mountain climber, modified jerk, sergeant jump, pitch, jerk, lying pitch, jumping alternating lunge, arm swing and burpee test. Lean body mass, skeletal muscle mass, basal metabolism rate, muscular strength(1RM bench press, 1RM squat, back strength, right grip strength), muscular endurance(sit-up, flexed arm hang), power(medicine ball throw), flexibility/sit and reach, trunk extension), cardiopulmonary function(physical efficiency index), peak power, peak power/㎏, fatigue index were significantly increased after program participation. In addition, percent body fat, body fat mass, diastolic blood pressure, agility(shuttle run), time at peak power were significantly decreased. The current study identified that participating in 8-week circuit training significantly improved the body composition, physical fitness and anaerobic ability in female college sprinter. In conclusion, circuit training plays a pivotal role in the performance enhancing even in athletic level.

        척추측만증 여자 중학생에서 필라테스 운동의 참여가 Cobb’s 각 체력 및 허리근육에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the current study was to investigate the effects of pilates exercise on the cobb’s angle, physical fitness and lumbar muscle in scoliosis middle school girls. Twenty-one scoliosis middle school girls were divided into pilates exercise (n=11) and control (n=10) groups. The pilates exercise program was carried out under the condition of RPE 11-15 for 60 minutes, 4 days a week for 12 weeks. Scoliosis(scoliometer angle, cobb’s angle), physical fitness(grip strength, back strength, sit-up, sit and reach, 1,200m running and walking, straight walking test) and lumbar muscle(psoas major muscle, quadratus lumborum muscle, erector spine muscle, multifidus muscle) of all subjects were measured at before and after the program participation. Scoliometer angle and cobb’s angle was significantly decreased within pilates exercise group. Sit-up and sit and reach was significantly increased within pilates exercise group. Walking and straight walking test was significantly decreased within pilates exercise group. Multifidus muscle was significantly increased within pilates exercise group. Our findings concluded the severity of scoliosis middle school girls. There were significant improvements in scoliometer angle, cobh’s angle, sit-up, sit and reach, straight walking test and multifidus muscle in scoliosis middle school girls after pilates exercise program participation. Therefore, it is recommended for middle school girls to participate in regular pilates exercise to improve the scoliosis as well as to increased physical fitness and lumbar muscle.

        육상운동이 척추측만증 여자 중학생의 척추측만도와 체력 및 허리근육에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the current study was to investigate the effects of athletic exercise on the scoliosis, physical fitness and lumbar muscle in scoliosis middle school girls. Twenty-four scoliosis middle school girls were divided into exercise (n=14) and control (n=10) groups. The athletic exercise program was carried out under the condition of RPE 11-15 for 60 minutes, 4 days a week for 12 weeks. Scoliosis(scoliometer angle, cobb"s angle), physical fitness(back strength, sit-up, sit and reach, 1,200m running and walking, straight walking test) and lumbar muscle(psoas major muscle, quadratus lumborum muscle, erector spine muscle, multifidus muscle) of all subjects were measured at before and after the program participation. Therefore, it is recommended for middle school girls to participate in regular athletic exercise to improve the scoliosis as well as to increased physical fitness and lumbar muscle.

        육상운동 프로그램이 여자 중학생의 건강관련체력과 복부지방 및 골밀도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the current study was to investigate the effects of athletics exercise program on the health-related fitness, abdominal fat area and bone mineral density in middle school girls. 20 subjects were divided into control(n=10) and athletics exercise(n=10) groups. The athletics exercise program was conducted 60 minutes/day, 4 days a week for 12 weeks. The results were summarized as follows: Cardiovascular endurance were significantly decreased within athletics exercise group. Muscular endurance, Lumbar 1, Lumbar 4, left femoral neck and left total femoral were significantly increased within athletics exercise group. Total fat area and Lumbar 1 showed significant differences in the interaction effect. Cardiovascular endurance, Lumbar 1, left femoral neck and left total femoral showed significant differences in the between periods. In summary, when considering the above results, we concluded that athletics exercise could improve health-related fitness, abdominal fat area and bone mineral density in middle school girls.

        남자 대학생의 체질량지수에 따른 신체조성과 체력, 대사성질환 위험요인 및 동맥경화지수 비교분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of body composition, physical fitness, metabolic disease risk factors and atherogenic index on male college students. 128 subjects were divided into normal(n=74), overweight(n=19) and obesity(n=35) groups by BMI. They measured body composition (body weight, body mass index, waist circumference, percent body fat, visceral fat area, skeletal muscle mass, basal metabolism), physical fitness(muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance), metabolic disease risk factors(systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, glucose, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglyceride) and atherogenic index(TC/HDL-C, TG/HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C). First, male college student in the obesity group were more likely to have higher level of body weight, body mass index, waist circumference, percent body fat, visceral fat area, skeletal muscle mass, basal metabolism, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, compared to normal group and overweight group. Second, male college student in the obesity group were more likely to have lower level of flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance compared to normal group. Third, male college student in the obesity group were more likely to have higher level of glucose, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglyceride and TC/HDL-C, TG/HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C compared to normal group.

      • 지상파 DMB기반의 ETI 관리시스템 개발

        본 논문은 지상파 DMB를 기반으로 특정서비스를 위한 ETI 관리시스템 개발에 관한 것이다. 다양한 미디어 서비스를 위한 미디어 데이터 스트림을 IP(TCP/IP or UDP/IP)로 입력받고 이를 ETI 프레임 포맷으로 작성해서 G.703 출력으로 지상파 DMB 송신시스템에 제공하는 ETI 관리시스템은 DMB 입출력 보드와 DMB 다중화기로 구성되어 있다. In this paper, a ETI management system for a variety of media services based on Terrestrial-Digital Multimedia Broadcasting(T-DMB) is introduced. This system consists of DMB I/O board and DMB multiplexer. The system transforms media data stream over IP(TCP/IP or UDP/IP) for these services to ETI frame(G.703) pushed to T-DMB transmitter.

      • 육상캠프 프로그램 참여가 청소년의 신체조성 및 체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of athletics camp program on body composition and physical fitness in adolescents. In the investigation fifty adolescents were recruited. The athletics camp program was conducted 140 minutes/day, 5 days/day for 2 weeks. Body composition(body weight, body mas index, waist-hip ratio, total body water, soft lean mass, lean body mass, body fat mass, percent body fat, basal metabolism rate), blood pressure(systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure) and physical fitness(muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, power, agility, cardiovascular endurance) were measured before and after 2-week program. All data were expressed as mean and standard deviation, and paired t-test was performed to analyze the significant development of body composition, blood pressure and physical fitness within group. Total body water, soft lean mass, lean body mass, basal metabolism rate, muscular strength(back strength, left grip strength, right grip strength), muscular endurance(sit-up), power(standing long jump, sergeant jump, medicine ball throw) and agility(side step test) were significantly increased after program participation. In addition, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and agility (50m run) were significantly decreased. The current study identified that participating in 2-week athletics camp program significantly improved the body composition and physical fitness in adolescents.

        방학 기간 운동프로그램이 비만 중학생의 체력과 대사증후군 위험요인 및 뇌파에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the current study was to investigate the effects of vacation exercise program on the metabolic syndrome risk factors and electroencephalographic in obese middle school students. 22 subjects were divided into vacation exercise(n=11) and control(n=11) groups. The vacation exercise program was conducted 120 minutes/day, 5 days a week for 4 weeks. The results were summarized as follows: Cardiovascular endurance, waist circumference and triglyceride were significantly decreased within vacation exercise group. Skeletal muscle mass, muscular endurance, flexibility, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, alpha wave and SMR wave were significantly increased within vacation exercise group. Weight, body mass index, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and waist circumference showed significant differences in the interaction effect. Body mass index, skeletal muscle mass, cardiovascular endurance, waist circumference and high density lipoprotein cholesterol showed significant differences in the between periods. In summary, when considering the above results, we concluded that vacation exercise could improve physical fitness, metabolic syndrome risk factors and electroencephalographic in obese middle school students.
