Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the types of attitudes of nursing students in Korea toward bucket lists. Methods: The Q-methodology, which provides a method for analyzing the subjectivity of each item was used. From each of the 37 subjects, 34 selected Q-statements were classified into the shape of a normal distribution, using a 9-point scale. The collected data were analyzed using a QUANL PC program. Results: Four types of attitudes toward the bucket list of subjects were identified in Korean nursing students. TypeⅠis a pursuit of money type, TypeⅡ is a pursuit of relationship type, Type Ⅲ is a pursuit of self-centered type, and TypeⅣ is a pursuit of others-centered type. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that different approaches toward educational programs for students in the human service area are recommended based on the four types of nursing students’ attitudes toward the bucket list.

Hydraulic excavators have been one of the most popular devices in the various industries for construction, forestry and agriculture etc. Because the excavators generally work in poor environment, the various organizations study to automate those. In this paper, a hydraulic simulation for evaluation of automatical excavation system is presented. It is using the AMESim based on the 1.5 ton excavator with fixed displacement pumps, and operated by signals those control pilot pressure to spools of the main control valve. The main control valve is regarded that only consists of boom, arm and bucket. This simulation program is expected to apply to evaluation of the controller for automatic excavation system and to estimate of effect in accordance with change of some components or parameter.

센텔라 아시아티카 정량추출물(TECA)은 병풀에서 얻은 난용성 추출물로 상처치유 및 항주름 물질로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 TECA를 함유한 water in oil in water (W<sub>1</sub>/O/W<sub>2</sub>) 에멀젼 제조에 필요한 최적의 실험 조건을 찾기 위해 연구를 진행하였다. TECA의 용해도는 UV 흡광도계를 이용하였으며, 디프로필렌 글라이콜(40.0 g), 에탄올(20.0 g) 및 정제수(10.0 g)의 조성에서 2.55 g의 TECA가 용해되는 것을 확인하였다. 에멀젼(W<sub>1</sub>/O, W<sub>1</sub>/O/W<sub>2</sub>)의 안정도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 조사하였다. W1/O 에멀젼의 제조하기 위한 최적의 수상 조건은 디프로필렌글라이콜 : 에탄올 : 정제수 : TECA가 40.0 : 20.0 : 10.0 : 2.5%(w/w), 유상 조건은 스쿠알란 : 세틸피이지/피피지-10/1디메치콘 : 세테아릴알코올이 22.5 : 4.0 : 1.0%(w/w)임을 확인하였다. W1/O/W2 멀티에멀젼을 제조하기 위한 최적의 조건은 정제수 : W<sub>1</sub>/O 에멀젼 : 폴리소르베이트 80 : 카보머 : 트리에탄올아민의 비율이 55.8 : 40.0 : 4.0 : 0.1 : 0.1% (w/w)임을 확인하였다. Titrated extract of Centella asiatica (TECA), which is poorly soluble in water is well known for wound healing and anti wrinkle agent. This study was conducted to find the optimum condition for the preparation of water in oil in water (W<sub>1</sub>/O/W<sub>2</sub>) emulsion containing TECA. Solubility of TECA were measured by UV spectrophotometer. 2.55 g of TECA was dissolved in solution composed of dipropylene glycol (40.0 g), ethanol (20.0 g), and water (10.0 g). Factors affecting stability of the emulsions (W<sub>1</sub>/O, W<sub>1</sub>/O/W<sub>2</sub>) was investigated. The optimum conditions for the preparation of W<sub>1</sub>/O emulsion was composed of dipropylene glycol : ethanol : water : TECA in a weight ratio of 40.0 : 20.0 : 10.0 : 2.5 for water phase and squalane : cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone : cetearyl alcohol in a weight ratio of 22.5 : 4.0 : 2.5 for oil phase. The optimum conditions for the preparation of W<sub>1</sub>/O/W<sub>2</sub> multiple emulsion was composed of water : W<sub>1</sub>/O emulsion : polysorbate 80 : carbomer : triethanolamine in a weight ratio of 55.8 : 40.0 : 4.0 : 0.1 : 0.1.

地衣類의 영양학적 가치를 조사하기 위하여 地衣類(지붕, 바위, 나무)와 석이의 總脂質 含量, 脂質 분포, 脂肪酸 조성, 蛋白質 含量을 측정하였다. 그 결과 총지질 함량은 100g당 석이는 3.47g, 바위에 地衣類는 3.40g, 지붕의 地衣類는 3.17g, 나무의 地衣類는 2.73g 이었고 TLC法에 의한 脂質의 분포는 석이와 地衣類 모두 cholesterol ester와 phospholipid 등이 있었고 나무 地衣類에는 TG 및 cholesterol의 흔적을 보였다. 지방산 조성은 대부분 C_12~C_18 fatty acid였고 그 중 C_18 : 1 C_18 : 2인 것이 50% 정도로 높게 나타났다. 나무의 地衣類에는 C_18 이상의 fatty acid도 상당량 분포되어 있었으며 C_20.4 fatty acid는 18.9%였다. 단백질 함량은 석이 6.60g, 地衣類는 8.22g이었다. To investigate the nutritional value of lichens, contents of total lipid, compositions of fatty acids, distributions of lipids and contents of total proteins in lichens (on the rock, roof and tree) and sogi were examined. The results were summarized as follow. The contents of total lipid in sogi, rock, roof, and tree lichens were 3.47±0.05%, 3.40±0.09%, 3.17±0.02%, 2.73±0.04% respectively. Lipids in all them were cholestrol ester and phospholidpid, and TG and cholesterol were existed only the lichen on the tree. Fatty acids were composed of that of carbon number 12-18; C_18:1 and C_18:2 were about 50%, Contents of total protein in sogi and lichen (roof) were 6.60% and 8.22% respectively.

Aortic aneurysm has been associated with degeneration of the media of the aorta. Hypertension is the most important predisposing factor for aortic dissection, being present in 70% to 90% of afflicted patients. Morbidity in patient with aortic aneurysm is most commonly due to cardiopulmonary, neurologic and renal complication. Perioperative mortality for elective abdominal aortic aneurysm repair is 2% to 5%. During performance of Dacron graft interposition, left atriofemoral pump bypass was undertaken with centrifugal blood pump, having lesser hemolysis and lower microemboli, to provide adequate circulation distal to the level of aortic occlusion and to prevent serious left ventricular strain by maintenance of blood pressure at near normal levels. A 26-year-old male patient with extensive dissecting aneurysm involving descending thoracic and abdominal aorta was operated successfully with use of centrifugal blood pump, he was improving hemiplegia, even with brief duration of oliguria.
