        조종천(朝宗川)의 육수학적(陸水學的)연구

        1. We monthly examined the quality of water in Jo jong river along the length between Hyun ri and Chung pyong near the Han river from May to September during 1973 and compared the quality of water with each other months and compared with that of 1967. 2. The quality of water found few difference between upper and lower course of the river, however near the Chung pyong down, it appeared a little tendency to be polluting the quality of water. The value of DO, BOD and Cl^- content shows 7∼10ppm, 0.1∼2.3ppm and 5.7∼9.8ppm respectively, consequently judging from the quality of water, the water of this river belong to the kind of clear and soft water 3. Compared with the quality of water examined during 1967 and that examined in this time during 1973, as a result it found few-difference with each other period and till now the water in this river belong to be oligo saprobien zone.

        국내산 증류주의 고급 알콜 조성에 관하여

        1989년도 시판 중인 위스키, 브랜디 등 23종의 국산증류주에 대하여 고급 알콜 함량을 분석하고 조성비를 평가하였다. 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 위스키에 있어서 원액혼합비율이 높을수록 고급알콜의 함량이 높았으며, iso-amyl alcohol과 iso-butanol 함량의 비는 낮은 경향을 나타내었다. 2. 진, 럼, 보드카류는 고급 알콜 함량이 낮았으며, SA에서는 iso-butano, 그 외에서는 n-propanol만이 확인되었다. 3. 위스키류나 브랜디에서는 n-propanol , iso-butanol , iso-amyl alcohol의 고급 알콜 3종이 확인되었다. In order to evaluate the characteristics and quality of various Korean alcoholic beverage, the higher alcohols profiles were analyzed by gas-chromatography. Total amount of the higher alcohols depended on the type and class of the liquors. Gaschromatographic analysis showed that the type of Gin, Rum and Vodka except for SB contain n-propanol mainly. The amount of the higher alcohols determined was proportional to the content of the originally fermented liquor in the whisky. The difference in the ratio of iso-amyl alcohol content to that of iso-butanol may be useful as a parameter in evaluating the class of the whisky.

        의암호의 (衣岩湖) 이화학적 (理化學的) 수질변동에 (水質變動) 관한 육수학적(陸水學的) 연구

        It was investigated monthly and seasonly variation of the water qualities in the Uiam lake which constructed on the north Han river near the Chun Cheon city during the period 1967 for generation of electric power use, and also of the water qualities in the cesspool which the waste water from Chun cheon city inflow in it and than compare with the water qualities each others as sampling areas. Judging from monthly variation of water qualities, the content of NH₃-N increased in both of June and September and the content of NO₂-N increased in both of July and September. The transparency decreased in both of September and Octeber but the conent of PO₄-P, Fe and SS increased markedly. From seasonly variation of water qualities point of view, in Summer the content of NO₂-N, NO₃-N and Cl^- increased, and on the contrary the content of SS, DO and O₂% decreased than in Spring. In Autumn the content of SS, DO and O₂% increased and NO₃-N and Cl^-decreased in constract with Summer. Owing to the air temperature and also water temperature droped suddenly the content of NO₂-N, PO₄-P, Fe and MPN of E. coli decreased markedly but the transparancy and DO increased in Winter than in Autumn. In the site 1 which was influenced by the polluted water in the cesspool of site 8 and other waste water Cfor Chun cheon city the content of NH₃-N, NO₂-N, Cl^-, PO₄-P, SS, BOD, MPN of E. coli and Nor. bac. increased conspiciously than in site 3∼7 and also it increased ai lttle in the site 2 which was influenced by the water quality of site 1. Judging from the vertical variation of the water qualities at site 3 in Uiam it did not characterized as the lake but river.

        임계댐 예정지역내 하천수 수질에 관한 이화학적 조사연구

        The physicochemical investigation of water quality of the streams in the area where dams are to be constructed has been carried out from 5th to 7th, August 1977. The data for the streams of Golji and Imgye in Imgye Myeon, Jeongson Gun, Jeoncheon in Bugpyeong Eup, Samcheok Gun are obtained as follows. 1. The pH was 7.70-7.75 for Jeoncheon whereas 8.25-8.40 for Golji suggesting the value is relatively higher than others. 2. The concentration of Ca^(++), Mg^(++) and SO₄^(--), and the alkalinity are high in Golji and the concentration of Na^+, C1^- and SiO₂, are high in Jeoncheon. 3. In all area investigated, Ca^(++) is positively correlated to Mg^(++), total hardness, alkalinity and pH but negatively correlated to SiO₂. 4. The total hardess of Golji is 91-119.8㎎/ℓ which is the highest and that of Jeoncheon, 17.5-36.9㎎/ℓ is indistinguishable to the value obtained from the north Han river basins. 5, The NO₂-N and NH₄-N are scarcely detected in all area investigated, indicating pollution in the streams, and the amount of NO₃-N 0.2-4.43㎎/ℓ, detected in the area are similar to the value of the other natural stream, suggesting that the nitrogen is originated from earth. 6. Based upon above results, the water quality of the streams investigated is found to fit for aerobic aquatic living things, with high DO and little artificial pollution.

        소양호 COD 의 연중 , 계절적 변화 및 지역적 분포

        This study was initiated to perform a comprehensive evaluation of the water quality in Lake Soyang. Seasonal variation and the spatial distribution of COD and chl. a were monitored at 8 sites selected in Lake Soyang from June, 1991 to April, 1992. Result of regression analysis of COD vs chl. a concentration indicated positive correlation. Statistical analysis on the annual variation of COD showed a increasing pattern with time during the study period. The spatial average COD value at surface layer showed that the difference was not statistically significant at 95% level. With respect to the seasonal variation, however, it was significant at the same level. Average COD concentration of effluent layer was analyzed 2.02㎎/ℓ.

      • 熱抵抗性 Clostridium Perfringens에 關한 硏究 : 土壤內分布調査

        The food-poisoning caused by heat-resistant Clostridium perfringens yad jet been reported in Korea. It was supposed that this specimen might have acted as a factor of the cause-unidenfied food-poisoning. In order to know this possibility we have investigated the distribution of Clostridium perfringens in soil of Chunchon city, Korea. Result of this experiment are described as below; 1. 20 strains of the heat-resistant Clostrisium perfringens were isolated from 18 sampling sites. Isolation rate presented 40%. 2. According to the classification of Hobbs type 1, 3, 4, 6, 11 and 13 were identified. Among these, 4, 6, and 11 type were predominatly distributed.

        남한강상류수계의 (南漢江上流水系) 수질특성에 관한 조사연구

        The physicochemical water quality was investigated in the upper parts of south Han river and it`s tributaries during from January to December, 1977. The concentration of dissolved salts in those river water was going to increase gradually as lower the river flow down. Moreover, after the river water passed through the lime stone region the concentration of pH, Ca^(++), Mg^(++), SO₄^(--) and Alkalinity were more increased. From the seasonal variation of water qualities the concentration of dissolved salts in those river was found most low level in April but it was found higher level in the January, February and June. In the Ok dong river which was suffer by the pollution of waste water from mine. Considerable amount of Na and SO₄^(--) was found in it. and likely to differ entirely from another natual river for the aspect of water qualities. The concentration of dissolved oxygen was abundant in the water of those rivers and have sustained a saturation state of oxygen almost all year round.

        Trp-P-1 과 2-AF 에 대한 산채류 생즙의 항돌연변이 효과

        On the mutagenicity induced by 3-amino-l,4-dimethyl-5-H-pyrido[4,3-b]indol (Trp-P-1) and 2-aminotluorene (2-AF), the antimutagenic effects of edible muntain herb juices were examined by the Ames assay using Salmornella typhimurium TA98 and TA100. Juices prepared from araria bud, small water dropwort, mugwort, roots of bellflower and sedum didn't have mutagenicity. Most of sample juices showed the antimutagenicity. Fspeaslly, juices Prepared from aralia bud, small water dropwort and mugwort were found to possess strong antimumgenic effects. Sedum was moderafly effective and root of bellflower had little effect on mutagenicity caused by Trp-P1 and 2-AF. The experimental results with TA98 were similar to those with TA100 in the antimutagenicity test of edible mountain hems juices. In this study, anlimutagenicity on Trp-P-1 was more effective than that on 2-AF.
