      • 무선 셀룰러 망에서 위너모델에 기초한 자원예측 방법의 성능개선

        To effectively use limited resources in wireless cellular networks it is necessary to predict exactly the amount of resources required by handoff calls at a future tume. In this paper we propose a method which predicts the amount of resources needed by handoff calls more accurately than the existing method based on Wiener processes. The existing method uses the current demands to predict future demands. Although this method is much simpler than using traffic information from neighbor cells, its prediction error increases as time elapses, leading to waste of wireless resources. By using an exponential parameter to decrease the magnitude of error over time, we show in simulation how to outperform the existing method in resource utilization as well as in prediction of resource demands.

      • 신경망과 퍼지 패턴 추정기를 이용한 ATM 의 호 수락 제어

        This paper proposes a new call admission control scheme utilizing an inverse fuzzy vector quantizer(IFVQ) and neural net, which combines benefits of IFVQ and flexibilities of FCM(Fuzzy-C-Means) arithmetics, to decide whether a requested call not to be trained in learning phase to be connected or not. The system generates the estimated traffic pattern for the cell stream of a new call, using feasible/infeasible patterns in codebook, fuzzy membership values that represent the degree to which each pattern of codebook matches input pattern, and FCM arithmetics. The input to the NN is the vector consisted of traffic parameters which are the means and variances of the number of cells arriving in the intervals. After training(using error back propagation algorithm), when the NN is used for decision making, the decision as to whether to accept or reject a new call depends on whether the NN output is greater or less then decision threshold( 0.5). This method is a new technique for call admission control using the membership values as traffic parameter which declared to CAC at the call set up stage, and this is valid for a very general traffic model in which the calls of a stream can belong to an unlimited number of traffic classes. Through the simulations, it is founded the performance of the suggested method outperforms compared to the conventional NN method.

      • 퍼지 벡터 양자화기 사상화와 신경망에 의한 화자적응 음성합성

        This paper is concerned with the problem of speaker-adaptive speech synthesis method using a mapped codebook designed by fuzzy mapping on FLVQ(Fuzzy Learning Vector Quantization). The FLVQ is used to design both input and reference speaker's codebook. This algorithm is incorporated fuzzy membership function into the LVQ(learning vector quantization) networks. Unlike the LVQ algorithm, this algorithm minimizes the network output errors which are the differences of class membership target and actual membership values, and results to minimize the distances between training patterns and competing neurons. Speaker Adaptation in speech synthesis is performed as follows; input speaker's codebook is mapped a reference speaker''s codebook in fuzzy concepts. The Fuzzy VQ mapping replaces a codevector preserving its fuzzy membership function. The codevector correspondence histogram is obtained by accumulating the vector correspondence along the DTW optimal path. We use the Fuzzy VQ mapping to design a mapped codebook. The mapped codebook is defined as a linear combination of reference speaker's vectors using each fuzzy histogram as a weighting function with membership values. In adaptive-speech synthesis stage, input speech is fuzzy vector-quantized by the mapped codebook, and then FCM arithmetic is used to synthesize speech adapted to input speaker. The speaker adaption experiments are carried out using speech of males in their thirties as input speaker's speech, and a female in her twenties as reference speaker's speech. Speeches used in experiments are sentences /anyoung hasim nika/ and /good morning/. As a results of experiments, we obtained a synthesized speech adapted to input speaker.

        Rabies is a fatal infection of the central nervous system acquired most often through a virus transmitted in saliva by a rabid animal. It is important to rapidly and accurately identify the rabies virus so that appropriate rabies preventive measures can be initiated to the general population. However, the diagnosis of clinical rabies is difficult and is often not made until after death of the patient. Early in the course of illness, the most reliable diagnostic test is a nuchal skin biopsy including hair follicles with fluorescent antibody staining or with FCR, We report a case of rabies diagnosis with hair follicle from a patient suspected of having the infection. It is the first case reported in Korea that the diagnosis of rabies was made on a skin biopsy. (Korean J Dermatol 2002;40(12) : 1534∼1537)

        포털 뉴스 플랫폼의 공감 경험디자인에 관한 연구

        오늘날 우리는 개인용 디바이스를 통해서 포털 플랫폼에 접속하여 뉴스를 확인하는 것이 일상이 되었다. 포털 플랫폼은 각 언론사의 특정 프레임으로 콘텐츠를 제공하기보다, 중립적 입장에서 언론 미디어의 중계역할을 한다. 그러므로 사용자(독자)에게 전통적 미디어인 종이신문을 통해서 기사를 접할 때 보다 다양한 관점의 정보를 선택적으로 탐색 및 수용 가능하도록 해주었다. 또한 연령, 지역, 선호 일간지의 유무와 관계없이 대부분의 사용자가 모이는 곳이므로 자유로운 의견 표현과 토론이 이루어진다. 공감 경험은 이 모든 과정 속에서 콘텐츠 수용과 인터페이스에서의 상호작용이 가능하도록 하는 것이다. 특히 우리 삶의 이야기를 객관적 · 이성적 관점에서 전달하는 뉴스 소비 과정에서 사용자와 공감이 이루어지지 않는다면, 사용자의 반응과 콘텐츠의 실효성 확인이 어려울 것이다. 그러므로 포털 뉴스 플랫폼에서 공감 경험이 가능한 디자인 요소는 그 무엇보다 중요한 역할을 하게 된다. 본 연구는 크게 두 가지로 이루어진다. 첫째는 현상과 변화 과정에 대한 연구로써, 뉴스매체와 사용자의 사용 행태 변화, 그리고 이 모든 변화의 중심에 있는 포털 뉴스 플랫폼의 의미와 역할에 대한 고찰이다. 둘째는 공감에 대한 이론과 사례연구를 통해서 본 연구의 목적인 포털 뉴스 플랫폼의 공감 경험디자인의 개념과 특징을 도출하였다. 결과적으로 본 연구에서는 공감 경험 디자인을 사용자와 제공자가 사회 · 문화에 실질적 영향력을 행사할 수 있도록 기능하는 것이라고 정의하고, 공감 경험디자인의 ‘능동적 공존감, 물리적 근접감, 심리적 재경험’의 세 가지 특징을 도출하였다. Today, we usually check the daily news on the portal platform by personal devices. The role of Portal platform is the connecting and spreading each news of media, in a neutral position, rather than to provide content in specific frame of the media. Therefore, it makes users(readers) can select and accept news which information is the variety point of view than when we read news via newspapers. In addition, it perform discussion and expression personal opinion freely because the place where most users gather without age, region and favorite daily press. Experience of empathy is to communicate on the interface and accept news contents in whole process of this. In particular, news that passing our lives in the objective and rational point of view will be difficult to confirm the performance and the reaction of users without empathy in the consumption process of news. Thus, the elements of experience for empathy would be an important role more than anything else in the portal platform of news. In this study, it performed two large parts. Initially as a study of the process of the current status and changes about news media and user behavior, and the role and meaning for portal platforms of news which is in the center of all changes of these. Secondly, this study derive the concept and characteristics of experience design of empathy on portal platforms of news through theory and case studies of empathy. As a result, in this study defined experience of the empathy as readers and providers able to influence substantially on society and culture, and it consist the three characteristics ‘the active sense of coexistence, the proximity sense of physical things, and the re-experience of psychological’.

        특수 환경(GOP, GP)에서 근무하는 육군 병사의 군 생활 스트레스와 건강증진행위

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was descriptive correlational survey to identify stress, health promotion behavior and correlation between stress and health promotion behavior of soldiers in a specific environment. Methods: The data were collected from 465 soldiers who work in 2 military units of GOP(General Outpost), GP(Guard Post) from August 8th to September 15th in 2011. The data was composed of instrument of Soldier Stress and HPLP-II, and analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Turkey HSD and Pearson`s correlation coefficient. Results: The mean of Soldier Stress was 2.10. Although it was lower than average, 12.3% soldiers still had stress higher than average. The Soldier Stress according to characteristic was a significant difference depending on the level of income. The health promotion behavior also had a significant difference on education level. In particular, the Soldier Stress showed a significant difference in role-relationship stress and environment. The correlation among Soldier Stress and Health Promotion Behavior showed a negative correlation except external stress. Conclusion: From the results, it was concluded that soldiers who have a high stress score were necessary to manage their stress. Also soldiers need to take care of health promotion behavior. If soldiers in the specific environment would manage their health promotion behavior more effectively, it has the effect of not only improving their mental health but also quality of life positively. Above all, it will be helpful for soldiers in specific environment to promote their health and fighting strength. Therefore, it is necessary to have the intervention reflected soldiers characters in specific environment and it needs to improve their health promotion behavior for stress management.

        Modified View Factor를 이용한 인공위성 분자오염 역류확률 예측법

        인공위성의 outgassing 분자에 대한 역류오염 해석에는 BGK 또는 DSMC 등의 방법이 사용되어 왔으나, 이들은 해석이 복잡하고 시간이 오래 걸리는 등의 비효율성이 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 분자들의 충돌간 평균자유행로가 위성체의 크기에 비해 매우 길고, 동시에 위성체의 속도가 분자들의 열속도보다 매우 크다는 점을 이용하여, 간단한 근사모델을 도입함으로써 일반적인 view factor 법과 비슷한 편리성과 간편성을 가지면서 DSMC 법과 정확하게 일치하는 결과를 주는 modified view factor 법을 개발, 제안한다. Satellite contamination from back-scattered molecules has long been analyzed using the BGK theory or the DSMC technique which are rather inefficient in that they are complicated or take a long time in the analysis. This study presents a new technique of estimating the back-scattering contamination, which is very simple and easy to use like the view factor method and also very accurate. This method, called the modified view factor method, is equivalent to the DSMC in so far as the molecular thermal velocity is much smaller than the satellite velocity and the mean free path much longer than the satellite.
