In building construction project, there are numerous information or data parts across many different software applications and professional specialists. BIM (Building Information Modeling), as a medium for managing information generated during construction project, it is intended to enhance the effectiveness of construction management and reap a lot of advantages such as, automatic quantity takeoff, error-free estimation, 4D(3D+Time), 5D(4D+Cost) simulation. Nevertheless, the overall and practical effectiveness of BIM utilization is difficult to justify at this stage. While helpful, there are some limitation when BIM applied to construction management due to the differences of data processing process between BIM and work in the field, limitations of information generated from BIM object and interoperability problem among BIM application. Therefore, this paper propose a framework integrating BIM with cost-schedule information using IFC. And we construct the system prototype based on the framework and performed case study to examine the framework. The proposed framework provides the information basis for BIM based cost-schedule integration. ultimately, the framework increase the utilization of BIM and work efficiency of construction industry by supporting an understanding of information. 건설프로젝트 관리 과정에는 수많은 정보가 존재한다. BIM(Building Information Modelling)은 정보전달의 매개체로써 공정 및 원가 정보를 관리하여 4D(3D+Time), 5D(4D+Cost) 시뮬레이션 등 다양한 이익을 얻을 것으로 예상되었다. 그러나 BIM 활용과정에 따른 정보의 연계 문제, BIM 객체기반 공정/원가 정보의 한계, BIM 소프트웨어 호환성 문제 등으로 인해 BIM을 활용한 공정 및 원가정보의 관리는 적극적으로 활용되지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 위의 문제점들을 개선하고자 IFC(Industry Foundation Classes)활용 BIM기반 공정/원가 통합관리 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 먼저, 정보 입력 문제와 정보 표현의 한계점을 개선하기 위해 공간을 최소단위로 공정 및 원가정보를 통합 관리하는 데이터베이스를 구축하고, 데이터 호환성 문제를 해결하기 위해 국제 표준 데이터 포맷인 IFC를 활용하여 앞서 구축한 데이터베이스의 정보와 BIM 소프트웨어를 연계하여 BIM을 기반으로 한 공정/원가 정보의 통합관리를 시도하였다. 이는 BIM기반 공정/원가 통합관리를 위한 정보 처리 프로세스의 기초를 제공하며, 정보 요구에 대한 정확한 이해를 도와 의사소통의 정확성을 향상시켜 BIM기반 공정/원가관리의 효율성을 높일 것으로 예상된다.
BIM 기반 설계 협업 성과 평가를 위한 정량적 지표 선정

Building Information Modelling (BIM) has been developed to enhance the collaboration performances of the construction industry by facilitating a more integrated design. However BIM has limited benefits if not used appropriately. Due to the limits, further research is necessary to improve the project teams’ collaboration performance. Previous studies focused on the benefits of measuring performance for a better management. Hence, this research aims to identify and investigate appropriate indicators to measure collaboration performance in a BIM environment. A survey supported by the Delphi method was conducted to evaluate indicators regarding two quality factors, which are appropriateness and suitability. To identify the ten most important performance indicators, a series of experts’ interviews were performed to set up an interpretation of key indicators. The results show that the indicators present a non-linear relation with collaboration performance, contrary to what previous BIM performance evaluation methods used. This research contributes to the efficiency of BIM practitioners and researchers in analyzing the collaboration performance. Ultimately, it will contribute to the quantification of BIM collaboration performance and the comparison of more efficient BIM collaborative practices.
공통의 시야를 갖지 않는 다수의 RGB-D 카메라간의 외부 파라미터 추정방법

In order to estimate extrinsic parameters for multiple cameras, we use chessboard patterns. However, it is not available when multiple cameras do not have common field of views simultaneously. In this paper, we propose an extrinsic camera calibration method using visual features for multiple cameras which do not have common field of views. We adopt SLAM techniques to build a map from individual cameras. Then we apply bundle adjustment to align the maps resulting robust estimation of extrinsic parameters of the cameras. We provide experimental results showing improved performance in terms of reprojection error.
자신이 인지한 배우자의 갈등대처행동이 자존감과 우울에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 결혼 5년 이내 부부들을 대상으로 자신이 인지한 배우자의 갈등대처행동이 자존감과 우울에 미 치는 영향을 파악하여 결혼초기 부부들의 부부관계증진 교육과 프로그램 중재의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도된 서 술적 조사연구이다. 서울시에 있는 S대학 학생들의 가족과 이웃 중 결혼 5년 이내 부부 176명을 대상으로 질문지를 조사하였다. 연구결과, 성별에 따라 철회형의 갈등대처행동에 차이가 있었으며, 연령에 따라 신체형 및 철회형의 갈 등대처행동과 우울에 차이가 있었다. 직업에 따라서는 언어형의 갈등대처행동과 우울에 차이가 있었다. 부부의 대화 시간에 따라 자존감과 우울이 유의한 차이를 보였다. 자신이 인지한 배우자의 갈등대처행동과 우울의 관계에서 자존 감은 간접효과를 나타내는 것으로 나타났다. This study was a descriptive survey to examine the impact of spouse’s conflict-coping behavior on self-esteem and depression among couples married within 5 years, in order to provide data for education and intervention program of improving their relationships for early marriage couples. Participants were 176 persons who were family members or neighborhood of S college students in Seoul and they were asked to complete questionnaires. Findings showed that there were differences in conflict-coping behavior of withdrawal type according to sex while differences in conflict-coping behavior of physical type and withdrawal type and depression according to age. Differences were found in conflict-coping behavior of language type and depression according to occupation. There were significant differences in self-esteem and depression according to couples’ conversation time. Perceived their spouses cope with the conflict in the relationship between behavior and depression, self-esteem appeared to represent an indirect effect.
파라메트릭 모델링을 활용한 BIM기반 VE제안 관리 방안

The technical proposal bidding system emphasizes the evaluation of the construction company’s technical capabilities, with the aim of improving the quality and cost-effectiveness of the construction. However, in the VE analysis and proposal process for technical proposal bidding, the ideas are often reused from similar past construction projects, and the application of new construction technologies/methods is often lacking. Therefore, this study proposes a methodology for managing VE proposal information by integrating it into a BIM model using parametric modeling. This research developed database based on the existing VE proposals and new construction technology/method information from the Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology. And by using parametric modeling, the proposed method integrate the VE database with BIM model. The methodology proposed in this study is expected to improve the reliability and effectiveness of VE-related idea proposals in technical proposal bidding.
