Siegesbeckia pubescens, $quot;Hi-cheom$quot;, has long been used for antihypertensive agent as a folkloric drug in Korea. Recently, the Compound B, one of diterpene compounds were isolated and determined its chemical structure. The present study is aimed to evaluated antihypertensive activities of the Compound B against the animal model of high blood rat, Okamodo-SHR. The Okamodo-SHR rats were divided into three groups. One group as a control received propranolol, known β-Blocker and the other two group received the Compound B with dose ranges from 20∼50㎎/㎏/day. The blood pressure of rats were measured by using electro-spygmograph having special attachment of pneumatic pulse transducer. It was noted that the Compound B appoared to possess the antihypertensive activities.

Recently, the rapid development of the semiconductor industry induces the prompt technical progress in the area of device integration and the application of large diameter wafers for the price competitiveness. As a result of the usage of large wafers in the semiconductor industry, the silicon carbide components which have layers of silicon carbide on graphite or RBSC substrates is getting widely used due to the advantages of SiC such as high hardness and strength, chemical and ionic resistant to all the environments superior than other ceramic materials. For the uniform and homogeneous deposition of silicon carbide on these huge components, it needs to know about the gas flow in the CVD reactor, not only for the delicate adjustment of the process variables but more essentially for the cost reduction for the shape change of specimens and their holders on the stage of reactor. In this research, the CFD simulation is challenged for the prediction of the inner distribution of the gas velocity. Chemical reaction simulation is used to predict the distribution of concentration of the reacting gas with the rotating velocity of the stage. With the increase of the rotating speed, more uniform distribution of the reacting gas on the surface of the stage was obtained.

UNTERSUCHUNGEN ZUM WIRKUNGSMECHANISMUS VON NIFEDIPINE(Ⅰ)

Nifedipine은 muscletropic 물질이라하며 소위 칼슘 길항제이다. 흥분상태의 근육에서 칼슘이온의 세포내 이동을 억제하는데 특히 심장근에서 특이하다. 이는 결과적으로 근육수축 담백질에 최소한의 활성화다. 심장근에서 negative inotropic효과를, 평활근에서는 이완을 가져온다. 고양이의 오른쪽 심장의 유두근(직경 0.6∼0.8mm, 길이 6.5∼8.5mm)을 유리하여 산소화되고 32℃의 Tyrode용액을 매분 40ml을 재순환 시키는 장치에 근육을 고정하고 mm^2당 0.7p전하중을 가하고 등장성수축을 하도록 하였다. ① 0.1㎍/ml의 Nifedipine에서 45분에 84±3.5%의 negative inotropic효과를 보았고, 2시간 후에 항정상태에 도달하였다. ② 수축 크기는 대조군에 비해서 Nifedipine의 농도증가에 따라 감소하였다. ③ Tyrode용액에 Ca^2+ 2.5mM, Ca^2+ 0.75mM, La^3+ 0.4mM, Ni^2+ 10mM 및 Nifedipine 0.3㎍/ml을 각각 넣은 용액에서 유두근의 수축력을 Nifedipine에서 가장 적었다. ④ ±Vierapamil 2㎍/ml, Nifedipine 0.3㎍/ml을 적용하였을 때 수축력은 낮은 빈도의 자극(6min, 12min, 30min)에서, Nifedipine에서는 감소하고, 고빈도(60min)에서는 오히려 ±Verapamil이 더 저하되었다.
