        Cowden 증후군

        Cowden syndrome is a rare autosomal dominant disorder characterized by mucocutaneous alterations including multiple facial trichilemmomas, oral mucosal papillomatosis, and acral keratoses. Extracutaneous lesions include polyposis of the gastrointestinal tract, and other multiple hamartoma of the internal organs. A 39 year-old man presented with multiple verruca-like papules and lichenified patches on the face, one year ago. He had been treated for atopic dermatitis for more than 10 years. Although he had been treated in accordance with atopic dermatitis for 1 year, his skin lesions had not improved, so a skin biopsy was performed. The skin biopsy specimen revealed the typical finding of trichilemmoma. Colonoscopy diagnosed diffuse colorectal polyposis. The clinical and hisopathologic findings were consistent with Cowden syndrome. We, herein, report a case of Cowden syndrome with atopic dermatitis. (Korean J Dermatol 2007;45(8):829∼831)

      • 産業體內의 現職敎育을 助長하는 敎育政策에 關한 硏究

        It can be seen that education in industrial band has been established partially but not wholly in our country. Because the contents and results of in-service education being carried industrial band can not profit production effect in actuality, I investigate its profit production effect in actuality, I investiate its porblems and propose following Solutions by analyzing fundamental and preliminary factors to carry out the in-service education in industrial band effectively and the cooperative system between schools and industrial band. Suggestions 1) The in-service education in industrial band or school attached has been concentrated on technical education and other parts have been excluded. Therefore, for the desirable development in industrial band, harmonious whole personality education must be established through cultural education in various spheres. 2) It is necessary to define the reason which the work effect of the graduates or students at school attached has not improved. 3) An inducement system for raising the morale of graduates of school attached in industrial band must be prepared because there is no oppertunity and special privilege for them. 4) Except special knowledge and technology, ethical and moral education in which they can be taught cooperation and sorivice as a harmonious personality must be carried out. 5) Govenment must support positively them in order to prepare the circumstance in which they con devolope the education in industrial band effectively. 6) We must not try to anticipate the resultse of the education too early and must endeavor to improve and develope modern technology and methods which industrial society want by various educationl methods. 7) The in-sevice education in industrial band must involve technical, cultural and ethical education. And it must be carried out under the long-run program of national development and as a part of life-long education.

      • 朝鮮朝 書院敎育의 實際와 社會的 役割에 關한 硏究

        The brief contents about the background of the appearance of Seo-won in Yi-Dynasty, the actual state of its education and its social role are as follows : 1. Our nation’s Seo-won was not settled as a Confucian educational institute until Sun Confucianism (性理學) was introduced in the middle of Yi-Dynasty. 2. The ultimate purpose of the Seo-won education was to establish the permanent aim of the following saints (法聖賢) and to cultivate sages by laying emphases on the ethical and moral education and the state examination education. 3. So-hak (小學) and Ka-lye (家禮) were introductory courses and Sa-se (四書) and Oh-kyeong (五經) were fundamental ones in the contents of education. 4. It took the educational method of Joo Ja (朱子) in Song-Dynasty and emphasized practical moral education by autere training syatem. 5. They administered it by the income of real estate which they secured, while they expanded its paddy fields with surplus income. 6. The educational system and equipment of Seo-won was similar to that of China which had a director and Yoo Sa (有司) system although there was some difference according to the class of Seo-won. 7. Seo-won did its duty as the distribution of information, the promotion of Confucianism, the enlightment of their countries, the inheritance of their traditional culture, the foundation of science and the publication or custody of publications.
