이온교환수지를 이용한 담배 주류연 중 시안화수소와 알데히드의 선택적 제거특성

본 연구는 담배 주류연 중 알데히드 화합물과 시안화수소의 선택적 감소를 위해서 몇 가지 이온교환수지 흡착제를 Ky3R4F 기준담배에 적용하였다. 그 중 CR11과 AMP16OH 이온교환 흡착제는 담배 주류연 중 시안화수소는 95%, 포름알데히드는 50%의 높은 여과 흡착선택도를 보였다. 이는 활성탄과 합성 제올라이트를 사용할 때보다 높은 감소율을 보였다. 이온교환수지에 의한 화학적 흡착은 담배 주류연에서 특정 증기상 성분의 효과적인 제거 메커니즘의 가능성을 보여준다. 본 연구에서 연구된 결과는 실제 적용되고 있는 필터 흡착제의 주류연에서의 흡착 메커니즘을 이해하고 특정성분을 선택적으로 제거하기 위한 필터를 제조하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. This study used several ion-exchange resins and showed that CR11 and AMP16OH have highly selective area and are efficient adsorbents for formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and HCN in the smoke generated from Ky3R4F reference cigarette smoke. The substantial adsorption of HCN (>95%) and formaldehyde (>50%) was also observed. The decrease in these compounds was greater than that from using an activated carbon and synthesis zeolite. The results also demonstrated that chemisorption was an effective mechanism for the adsorption of certain vapor phase constituents from cigarette mainstream smoke. The results may be helpful in designing selective filter and understanding the retention mechanism of mainstream smoke compounds in previous studies and practical filter materials.
레크리에이션 지도자가 바라보는 지도자 양성체계의 문제점과 개선방안에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was after looking into the problems of recreation leader training-system, to find advanced leader training-system with presenting the solution for making training-system better. We carried out the qualitative research to achieve the purpose of this study. The recreation leaders were selected for the research with using purposive sampling, who got the first rate-leader licenses after getting recreation leader training from two to six years ago. We collected related data with indepth interviews and gathering materials, which were analyzed by inductive content analysis. The result runs as follows. We could find that the problems of recreation leader training-system were in the falling behind of the educational program, the absence of the on-site program, the limitation of the temporary education, the abuse of issuing certificates and deterioration of the certificates` value. To solve these problems, we presented the solutions such as offering the educational program which is flexible and suitable for contemporary demand, the implementation of retraining, the improvement of the compatibility between certificates, and the new notification rule for the time when the regulation regarding civil certification was made.
비행 청소년들의 이동식 야영활동 경험을 통한 개인의 변화에 관한 연구

This ethnographic study was conducted with the aim to set a question at rest that if a camp program can be applied to a correctional program for juvenile delinquents by compulsory attendance for ex-juvenile delinquents to the program. By examining this platform, there is opportunity to observe profoundly how a direct camp program experience influences their individual changes. The foundation for the research participants 13 juveniles of a correctional facility who convicted of juvenile delinquents Act no.1. Data collection was carried out over a period of 7 months from February 2005 to the end of September 2005, which includes pilot test before participating in the camp program, participant observation applied to 10 days of movable camp program, interview, field note, VTR recording and further interviews after one month of camp program completion. Summary of the conclusions are as follows. First, camp program participants showed changes in their self-respect and self-confidence as private factors of changes. Second, it was proved that participants recognize the punishment as 3 types of situational aspect such as a penalty of their delinquencies, dissatisfaction of unfair punishment and meaningless time-killing process that is not related to their delinquencies. Third, participation provides an opportunity of self-reflection to the participants instead of changing juvenile`s attitude toward delinquency. At the same time, difficulties experienced during camp program also provide a chance to change their point of view by accepting them as a compensation for their delinquencies.
XT15(ANCOM)를 활용한 잎담배 에테르 추출물의 최적 분석방법 구명(AOCS Method)

The ether extract(EE) of leaf tobacco contains diverse compounds such as lipid, resinoid, paraffin hydrocarbons and pigments. Although the correlation of EE concentertion with leaf tobacco has not been established clearly, it is known that in some concentration range, EE concentration of leaf tobacco exerts good influence on the quality of tobacco. Recently, The American Oil Chemist's Society introduced new method(Am 5-04; AOCS, 2009) to determine EE concentration by AT15 extractor. This method is based on extraction with organic solvent at relatively high temperature and pressure, which significantly reduces the extraction time and ensures safety. The aim of this study is to optimize analytical condition of AOCS method for analyzing EE concentration of leaf tobacco. When sample pre-drying time and extraction time of XT15 were set to 3 hour and 30 minute and 30 minute respectively, EE concentration obtained from AOAC method. Statistical analysis(T-test) showed that there is no difference(P>0.05) between EE concentrations from two methods.

This study was carried out in order to improve the Mohr method for protein-nitrogen concentration determining. Existing Mohr's method takes seven hours to analyze for one sample. In order to make up for these things tried to utilize filter bag(F75, ANKOM) for sample treatment. As a result of this implementation, have saved sample loss amount and analyzing time for a quarter comparing with Mohr's method. In addition, it have gotten high efficiency through five samples hydrolyze per one trial by using ANKOM hydrolysis system with 0.5% acetic acid. Besides, had a good reproducibility for analysis results in relation to nitrogen concentration determining with Dumas methodology. Thus, new Mohr's method takes one day to analyze for 40 sample. It is more efficiency about 6 times compare with existing Mohr's method. And, this modified Mohr's method was verified that is substitutable for the existing Mohr's method in statistical analysis.
