        HEC-HMS와 HEC-RAS모형의 연계에 의한 댐 유역의 홍수영향 분석

        For the effective operation of irrigation reservoirs, a general and systematic policy is suggested to make balance of the conflicting purposes between water conservation and flood control. In this study, the flood effective analysis system was developed through the integration of long-term water budget analysis model, GIS-based HEC-HMS model and HEC-RAS model. The system structure consists of long-term water budget model using modified TANK theory, flood runoff and flood effects analysis model using HEC-GeoHMS, HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS models. The flood effects analysis system simulated the flood runoff from the upstream, downstream flood and long-term runoff of the watershed using the observed data collected from 1998 to 2002 of Seongju dam. The simulated results were reasonably good compared with the observed data. The optimal management method of the reservoir during the whole season is suggested in this study, and the flood analysis system can be a useful tool to evaluate a reservoir operation quantitatively for the mitigation of flood damages of reservoir basin.

      • EARTH DAM의 비탈면(面) 기울기 결정(決定)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

        The soil test data of 28 earth dams, scheduled to be constructed in Korea, were selected for this study. The safety factors of their side slops were computed using Fellenius' "slice Method" by computer. The results summarized in this study are as follows; 1. Dam sections can be easily determined by fig.10 without a time consuming trial and error calculations of assumed sections. 2. For the economical design of earth dam sections, it was found that more cohesive soil was suitable for lower dams(dam height less than 25m) and soils with a higher friction angle was better for higher dams 3. In the case that used soil materials have the same Internal friction angle, side slope increase was almost same. 4. The relationship between side slope and friction angle was found as log.S=a tan ø+b (Fig. 7) 5. The relationship between side slope and cohesion (c) was also found as log. S=a c+b (Fig. 8) 6. The change of safety factors due to the change of central core materials was very little (Table-2) 7. The decrease of safety factors according to the unit weight increase of embankment materials was negligible. 8. In general the relationship between the wet unit weight and the saturated unit weight was This study will contribute to the determination of economic and safe planning and designing of earth dams, embankments and cutting side slopes.

      • 국방환경 변화에 따른 대민지원 개념 및 추진방향에 관한 연구

        The defense environment is changing, due to the reduced in military personnel and shortened military service period in the era of low birthrate and aging population, as well as the issue of guaranteeing the human rights of soldiers. Military Aid to Civil Authorities can be divided into two categories. First, “Military Assistance to Civil Authorities” systematically supports civilian to carry out military mission in various kinds of disasters. and Second, there is “Civil Affairs Service Activities” which soldiers can voluntarily participate in peacetime. By examining the laws, systems, organizations and support cases related to Military Aid to Civil Authorities of Korean and foreign troops, same implications are suggested. In addition, Military Aid to Civil Authorities should be distinguished from fatigue duty. The scope should be devided as clearly as possible whether the military aids are available or not so that the soldiers can be faithful to their original duties.

      • 학술논문 : 한국 예비전력의 현주소와 효율적 운영방안 연구

        The purpose of this study is to present the efficient operating method of the reserve force suitable for the circumstances of the Republic of Korea(ROK). Subjects for this paper are “Hwarang-do” and “Gyeong-dang” of the Three Kingdom age, “Gwang-gun” of the Goryeo dynasty, “Jabsack-gun”, “Soko-gun”, “Minbo system” of the Chosun dynasty and “Dokrip-gun”, “Kwangbok-gun”, “Hogook-gun”, “Gookminbangwi-gun” of the Modern times. The reserve force’s operating system and cases of the other countries such as The United States, Israel, Switzerland, North Korea are also analyzed and it merits are benchmarked. Results of this study are as follows. First of all, resetting the mission and role of the ROK reserve force is required. Establishment of the Reserve Force Command under the ROK Ministry of National Defense(MND) is also needed to set up an efficient control system for the reserve force. Second, preparation for the North Korea’s asymmetric threat is required. For this, training the reserve force specialized in the cyber warfare, bringing up snipers and utilizing the special warfare reserve force volunteer system to respond the North Korea’s cyber terror and special warfare force are also suggested. Third, in the field of the defense policy, allocating enough budget for the reserve force, improving mobilization and training reservation system and reforming the compensation system are required. Finally, the elite reserve force should be created through improvement of the mobilization capability. For this, procurement of the optimal size of the reserve force, reinforcement of the performance oriented training and quality improvement and fulfillment of requisition in parts of weapon, equipment and material are suggested.

        자폐성장애 자녀를 둔 한 아버지의 부모 되기: ‘행복한 동행’

        장애아 부모들의 삶과 교육경험은 개인마다 차이가 있을 것이다. 이 연구에서는 장애아 부모 중에서도 자폐성장애 자녀를 둔 한 아버지의 교육경험을 통해 그들의 삶을 깊이 있게 이해하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 개인의 교육적 삶과 주체적 목소리에 주목하는 생애사 연구방법을 적용하였다. 참여자의 생애사 텍스트를 분석하기 위한 개념적 틀로 Mandelbaum이 제시한 차원, 전환, 적응 세 가지의 분석단위를 활용하였다. 차원의 측면에서 자폐성장애 자녀를 둔 아버지의 삶은 ‘은폐된 세계에서 함께하기’로 드러났으며, 언어가 없는 자녀와의 소통은 ‘새로운 방식으로 소통하기’로 삶의 방식을 전환하고 있었다. 이러한 과정에서 참여자는 ‘체험을 경험으로 성장시키기’라는 고유한 교육방식을 취하며 자폐성장애아 부모로서의 삶에 적응해 나가고 있었다. 결과적으로 자폐성장애 자녀를 둔 아버지로서 부모가 되어가는 과정은 다양한 교육구성원과 지역사회가 함께하는 ‘행복한 동행’의 삶을 추구하고 있었다. 자폐성장애 자녀를 둔 한 아버지의 삶과 교육경험을 통해 우리는 타자로서 한 개인의 삶에 공감하고, 다양한 교육구성원의 삶에 대한 이해를 확장할 수 있을 것이다. The lives and educational experiences of parents having children with disabilities will be various from person to person. In this study, we can get a deep understanding of their lives through educational experiences of a father who has a child with autistic disorder. In order to accomplish this research purpose, I apply life-history research method focusing on an individual’s educational life and subjective voice. As a conceptual framework for analyzing the life history text of the participant, I used three analysis units of dimension, conversion, and adaptation proposed by Mandelbaum. In aspects of dimensions, the life of the father was revealed as 'to be together in a concealed world'. Communication with the child without a language was changed to 'communication in a new way' in the way of life. In this process, the participant was adapting to the life of the child with autistic disorder as a unique educational method of 'a lived-experience growing into an experience'. As a result, the process of becoming a parent as a father of a child with autistic disorder was pursuing a life of 'happy company' with diverse educational members and communities. Through the life and educational experiences of the father, we can empathize with the life of an individual as another and extend the understanding of life of various education members.

        신경다양성 교육을 위한 강점 기반 접근방법 탐색

        신경다양성 교육에서는 신경다양성 학생의 잠재력을 개발하기 위하여 개인의 강점에 초점을 둔다. 이 연구에서는 신경다양성에서 강조하는 강점 기반 접근방법을 통합교육 및 진로교육 과정에서 어떻게 실행할 수 있을지를 탐색해 보았다. 국내 특수교육 분야에서는 아직까지 신경다양성 패러다임을 적용한 연구가 부족하여 해외 문헌을 중심으로 구체적인 접근방법을 살펴보았다. 구체적인 연구내용은 먼저, 신경다양성 패러다임의 필요성과 특수교육 분야에 적용 시 예상할 수 있는 이점을 제시하였다. 다음으로, 통합교육 상황에서 적용할 수 있는 강점 기반 접근방법인 긍정적인 환경 구성의 일곱 가지 요소와 구체적인 적용방법을 제시하였다. 마지막으로, 자폐스펙트럼에 있는 신경다양인을 위한 고등교육 및 고용상황에서 적용할 수 있는 강점 기반 접근방법인 SAP SE의 AaW 프로그램을 살펴보았다. 신경다양성 개념에 토대를 둔 강점 기반 접근방법은 특수교육 분야의 결핍 중심 패러다임을 강점 중심 패러다임으로 전환하도록 할 것이다. 이로 인해 신경다양성 학생은 자신의 정체성을 이해하고 수용하여 개인의 특성에 적합한 진로를 개발할 수 있을 것이다. 나아가 교육구성원들은 신경다양성 학생을 다양성과 차이를 가진 존재로 인식하여 긍정적인 교육문화를 조성할 수 있을 것이다. Neurodiversity education focuses on individual strengths for developing the potential of neurodiversity students. In this study, we explored how the strength-based approach, which has been emphasized in neurodiversity, could be implemented in the inclusive education and career education process. Research that applies the neurodiversity paradigm in the field of special education in Korea is lacking; hence, we looked at specific approaches focusing on foreign literature. The specific research contents first presented the necessity of the neurodiversity paradigm and the expected benefits when applied to the field of special education. Next, the seven elements of positive niche construction, which is a strength-based approach, applied in the context of inclusive education and specific application methods are presented. Finally, a strength-based approach that can be applied in higher education and employment situations for a patient with autism spectrum disorders was reviewed using SAP SE s AaW program. A strength-based approach based on the concept of neurodiversity would transform the deficit-centered paradigm into a strength-based paradigm in the field of special education. Therefore, neurodiversity students would be able to understand and accept their identity and develop a career path suitable based on their individual characteristics. Furthermore, educational members could create a positive educational culture by recognizing neurodiversity students as beings with diversity and differences.

      • 6·25전쟁 시 학도의용군의 활약과 보훈선양방안 - 포항지구전투 학도의용군과 재일 학도의용군을 중심으로 -

        Despite the absence of military duty during the Korean War, nearly 300,000 Student Volunteers participated in and played an important role supporting when the troops had s shortage. They contributed to revering the war situation and raising the morale of the Korean armed forces by carrying out various forms of combat and combat support activities During the Nakdong-River defense operation, 71 Student Volunteers from the 3rd Infantry Division carried out the Pohang Girls’ Middle School battle. They defended against 4 attacks by the North Korean military for 11 hours, delaying the advance of the enemy and protecting the classified documents and supplies of the rear command post. Also the 1st Guerrilla-Battalion consisted of 772 student volunteers, under the command of the Army Headquarters greatly contributed to the success of the Incheon Landing Operation by deceiving the enemy and disrupting the enemy’s rear in the Jangsa landing operation. The participation of Student Volunteers from Japan is meaningful in that it was the world’s first overseas residents participation in war by participating in a total of 642 people on five occasions during the Korean War and instilled national pride. Today it can be a model for many young people who try to avoid military service by any means. The following are measures to enhance the benefits of the student volunteer Force.: the expansion of compensation for domestic student volunteer Force, diversification of school education methods on the activities of the student volunteer Force, prevention of the creation of false hero stories, systematic management of memorial halls related to the student volunteer Force, maintenance of the contents of memorial facilities, and exploring the remains of soldiers killed in action and finding ways to identify them.

        PEERS에 참여한 발달장애 청소년의 관계 맺기 양상에 대한 질적 사례 연구

        이 연구는 PEERS에 참여한 발달장애 청소년의 관계 맺기 양상을 통해 이들이 어떻게 관계를 형성하고 유지하는지에 대한 이해와 함께 청소년, 부모, 연구자 측면에서 PEERS 참여경험의 의미를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 PEERS라는 특정한 사례에 참여한 구성원들의 상호작용 변화과정을 탐색할 수 있는 질적 사례 연구방법을 적용하였다. 연구 참여자는 발달장애를 가진 청소년 6명과 청소년의 부모 6명으로 구성되었으며, 총 14주간 PEERS를 진행하였다. 연구결과, 참여자들의 관계 맺기 양상은 다음과 같이 나타났다. 먼저, 참여자들은 서로의 정보를 활발히 교환하는 상호작용을 통해 관계를 형성하기 시작하였다. 이와 함께 휴대전화를 비롯한 여러 가지 전자통신을 활용하여 소통하는 가운데 형성된 관계를 유지하였다. 특히 서로의 공동관심을 중심으로 관계를 성장시켜 나갔고 다양한 활동으로 함께 어울리며 관계의 즐거움을 느끼고 있었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통해 사회적 의사소통이 부족한 발달장애 청소년들의 관계 맺기를 지원하기 위해서는 친구와 함께할 수 있는 기회의 장이 더 많이 제공되어야 한다는 것을 알게 되었다. 더불어 자녀의 사회적 기술을 코칭하고 지원할 수 있는 부모교육의 중요성을 PEERS를 통해 확인할 수 있었다. This study is to understand how the adolescents with developmental disabilities made relationship and maintained it by participating in PEERS. It's also to explore the meaning of the experiences of the adolescents, parents, and researchers from their own perspectives. For this, a qualitative case study method was applied to explore the interactional change process of the participants in PEERS. The participants were 6 adolescents with developmental disabilities and their mothers. PEERS was conducted for 14 weeks. Results of the study through the patterns of making relationship among the participants are as follows. First, they began to make relationships through interactions that actively exchange information with each other. The relationships could be maintained by using various electronic communication devices. Their common interests helped their relationships grow and let them enjoy the relationships in activities. The results show that we should support adolescents with developmental disabilities to have opportunities even though they have lack of their social communication skills. Also it is important for parents to learn how they can help and support their children for social skills.
