본 연구에서는 국내에 활발히 적용되기 시작한 쉴드 TBM 터널의 합리적인 유지관리를 위한 성능평가 기준을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 국내 외 성능평가 기준을 분석하였고, 국내 시공된 쉴드 TBM 터널에 대한 현장조사 및 정밀안전진단 보고서 분석을 통한 변상사례를 조사하여 성능평가 항목을 균열, 누수, 파손, 박리, 층분리 및 박락, 백태, 품질상태, 철근노출, 탄산화, 단차, 볼트상태, 배수상태, 지반상태, 접속부상태, 공동구 상태로 선정하였다. 또한 다중의사결정기법인 AHP 기법을 활용하여 선정된 성능평가에 대한 합리적인 가중치를 산정하였다. In this study, the performance assessment criterion for reasonable maintenance of shield TBM tunnel was presented. The performance assessment items such as crack, leakage, breakage, spalling, exfoliation/detachment, efflorescence, quality condition, exposure of steel, carbonation, faulting step, bolts condition, drainage condition, ground condition, contact section condition and conduit condition were selected by analyzing domestic and foreign performance assessment criterions and investigating segment lining deterioration cases through the site investigation and in-depth inspection analysis result on the shield TBM tunnel. In addition, the reasonable weight using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) were estimated.

최근 빈번한 노후 지하매설물 관련 사고로 인해 공동구의 효용성 및 필요성이 증대되고 있어, 공동구 활성화를 통한 통합관리의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 현행 공동구 200만㎡ 이상의 대규모 개발 사업(국토계획법)에 설치되도록 규정되어 있으며, 국내는 30개소의 공동구가 설치되어 운영 중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내/외 공동구 설치 현황을 검토하고, 공동구의 운영 및 관리 현황을 분석하여 공동구 활성화를 위해 필요한 사항을 도출하였다.
콘크리트 옹벽에 대한 상태평가 항목과 결함지수와의 상관관계 분석

Although lots of safety inspection and precision safety diagnosis have been conducted on concrete retaining wall, there is no comprehensive analysis on the basis of the accumulated data associated with the statistic. Especially, the concentrated management is necessary on the evaluation items that cause critical damages for the efficient performance. In this regard, this study conducted a correlation analysis between the 18 condition evaluation items and defect index for the concrete retaining wall as well as how each item affects the final defect index as much as in the manual. As a result, correlation coefficient between sliding and overturning was 0.601, which means that they have a strong correlation, and the most influential item on defect index is the condition of drainage that scored the 0.750 correlation coefficient. In addition, as a result of regression analysis, the condition of drainage with the 0.683 correlation coefficient has a strong correlation with the defect index. If the condition evaluation items are integrated or readjusted based on the results of the statistical analysis in this study, the more efficient and accurate maintenance will be possible.

Road Sink Phenomenon (RSP) is one of the major issues in South Korea. National and local governments are trying to develop effective preventive measures against the RSP. Developing the policy-oriented RSP management is most important to minimize possible losses induced by RSP. In this study, we employed the Futures Wheel (FW) method to derive influence factors for RSP management. FW method is widely used for predicting future social-environmental condition. In addition, RAND Corporation`s method is used to derive potential strategic agenda based on derived influence factors by FW method. These derived strategic agenda can contribute to develop the policies related with RSP management.

Collapse of reinforced earth retaining wall due to improper design and construction is still occurring during construction and operation. While most studies of reinforced retaining walls are focused on the mechanistic behavior, there is little study on the improvement of assessment item, which is used to examine the safety of retaining wall, based on the existed inspection data. This study proposed new weighting factor of assessment item by utilizing multiple regression analysis technique, AHP method, and entropy method for the existed inspection data of reinforced earth retaining wall. Compared to the existed weighting factor, the value and the rank of proposed weighting factors are changed. By applying the proposed weighting factors to the existing retaining walls of 161 sites, fragility region of 47 sites is changed.

Among various methods to build the construction safety, the consecutive improvement by the measuring and evaluating safety management capabilities for the construction participants such as an owner, a contractor, and a supervisor (construction project manager) can be the effective one. Thus, an effective evaluation and grading criteria to provide performance index for the implementation of safety management activities should be necessary. In this regards, the purpose of this study is to verify the adequacy by offering a competency evaluation system for the supervisor's safety capability and by applying the system to some construction sites. The proposed evaluation system was developed on the basis of the principles of safety management & accident prevention, basic elements of safety and health management system, and safety evaluation cases at home and abroad. The trial evaluation showed that the safety management of the construction site is mainly carried out by the contractor and the supervisor's awareness for the safety management is low on the whole. Especially, it is urgent to improve the support system from the supervisor headquarter and to place the dedicated safety management person in the field.
