이 논문에서는 북한의 조선어학사의 서술과 그 지향이라는 주제 설정을 통해 북쪽의 〈조선어학사〉 서술의 경향은 지난 과거에서 현재에 이르기까지 어떻게 전개되고 있는지에 대하여 북쪽 조선어학사 저작물인 김병제(1984), 김영황(1996), 안경상(2005)의 연구 경향을 중심으로 그 변화와 흐름을 살펴보았다. 또한 북쪽 사회의 특성상 특정 주제에 대한 다양한 연구 성과가 양산되지는 않는다는 점을 전제하면서 세 텍스트와 함께 사회과학원 〈전서〉(2005) 및 〈색인〉(2006)에 드러난 북쪽의 ‘조선어학’ 체계안에서 ‘조선어학사’의 위상도 아울러 검토하였다. 이 두 문헌도 모두 북한의 ‘조선어학사’의 흐름을 전면적으로 파악해 볼 수 있는 공시적 연구 성과이자 통시적 자료의 성격을 함께 띠고 있다는 점에서 그 의의가 크다. 해방 이후 북한에서는 조선어학사에 대한 전면적인 서술이 존재하지 않았다. 1980년 이후 저술된 ‘조선어학사’ 3종의 연구서에서 북한은 민족주의적 어학사 서술이 이루어져 소위 ‘주체 언어학’의 기조 위에서 좀 더 체계적인 ‘조선어학사’ 서술의 경향을 확인할 수 있었다. 그것은 조선어학사 서술 시기의 확장과 함께 단군 조선에서 현대 항일무장투쟁 시기에 이르기까지 일관된 민족주의적 시각의 구축과 공고화였다. 그것은 어학사 서술에서 남한과의 차이를 보이는 특별하면서도 논쟁적인 지점이다. 또한 남한과 달리 ‘조선어학사’와 ‘조선어사’를 보다 큰 분류인 ‘언어(발전)력사’ 의 범주 속에 묶어서 보려는 경향도 남한과 차이를 보였으며〈전서〉와〈색인〉을 통해서 그 일면을 확인할 수 있었다. 결국 북한의 조선어학사는 조선어학의 체계 안에서 민족주의적 관점을 견지한 학설사의 서술 지향의 양상을 보여준 것과 동시에 그들의 이데올로기에 따른 서술의 관점이 반영된 것이었다. 또한 다른 한편으로는 언어정책사적 차원에서 실용적 영역도 조선어학사 범주에 한데 아우르는 체제로 발전해 온 측면도 간과할 수 없는 사실이다. The aim of this article is to examine diverse research conducted on the description and aim about the history of Korean linguistics in North Korea. It points out the historicity revealed in the textbooks of three kinds and the Series on Korean Linguistics(Jeonseo, 2005)" and Index dictionary on Linguistics(Saegin, 2006) in North Korea, and discusses the issues that may be raised in regard to producing that textbooks and its description depended on the viewpoints of the history of Korean linguistics after concluding a ceasefire agreement Korea War(1953). With this background information, we first demonstrate the distribution of the researchers the late 1940s in North Korea and analyze their academic trends at that time. We then explain the history of Korean linguistics in North Korea, due to the construction and its consolidation of the description for nationalism. We note that there are differences in perception between the textbooks of three kinds, Kim Byeongje(1984), Kim Yeonghwang(1996) and An Gyeongsang(2005) in identifying the starting point of the history of Korean linguistics each other. We also note that there are differences in perception of the history of Korean linguistics between Series on Korean Linguistics(Jeonseo, 2005)" and Index dictionary on Linguistics(Saegin, 2006) in North Korea. Nevertheless, we point out that the priority should be given to the similarity of the history of Korean linguistics of the two countries in additions, due to its unification. We believe that our claim is a desirable consideration, particularly because our focus is on issues that can be achieved essentially based on the viewpoints of the history of unified Korean linguistics.

In Korean language studies, the value of Hong Gimun"s work has never been fully appreciate. It was partly because he chose North Korea in 1948 and, for another reason, he was rarely considered a Korean language researcher. However, he was the person who first tried translating Hunminjeongeum (『訓民正音』) in Korean language. And, he was a Korean researcher who wrote a renowned book called 『正音發達史』. This paper aims at providing new perspectives for the revised evaluation and empirical analysis of his text. In this paper, the historical context of Hong Gimun"s translation of Hunminjeongeum in Koreanl is discussed in three aspects. First, this paper will reconsider his major achievements in the translation of Hunminjeongeum. Second, through 『正音發達史』, which is evaluated as his excellent work, the logical structure of the book and the new terms he first created to deliver the true meaning of Hunminjeongum in Korean language will be explained thoroughly in this article. Third, more focus is put on Ye-Eui (<例義>) among any other parts of Hunminjeongeum described in 『正音發達史』. It is successfully found that Hong Gimun was without doubt original with his incisive analysis and interpretation. Therefore, it is no exaggeration to say that Hong Gimun showed enough linguistic significance of the terminology that he used in his text. After all, this paper is a micro review of the research of Hon Gimun up until 1948 that has seldom dealt with in Korean linguistics fields. Thus, this paper is to re-evaluate the linguistic issues in Hunminjeongeum, discussing his works from the perspectives of Korean linguistics history.

근대 초기 조선어 교재 『한어입문(韓語入門)』에 대하여

이 글은 호세코 시게카쓰(寶迫繁勝)의 근대 초기 조선어 교재인 『한어입문(韓語入門)』(1980)에 대하여 어학사적 측면에서 편찬 목적, 서술 체계의 차용, 내용 구성, 품사 설정 중심의 문법 기술 등의 문제를 논의한 논문이다. 우선 본문에서는 『한어입문(韓語入門)』의 문헌적 성격을 그 서문을 통해 살펴보았다. 또한 그 서술 체계와 문법 용어의 저본이라고 할 수 있는 가베 이즈오(加部嚴夫)의 『語學訓蒙』과의 비교를 통해 『한어입문(韓語入門)』이 독자적인 서구식 문법서의 면모를 갖추고 있다는 기존의 시각에서 벗어날 필요성을 강조하였다. 『한어입문(韓語入門)』이 호세코만의 독자적인 문법 의식이 없는 것은 아니었다. 그러나, 전근대적인 특징과 근대적 문법서의 면모를 함께 갖추었다는 점에서는 근대 조선어 문법서의 효시로 보는 것도 타당함을 강조하였다. 또한 『한어입문(韓語入門)』의 성격을 학습서와 문법서 둘 중 어느 하나의 텍스트로는 규정하기 어렵다는 점을 전제하면서 이 텍스트는 철저하게 일본의 어학서 『語學訓蒙』의 서술 체계와 문법 용어를 차용하였다는 점을 밝혀냈다. 따라서 『한어입문(韓語入門)』에 대하여 호세코 시게카쓰의 독창적이고 서구 지향적인 근대 문법서라는 평가는 다소 과장된 측면이 있다는 점을 논증하였다. 그런 맥락에서 문헌의 어학사적 평가와 의의는 다소 수정될 필요가 있고 다른 시각에서 다시 논의되어야 함을 강조하였다. The purpose of this paper is to examine the linguistic characteristics of Korean language textbook and grammar book for Haneoipmun(韓語入門, 1880), written by Hoseko Shigegatsu. First of all, the purpose of this Korean textbook was analyzed through the preface. In addition, it was already revealed for the first time that Eohakhunmong(語學訓蒙, 1789), written by Kabe in Japan at the time, was in the original form of Haneoipmun(韓語入門)’s text in relation to the grammar description and its terms. Through the description system of the text and the table of contents organization, it was confirmed that almost all of the grammatical terms in Haneoipmun(韓語入門) were already set by Kabe in Eohakhunmong(語學訓蒙). In addition, we evaluated the linguistic value of the Korean language reflected in Haneoipmun(韓語入門) by examining each item. Also, from the perspective of Korean language education history, the significance of the language history of this textbook was discussed. In conclusion, this study emphasized that it is an important part to be dealt with in the history of not only Korean language education but also Japanese studies for Korean.

ERTMS/ETCS의 TSI 절차에 관한 분석 (The analysis of TSI procedure in the ERTMS/ETCS)

TSI(Technical Specification for Interoperability) is the highest technical specification in the Europe Railway and is composed by assessment items and essential requirements included by safety, reliability, availability, health, environment protection and technical compatibility. It is used on the research and development in the next generation railway technical. Currently, TSI procedures have been asked to bid for high speed rail business in Europe and Brazil. Also, all the railway systems such as infrastructure, signaling, electric and rolling stock system corresponding with standard of TSI procedures are exported and imported. Recently, Safety Critical System which has been studied on future railway R&D business in Korea is the state of the art train control system. And it is needed for system assessment of TSI procedures before system test and operation. In this paper, basic research is performed for analyzing TSI procedures suitable for the state of the art train control system in Korean railway.
