신통축어탕(身痛逐瘀湯)이 Hydrogen Peroxide에 의해 손상(損傷)된 배양(培養) 척수감각신경세포(脊髓感覺神經細胞)에 미치는 영향(影響)

Objectives : This study was carried out to examine toxic effect of Sintongchukeo-tang on cultured mouse spinal sensory neurons inhibited by neurotoxicity induced by hydrogen peroxide. Methods : MTT assay, NR assay, LDH and neurofilament assay were performed after spinal sensory neurons were preincubater with various concentrations of Sintongchukeo-tang water extract before treatment of cells with hydrogen peroxide. Results : Hydrogen peroxide induced ceil degeneration such as the decrease of cell viability was measured by MTT and NR assay in the cultured mouse spinal sensory neurons. Sintongchukeo-tang water extract was effective in the decrease of LDH activities of neurons produced by hydrogen peroxide. Sintongchukeo-tang water extract was effective in the increase of amount of neurofilaments damaged by hydrogen peroxide. Conclusions : From the above results, it is suggested that hydrogen peroxide induces the inhibition of cell viability in cultured mouse spinal sensory neurons and Sintongchukeo-tang water extract was effective in cultured neurons damaged by hydrogen peroxide.
국제 스포츠 경기를 위한 IOC의 구조와 법률적 기능에 관한 연구

International sports competition is governed by the International Olympic Committee(IOC), international sports federations, national sports bodies and so forth. Even though the IOC is the supreme authority for the general international sport competitions, including Olympic Games, it is technically a nongovernmental organization with only limited competence. This study, therefore, was designed to investigate and address more comprehensive legal systems for international sport competition. The results of this study are as follows; 1. International sports competition, whether they are disciplines or events, have to maintain effective and powerful leadership organizations on the basis of olympic tradition and sprits, excluded political influences. 2. The leading organizations for international sport competitions have to be modernized to get positive reputations from the participating and interesting people. 3. Every person or organization that plays any part whatsoever in the Olympic Movement shall accept the supreme authority of a Court of Arbitration for Sport under the IOC and shall be bound by its Rules and submit to its jurisdiction.
8200호대 전기기관차용 기존품 보조전원장치의 수명주기비용 평가에 관한 연구

In this paper, the life cycle cost of the auxiliary power unit in the conventional 8200 series electric locomotive is evaluated and an effective life cycle cost reduction method is sought. For this, a life cycle cost evaluation model was proposed using IEC 60300-3-3 standard. As a result of analysis, material cost which accounted for a large percentage of preventive maintenance cost, accounted for 64% of total cost, and breakdown maintenance cost was as high as 27%. Except for the cost of preventive maintenance, the breakdown maintenance cost ratio was the highest. In order to reduce the LCC of the auxiliary power unit(APU) of the 8200 series in the future, it is necessary to reduce the material cost in case of development and to secure the high reliability according to the parts manufacturing so as to minimize the maintenance cost.

Electric vehicles that are currently in operation are being produced domestically. Therefore, there is no great difficulty in receiving or repairing the failed parts or in the overall repair. On the other hand, most of the electric locomotives are manufactured by introducing the parts and technology of foreign vehicle manufacturers. In this paper, conducted a study about life cycle cost analysis of developed auxiliary power unit in 8200 series electric locomotive and suggested cost down method. This confirms the economic benefits of the developed products of the auxiliary power supply compared to the existing products. In addition, a sensitivity analysis of MTBF was conducted to suggest a life cycle cost down method.
