In this paper, we have investigated thermal properties and Impurities content of specimens showing by changing the content of carbon black that is semiconductive materials for underground power transmission. Specimens were made of sheet form with the three of existing resins and the nine of specimens for measurement. Impurities content of specimens was measured by ICPAES(Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometer). Heat capacity(ΔH) and melting temperature(Tm) were measured by DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimetry). The ranges of measurement temperature were from $0^{\circ}C$ to 20$0^{\circ}C$, and heating temperature was 4$^{\circ}C$/min. And then thermal diffusivity was measured by LFA 447. The measurement temperature was $25^{\circ}C$. Impurities content was highly measured according to increasing the content of carbon black from ICPAES results. And heat capacity and melting temperature from the DSC results were simultaneously decreased according to increasing the content of carbon black, while thermal diffusivity was increased according to increasing the content of carbon black. Because ionic impurities of carbon black containg Fe, Co, Mn, Al, and Zn were rapidly increasing kinetic energy by vibration of ionic impurities through the applied heat energy.

Let me conclusion the regulation of the archival management organizations and it's development From the 1894(甲午改革) First, the archival management organizations(記錄局, 總務局) had been made in the office of prime ministry(議政府) and each ministry, which had managed the records and archives in the era of 1894. Second, the archival management organizations had been changed by the beginning of cabinet system from the march of 1895. They had been divided into three parts. One(參事官室) had managed the current records Another one(記錄局) had managed the compilation. Third, from the 1896(俄館播遷) to 1904(露日戰爭), the archival management organizations had been returned to old system of the era of 1894. I mean that the records management ministry(文書課) and the one (記錄局) had been reduced to the small office each other. For more effect research, I studied from the archival aspect. So I focused the archival institution (記錄局, 記錄課) and the related regulations(各府各衛門通行規則)in the era of 甲午改革. My conclusion is they had introduced directly from the regulations(各省官制通則) of Japan. And I did find the related regulations of some agencies (內部, 度支部, 宮內府 奎章閣). From the research of these regulations, I concluded these had been introduced directly from the regulations of Japan, too.

In this study, the overall performance and the local flow field of the centrifugal compressor with the refrigerant HFC-l34a were numerically studied using CFX-TASCflow. The thermodynamic and transport properties of the refrigerant gas were modeled by REFPROP which is NIST refrigerant properties database. The impacts of a grid qualify, discretization scheme, turbulent model and interaction between a impeller and a cascade diffuser were analyzed comparatively. The results were compared with experimental data and 1-D design results using COMPAL and agreed well with others. The numerical method and data obtained in this study can be applied to the design and modification of centrifugal compressors with real gases

The axial fans for cooling condenser were designed by inverse design code TURBOdesign-1. The parameters of the inverse design were set by DOE(design of experiments). By changing the design parameters, such as the distribution of the blade loading, the spanwise circulation distribution and the stacking, 32 different fan designs were created. The overall performances and the local flow fields of these fans were computed by using a commercial CFD code. The results of the CFDcomputations were analyzed by DOE. The pressure rise and the efficiency were selected as the main responses and the main effects of the design parameters onthe responses were discussed. These procedures give a good way for the screening the parameters and the optimum design.

In this study, a sirocco fan was designed by traditional design method, DOE (design of experiments) and CFD. Several design parameters, such as blade angle, volute width, volute expansion angle, impeller meridional shape, impeller width, etc, were set up. The measured performance curve of the basic design model was compared with predicted results for the validation of numerical models. To change the slope of the fan performance curve, volute expansion angle, tongue angle and expansion angle of the volute discharge part were selected as design variables. As a result, the final design model gives a lower maximum discharge flow rate as compared to the basic model. The steep characteristic of the performance curve is favorable for the design of motors in the constant air volume fan.

The effects impeller groove on the performance of regenerative type fuel pump were numerically studied by commercial CFD code(ANSYS CFX-10). To examine the effects of impeller groove, the shapes of the side channel and impeller groove were simplified. The blade angle(inlet/outlet), thickness of a vane and angle between inlet and outlet were selected as the main parameters for the impeller groove. The flow blockages between channel and impeller groove were caused by the thickness of the vane and shape of the groove. The internal flow characteristics of the new model were changed and its overall performance was improved than the existing model.

In this study, the flow and thermal performance of the heat sink and fan-sink were experimentally studied to predict the operating condition of the fan-sink. The experiments of the flow and thermal resistance of the heat sink with various inlet blockage, which were occurred by the shapes of the axial fans, were conducted for the proof of the effects of the inlet blockages. The greater the inlet blockage of the heat sink, the higher the pressure drop and lower the thermal resistance of the heat sink will be. The operating point of the fan-sink was predicted by the pressure drop curve with the inlet blockage, which was corresponded to the selected fan and the fan performance curve, and verified by the performance test of the fan-sink. The predicted operating point of the fan-sink had good agreement with the result of the performance test of the fan-sink within 0.7% of the volume flow rates. Measured thermal resistance of the fan-sink was equivalent to that of the heat sink with the same inlet blockage of the fan-sink. It was shown that the heat transfer characteristics of the heat sink were influenced by the flow interaction between the selected fan and the heat sink. To improve the thermal resistance of the heat sink, it is necessary to consider appropriate flow patterns of the fan outlet entering into the heat sink.

In this study, the overall performance and the effect of the tip leakage flow of the centrifugal compressor with the refrigerant HFC-134a were numerically studied using CFX-TASCflow. To study the effect of a tip leakage flow, the numerical study of the overall performance of HFC-134a centrifugal compressor with a cascade diffuser was preceded and compared with experimental result. Six different tip clearances were used to consider the influence of a tip clearance on performance. The tip leakage flow was illustrated for qualitative discussion. The results obtained in this study can be applied to the determination of the cold clearance.
