본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 기반의 스마트카드를 이용한 전자지불결제 시스템의 통합구축을 통해 사용자의 제한된 이용과 타 결제시스템과 연동이 필요한 기존의 시스템을 교통 및 유통분야에서도 결제가 가능하며, 다양한 제휴를 통한 선불 전자화폐시장의 선도를 지향함과 동시에 시너지효과를 창출할 수 있는 서비스 환경을 제공하며, 유비쿼터스 지불결제 시스템(Ubiquitous-Payment System) 기반의 전자화폐를 도입하여 전국 확산의 기반 마련과 전국 호환의 전자화폐표준을 구축하는데 이를 활용하고자 한다.

In this paper, we propose new parallel mechanism of a 3 dimensional biped robot whose each leg is composed of two 3-dof parallel platforms linked serially. This proposed parallel mechanism is able to move freely in the man-made environment and is applied to various fields, such as medical, welfare, and so on. And a total weight of each leg is expected to be lighter than serial linked leg. One side leg consists of a 3-dof orientation platform and 3-dof asymmetric parallel platform. The former consists of three active linear actuators and seven passive joints, and the latter of two active linear actuators, one active rotational actuator and eight passive joints. Thus, there are two kinds of parallel platforms each chain’s elements and active joint’s positions are different for the biped robot to move freely like a serial link without the kinematics constraints. The effectiveness and the performance of the proposed parallel mechanism and locomotion trajectory are shown in computer simulations with a 12-DOF parallel biped robot.

It is frequently difficult to assess the presence of malignancy in patients with parotid tumor, because of unreliable diagnostic tools and riskful preoperative biopsy. In our case, a parotid adenocarcinoma and pleomorphic adenoma was revealed on permanent histologic section, which was made a impression as pleomorphic adenoma on preoperative Tru-Cut biopsy and intraoperative frozen section. So, the most accurate diagnosis of the parotid malignancy is a complete removal of tumor tissue, accompanied with permanent histologic section.

본 실험은 접목선인장의 품질변화을 조사하고, 선박운송 중 발생되는 부패균에 대하여 조사하고자 실시하였다. 식물 재료로 비모란의 "후광", "후홍", "연화", "황월"의 네 품종을, 산취의 "골드크라운", "옐로우크라운"를 사용하였으며, 모의 운송기간 중 생체중, 구경, CO2 발생량, 부패율을 측정하였다. 모의운송 40일 후에는 접목선인장을 온실 환경(평균온도 28 ± 12℃, 평균습도 36 ± 15.3%)하에 두고 28일간 재생률과 부패율을 조사하였다. 모든 품종에서 시간이 지남에 따라 생체중과 구경이 감소되는 것으로 나타났으며, CO2 발생량은 품종간 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 접수 부분이 삼각주 부분 보다 부패율이 높은 것으로 조사되었으며, 부패에 따른 부패균을 분석한 결과, 비모란에서는 Alternaria sp., Cladosporium sp., Colletotrichum sp., Fusarium sp., Penicillium sp. 등이 조사되었으며, 산취에서도 Alternaria sp., Bipolaris sp., Cladospoirum sp. 등이 조사되었다. 따라서 접목선인장의 품질을 유지 및 향상시키기 위해서는 수확후 부터 수출까지 부패발생 요인을 분석하고, 부패율을 최소화시키기 위한 처리기술 개발이 필요하다고 판단된다. This experiment was conducted to study the qualitative changes of grafted cactus after harvest and to examine the decomposition characteristics of pathogenic fungi which occurs or grows during the simulated shipping period. Plant materials with four varieties of Gymnocalycium mihanovichii var. friedrichii including, "Hukwang", "Huhong", "Hwangwol", "Yeunhwa" and two varieties of Chamaecereus silvestrii f. variegate such as "Goldcrown" and "Yellowcrown"were used. During the simulated shipping period, the fresh-weight, bulb diameter, carbon dioxide emission rate, and decomposition rate were observed. The regeneration rate and decomposition rate were observed for the grafted cactuses that were placed in a greenhouse environment with a temperature of 28 ± 12℃ and humidity of 36 ± 15.3% after 40 days of simulated shipping. There were reductions in the fresh-weight and bulb diameter in every variety as time passed while the carbon dioxide emission rate showed no meaningful difference by each variety. Furthermore, the decomposition rate in the scion was higher than in the stock. According to the analysis of pathogenic fungi by decomposition characteristics, Alternaria sp., Cladosporium sp., Colletotrichum sp., Fusarium sp., Penicillium sp. in G. mihanovichii var. friedrichii were found and Alternaria sp., Bipolaris sp., Cladospoirum sp. in C. silvestrii f. variegate were identified. Therefore, to maintain and improve the quality of grafted cactus, it is necessary to analyze the factors of decomposition from the time of harvest until the point of export and develop a process technology to minimize the decomposition rate.
