In this paper deals with strength of glass fiber reinforced plastics produced by shouting machine was investigated by universal testing instrument. We can obtain following results by performing the strength evaluation of polymer composite material according as varied environment temperature. The effect of environmental temperature on Strength properties was more sensitive in the weld specimen than parent. When changed environmental temperature, variation of strength in the parent was much bigger than it of weld specimen, that is, matrix in the parent, orientation in the specimen ware more sensitive to environmental strength. Tensile strength of polycarbonate matrix was similar regardless of mold temperature.

The magnetic polishing is the useful method to finish some machinery fabrications by using magnetic power. This method is one of the precision techniques and has an aim for clean technology in the clean pipes. The magnetic abrasive polishing method is not so common in the field of machine that it is not known to widely. There are rarely researcher in this field because of non-effectiveness of magnetic abrasive. This paper deals with mediocritizing magnetic polishing device into regular lathe and this experiment was conducted in order to get the best surface roughness at low cost. This paper contains the result of experiment to acquire the best surface roughness, not using the high-cost polishing material in processing. In this paper, We could have investigated into the changes of the movement of magnetic abrasive grain. In reference to this result, we could have made the experiment which is set under the condition of the magnetic flux density, polishing velocity according to the form of magnetic brush.
원추형 다이를 이용한 Cu-Al 층상 복합재료의 직접압출

This paper describes experimental investigations in the direct extrusion of copper clad aluminum rods through conical dies. Composite materials consist of two or more different material layers. Copper clad aluminum composite materials are being used fur economic and structural purposes and the development of an efficient production method of copper clad aluminum composite material rods by extrusion is very important, It is necessary to know the conditions in which successful uniform extrusion ,and sound cladding may be carried out without any defects in the direct extrusion. There are several variables that have an influence on determining a sound clad extrusion. In order to investigate the influence of these parameters on the hot direct extrudability of the copper clad aluminum composite material rods, the experimental study have been performed with various extrusion temperatures, extrusion ratios and semi-cone angles of die. Subsequently, the microscopic inspection of interface bonding is carried out for extruded products. By measuring hardness, along extrusion way of products, a variation of hardness has been discussed. Proportional flow state has been considered by measuring radius ratio of Cu sleeve and Al core before and after extrusion.

The plane surface rolling, one of the plastic working process, provide good surface condition due to increase of surface roughness and hardness. It is well known that mechanism of surface rolling depends upon rolling conditions such as rolling speed, contact pressure, step length of rolling, the shape of roller and mechanical properties of material. In this study, the optimal value of the above parameters on the surface roughness were investigated by using the rolling tool with NACHI 6000ZZ ball bearing outer races on machine structure carbon steel(SM45C).

The magnetic polishing is the useful method to finish using magnetic power of magnet. That method is one of precision polishing techniques and has an aim of the clean technology using for the pure of gas and inside of the clean pipe. The magnetic abrasive polishing method is not so common for machine that it is not spreaded widely. There are rarely researcher in this field because of non-effectiveness of magnetic abrasive. Therefore, in this paper deals with development of the magnetic abrasive using Sr-Ferrite. In this development, abrasive grain GC used to resin bond fabricated low temperature. And Sr-Ferrite of magnetic abrasive powder fabricated that Sr-Ferrite was crused into 200 mesh. The XRD analysis result show that only GC abrasive and Sr-Ferrite crystal peaks detected which explains resin bond was not any more chemical reaction. From SEM analysis it is found that GC abrasive and Sr-Ferrite were strong bonding with each other by bond. The magnetic polishing is performed by polishing the surface of pipe by attracting magnetic abrasives with magnetic fields. This can be widely applied for finishing machinery fabrications such as various pipes and for other safety processes. In this paper, we could have investigated in to the changes of the movement of magnetic abrasive grain.
