수분장애시 목초 발아특성 및 누적 발아율 곡선 예측을 위한 Sigmoid 함수들 간의 비교

수분 장애시 목초 발아 특성을 검토하기 위하여, 삼투압 0, -5 bar 두 수준에서 tall fescue, orchardgrass, Kentucky bluegrass 및 alfalfa의 총 발아율, 발아속도계수를 구하였으며, 누적 발아율의 경시적인 변화를 logistic 및 Weibull 함수를 이용하여 비선형회귀 잔차에 의하여 함수간 비교를 하였고, 각 함수로부터 추정된 계수를 조사 하였던바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 삼투압 수준 -5 bar에서 대조구 대비 총발아율은 감소, 발아속도계수는 감소하였으며, alfalfa는 다른 초종에 비하여 그 변화정도가 적었다. 2.비총형회귀잔차 분석에 의하면 tall fescue, Kentucky bluegrass 및 orchardgrass는 삼투압 조건에 관계없이 logistic과 Weibull 함수간에 차이가 없었으나, Weibull 함수에 의한 alfalfa의 누적 발아율 곡선추정시 분석잔차가 logistic 함수보다 적었다. 3. 각 함수로 부터 20% 발아율 도달 일수를 추정한바, 수분장애에 의한 발아지연을 감지할 수 있었으며 함수들간의 유의적인 차이가 인정되었다. 4. logistic 함수로부터 추정된 비율계수는 alfalfa를 제외한 전 초종에서 수분장애에 의해 감소되었고, Weibull 함수로 부터 추정된 규모 및 형상 계수는 일반적으로 증가하는 경향이었다. The germination of seeds is developmentally complex process requiring water uptake, which is regulated by both genotypic and environmental factors. The present study was undertaken to determine the difference in germination characteristics, and to compare the ability of the logistic and Weibull functions to describe the cumulative germination curve when two levels of osmotic potential(0, -5 bar) were put to seeds of alfalfa, tall fescue, orchardgrass, and Kentucky bluegrass. The effects of grass type, osmotic potential, and their interaction on the total germination and coefficient of germination velocity were significant(P<0.01). The Weibull equation for predicting percent cumulative germination curve of alfalfa had significantly lower residuals than the logistic equation regardless of osmotic potential(P<0.01), indicating that the Weibull equation was more efficient than the logistic equation to fit the data of the percent cumulative germination of alfalfa. The rate parameter from the logistic equation was decreased under water stress, whereas the scale and shape parameters were increased. There were significant differences in days to 20% germination estimated from the logistic and Weibull equations.
