주행시뮬레이션을 이용한 고속도로 공사장 주의구간 교통안전표지 설치 방안 연구

고속도로 공사장 교통관리구간 중 주의구간은 공사구간으로 진입하는 차량이 차로 변경을 수행해야 하는 구간으로 감속과 함께 안전한 차로변경이 가능하도록 교통안전표지가 설치되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 주행시뮬레이션 분석을 통해 주의구간 내 운전자의 반응특성으로 고려한 교통안전표지 설치의 적정성을 평가하였다. 교통안전표지 위치 변경 및 제거를 통해 시나리오를 구성하고, 시나리오 별 교통안전표지의 설치 위치 적정성을 제한속도 순응률과 차로변경 안전도를 통해 비교 평가하였다. 분석 결과 제한속도 규제표지를 주의구간 상류부에 설치하여 공사구간 진입차량의 속도를 미리 감소키시고, 차로변경 주의표지를 주의구간 하류부에 설치하여 차로 변경을 최종적으로 유도하는 것이 운전자의 인지도 및 순응도 향상에 있어서 가장 효과적인 대안인 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 고속도로 공사장에서 발생하는 교통사고 예방을 위해 교통관리기준의 개정 시 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Effective installation and operations of traffic safety signs in the advance warning area is of considerable interest for safer traffic management at freeway work zones. This study evaluated the feasibility of traffic safety sign installation based on a driving simulation experiment to take drivers' responsive characteristics into consideration. Both the compliance rate for speed limit and a lane-changing safety index were used for evaluating a set of driving simulation scenarios. It was identified that providing speed limit signs to reduce speed in advance and afterward guiding lane-changing could lead to safer maneuvering of vehicles entering work zones. The outcomes of this study are expected to be useful for revising freeway work zone management policies toward crash prevention.
국가적 관점에서 용도별 ESS 적정용량 산정을 위한 운전수리모델 수립에 대한 연구

Around the world are increasing the demand for ESS. Currently, the domestic is expected to benefit by operating ESS. In the domestic, it is expected to benefit from operations of the installed ESS because of the introduction of ESS less capacity. However ESS capacity to the maximum profit occurs is unknown. ESS is different from the charge-discharge characteristics and the reserve to replace, depending on the application. Therefore, it should be established in accordance with the ESS optimal capacity according to the purpose used because it can maximize the quality and efficiency of the electric energy. To the ESS optimal capacity estimation by the purpose used, It should compare the investment cost caused by ESS facility installation and operation cost caused by operating ESS. In this paper, the operation mathematical model for estimating marginal operation costs established. In operation mathematical model, operating cost is considered fuel cost and no-load cost start-up cost. Because no-load cost and start-up cost are not related to cost and power plant output, there are expressed an integer variable costs as a step function.
국가적 관점에서 각 용도별 ESS 적정용량 산정을 위한 투자수리모델 수립에 관한 연구

At present, electric power industry around the world are being gradually changed to a new paradigm, such as electrical energy storage system, the wireless power transmission. Demand for ESS, the core technology of the new paradigm, has been growing worldwide. However, it is essential to estimate the optimal capacity of ESS facilities for frequency regulation because the benefit would be saturated in accordance with the investment moment and the increase of total invested capacity of ESS facilities. Hence, in this paper, the annual optimal mathematical investment model is proposed to estimate the optimal capacity and to establish investment plan of ESS facility for frequency regulation. The optimal mathematical investment model is newly established for each season, because the construction period is short and the operation effect for the load by seasons is different unlike previous the mathematical investment model. Additionally, the marginal operating cost is found by new mathematical operation model considering no-load cost and start-up cost as step functions improving the previous mathematical operation model. ESS optimal capacity is established by use value in use iterative methods. In this case, ESS facilities cost is used in terms of the value of the beginning of the year.
제한급전하는 오프그리드의 독립형 마이크로그리드 최적 설계 및 경제성 평가를 위한 일부하곡선 추정 방안에 관한 연구

There is a growing interest in various microgrid solutions that supply electricity 24 hours a day to off-grid areas where are not connected with the main grid, and Korea has many positive effects by constructing overseas microgrids as a country operating the emission trading scheme. Since it is not clear how to obtain load curves that is one of the inputs of the HOMER used to design a microgrid optimization plan, or it is necessary to examine whether electricity is supplied to the peak load level of the areas where have not received the electricity benefits from the viewpoint of the demand management, a methodology should be developed to know the load composition ratio and the shape of the daily load curve. In this paper, the relative coefficient and average load information for each load group obtained from the survey are used besides peak load and total average load. A mathematical model is proposed to derive the load composition ratio in the form of a Quadratic Programming and the load forecasting is performed using simple linear regression with future indicators. The effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed for the Philippine island region supported by Korea Energy Agency and the Asian Development Bank.
