F.R.P. Sheets(Carbon, Grass and Aramid) are repairing and rehabilitating materials of which consumption has been increasing steeply most recent. Recently years, in the country, despite of excellent material property, those are used empirically without proving of behavior characteristics. In this test, F.R.P. Sheets(Carbon, Grass and Aramid), were tested for investigation of the change of tensile strength about number of sheet layers and splice lengths. The test results show that the tensile strength do not have any affection with respect to number of sheet layers and fiber sheets, which are cut for using in field, do have adequate spliced length to give the same strength of one sheet.

Bond between concrete and reinforcing bars is one of the main aspects of governing the behavior of reinforced concrete structures. Because the behavior of GFRP rebar is different from the well-known properties of steel rebar, it is believed that theories fully dedicated to GFRP rebar should be established to design the GFRP reinforced structures. This paper discusses the analytical bond models between the concrete and the GFRP rebar. Experimental bond tests were conducted with steel and three types of GFRP rebars. The results were analyzed by using four bond models. The goodness-of-fit for existing bond models and newly proposed one were tested by least squares method and compared with each other. The result indicates that the newly proposed bond model has better goodness-of-fit than the existing ones.

사회기반시설은 국가 경제 활동의 기반을 형성하는 기초적인 시설이기 때 문에 교량붕괴와 같은 예상치 못한 구조물 이상은 개인 및 국가적인 경제적 손실을 발생시킬 뿐만 아니라 사회문제로까지 확대될 수 있다. 따라서 사회기반시설을 이루는 구조물에 대한 지속적인 유지관리와 안전관리는 비 중 있게 다루어져야 한다. 교량 유지관리를 위한 모니터링은 90년대 초에 처음 도입되어 현재는 실시간 계측과 분석이 가능한 상태로까지 발전하였으며 최근에는 첨단센서를 이용한 시스템이 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 상기와 같은 모니터링 시스템을 구축함에 있어서 최근 주목받고 있는 광섬유 센서를 이용하는 경우의 경제성을 알아보기 위해 다양한 조건에 대한 비용 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 분석결과를 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 전기저항식 센서를 이용하여 모니터링 시스템을 구축하는 경우와 비교하여 광섬유 센서를 이용한 교량 모니터링 시스템의 경제성을 살펴보았다. 검토결과 광섬유 센서를 사용하여 모니터링 시스템을 구축하는 경우 많은 부분 기존의 경우보다 보다 나은 이점을 취할 수 있고 비용 측면에서도 경쟁력을 가질 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. Civil infrastructure is the basis facility which builds up the base of national economy operation. Consequently unexpected sudden abnormal condition of civil infrastructure causes private and national property loss and moreover can spread social issue. Therefore, continuous maintenance and safety management for the civil infrastructures should be handled with great weight. Monitoring system for managing bridge maintenance was introduced first in the early of 1990s and has been developed up to real time measurement and analysis. Thesedays another system using fiber optic sensors is being developed. This paper presents the cost analysis of bridge monitoring system with fiber optic sensors which is gathering attention. Various cases were considered and the results were compared with that of monitoring system with electronic resistant type sensors widely used. As a results, fiber optic sensor system has good advantages in various cases, and also cost effectiveness compared to conventional sensor system.

본 연구는 가족중심실천을 구성하고 있는 다양한 의미들을 검토하고, 가족을 대상으로 개입하는 사회복지사에게 실천적 함의를 제공하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 가족중심실천에 관한 선행연구를 검토하여 가족중심실천을 구성요소로 ``가족과 전문가의 협력``, ``강점관점의 접근``, ``개입단위로서의 가족`` 등을 설정하였다. 가족중심실천의 핵심은 전문가의 주도적 역할보다 가족을 둘러싼 다양한 체계들의 상호협력을 달성하는 것이며, 이를 위해 전문가 집단과 사회복지기관은 가족과 협력하고 가족을 지원할 수 있는 운영체계 구축을 제안하고 있다. 가족중심실천은 전문가와 사회복지기관의 역할 변화를 요청하고 있으며, 실천가 및 사회복지기관의 상호협력체계를 가족중심실천의 성공요인으로 보고 있다. The purpose of this study is to refine conception of ``Family-centered practice``. This study have three factors about the family-centered practice. The definition consists of the partnership with family, a strengths-based approach, focusing on the family as the unit of attention. Family-centered intervention is traditionally a different way to view the relationship between family and service delivery system. It encompasses the belief that the family is at the center and the service providers are collaborator. The service coordinator is respectful of a family`s choice and continuously seeks the services to meet the need of family. Also, the practitioner should support families by providing opportunities for participation. In conclusion, this study confirmed that each family should lead the decision-making process concerning the service they receive. Family-centered practice will contribute to empower the family and

저탄소녹색관광 모델이면서도 이야기를 재미있게 풀어나가는 스토리투어가 접목된 에듀테인먼트 관광상품으로서 경주자전거문화유적체험투어를 선정했다는 정이 본 연구의 독창성이다. 따라서 저탄소녹색관광 모델로서 경주자전거투어를 에듀테인먼트 관광상품으로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 투어 참가팀 연장자를 대상으로 수집된 설문지를 분석하였는데. 그 결과 개선사항은 다용과 같다. 첫째. 더 많은 참가자 유도를 위해 다양한 방법으로 홍보해야 한다. 둘째. 참가자의 동반 자녀들의 눈높이에 맞춘 해성과 스토리 개발이 필요하다. 셋째, 자전거 전용도로의 보수가 필요하다. 마지막으로. 기존 코스 이외에도 최신 트렌드를 반영하는 다양한 코스의 개발이 필요하다. The bicycle tour in Gyeongju can be an unique cultural experience. which is regarded to be an edutainment propose with story telling contents as well as a grafted low carbon green tour model. This study intends to propose applicable strategies that make the bicycle tour program in Gyeongju an active edutainment tour product in consideration of low carbon green tour model. The analysis of questionnaires towards the elder group of participants shows following results: First, it is necessary to make a variety of proactive promotion programs in order to increase the number of participants. Second, it is required to execute suitable level of narrations and story telling contents for participants` accompanying children in cooperation with cultural tourism commentary. Third, it is needed to repair and reconstruct bicycle roads for improvement of safety level supported by self-goveming bodies. Finally, new bicycle routes which are reflecting the latest trends need to be added to existing routes in order to utilize the edutainment tourism product.

FRP is one of excellent materials for replacing conventional steel reinforcement due to its corrosion resistant property. It has many advantages such as high specific strength, light weight, especially corrosion resistance. However, FRP bar can't be treated freely after the completion of hardening due to the use of thermosetting resin. This hinders the application of FRP rebar in civil structures. This paper presents experimental results for bending tensile capacity of GFRP rebar. A total of 10 specimens, classified with 2 groups, were prepared and tested. Main parameter was the radius of bending and bar was bent before the completion of hardening. Test results was compared with the tensile capacity of straight GFRP bar which was manufactured by same method of bent bar.
