폐쇄형 공급망 하의 정상품 및 리퍼브제품의 통합적 판매가격 결정

본 연구는 제조업체, 판매업체, 리퍼브업체가 공존하는 페쇄형 공급망 하에서 정상품 및 리퍼브제품의 통합적 가격 결정에 대해 다룬다. 현실에서와 같이 반품 제품의 리퍼비싱과 리퍼브제품의 정상품 수요 잠식을 고려하였다. 공급망 주도업체인 제조업체의 프로세스 통합을 고려한 통합형 공급망, 그리고 공급망 구성원들의 도덕적 해이로 인한 삼중이익추구 현상이 발생하는 분산형 공급망의 각기 다른 두 공급망 구조를 제시하였고, 공급망 구조에 따라 다르게 발생하는 구성원들 간의 상호작용, 가격 결정구조를 분석하였다. 또한 분산형 공급망 하에서 구성원들의 핵심역량 집중을 통한 성과 개선 방향을 제시하고, 통합형 공급망의 이상적 이익 수준에 도달할 수 있는 조건은 무엇인지 역시 제시하여 폐쇄형 공급망 관리에 중요한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. This study investigates a joint pricing decision on new and refurbished items in a closed-loop supply chain, consisting of a manufacturer, a seller and a refurbisher, while considering channel conflict between new and refurbished items as in practice. We introduce two supply chain models with different structures, including the integrated supply chain in which the manufacturer integrates overall processes and the decentralized one involving triple marginalization issues due to moral hazard of players. Then, we investigate different interaction between players and pricing decision structures in two supply chain models. We also characterize the conditions under which the decentralized supply chain outperforms the integrated supply chain in order to provide important managerial insights into supply chain practices.
공급망 구성원 간 역학관계가 R&D 및 시장 성과에 미치는 영향

This study investigates the effect of power dynamics on R&D and market performances. Various types of relationships in a supply chain are considered. An R&D company offering new technology for product quality and a manufacturer responsible for both production and sales are utilized as subjects. The company with bargaining power differs with respect to the supply chain situation in practice, and no fixed single relationship and supply chain structure exist. However, only a few studies have considered the various relationships among players in a supply chain and their effects on performance. Therefore, we propose three models with different supply chain structures and power dynamics among players. This study contributes to the academia and supply chain practice by revealing the different characteristics of supply chain models.
전자상거래 공급망의 회수물류 : 재활용을 고려한 이단계 반품정책

This study investigates two-stage return policy and recycling issues in an e-marketplace supply chain consisting of consumers, a retailer and a manufacturer. The manufacturer, a focal company in the e-marketplace supply chain, considers the recycling of commercial returns so offers the retailer a buy-back contract of which transfer payment consists of a wholesale price and a buy-back price. Then, under the given contract offer, the retailer determines a selling price and a return policy to control consumers' demand and return requests. We consider the retailer's opportunistic behavior and supply chain coordination issues based on the principal-agent paradigm. We compare the first-best and second-best optima and conduct comparative static analyses to evaluate the performance results of the buy-back contract and provide important managerial implications.
