      • HMM 기반 화자확인 시스템에 관한 연구

        When the design and implementation of speaker verification system with stable performances by short training number, the proper speaker recognition method of reducing the training number are required. For determining the proper speaker recognition method, the existing speaker recognition methods are compared through computer simulations. Discrete HMM recognition method is adopted for the performance stability of speaker recognition, the amount of training and the possibility of real-time implementation, The realistic methods are proposed for the enhancement of discrete HMM as the following five parts. Five algorithms are proposed in two parts and incorporated into a single system. This study consists of two parts; one is preprocessing part, the other is speaker verification part. The five methods mentioned above are applied to the general DHMM and the approach then results in the performance enhancement of about 1.1% in FA and 41.7% in FR. As a result, it is shown that the proposed speaker verification system composed of the five algorithms is very robust to noisy environment

        Failover procedures took too much time and were extremely costly. When a system went down, the field technician served by that system would become idle when they finished the current job. They would have to wait for the system to come back up to identify the next job. System failure would affect large segments of the workforce, it required at least an hour to carry out a failure. Therefore, an efforts was begun to refurbish the infrastructure that supported work manager. We developed work manager, an information of scheduling system that automates work management, an algorithm and field communications.

        CAN/LIN 통신제어기의 통합 모듈 개발에 관한 연구

        As the number of electronic control devices mounted in the vehicle increases, communication standards between electronic control devices are evolving. In particular, the recently released new car is equipped with various types of advanced driver assistance systems that receive and process information from camera sensors and radar, so more data must be exchanged quickly and safely. LIN and CAN are currently the most widely used in-vehicle communication standards, but their maximum communication speed is slow at 40 Kbit/s and 1 Mbit/s, respectively. CAN communication controllers and LIN communication controllers are essential when testing functions and performance after manufacturing in-vehicle devices. Since the CAN communication controller and the LIN communication controller are produced and sold as separate products, manufacturing costs of inspection equipment increase, and data processing speed decreases due to repeated data generation and transmission in the control PC. That is, there is a problem of incorrectly recognizing data loss due to data bottleneck as a defect in the device to be inspected. An integrated module was developed to solve this problem and software was developed in data transmission.

      • ISO-14443 타입 A와 B 호환 모듈개발에 관한 연구

        Operating on 13.56 MHz frequency, these contactless smart credential readers provide one of the most advanced identification reader technologies available today. In this study, the new proposed readers will help organizations support diversified smart credential applications ranging from biometrics to cashless vending and transit passes. The new proposed contactless smart credential readers provide advanced compatability by supporting all applicable both ISO-14443 Type A and B standards transfering module. This modules that are developed have a good compatibility, then result in the performance of about 99% in recognition rate and average 8.8cm in recognition distance. As a result, it is shown that the proposed ISO-14443 standards Type A and B compatibility system module is very efficient in real life.

      • 잡음환경에 강인한 화자확인에 관한 연구

        The first proposed speaker verification method for the preprocessing part is the linear predictive coding (LPC) cepstrum weighting function that modifies the existing one. Simulation results show that the average speaker verification rate is improved by 17.7% using the proposed end-point detection algorithm using LPC residue, and it is improved by 37% using the proposed noise cancelling and microphone property compensation algorithm. The proposed weighting function for discriminating inter-speaker variations also improves the average speaker verification rate by 6.6% (FR). The second proposed speaker verification method for the speaker verification part is a modified clustering algorithm. In this study, a nonlinear clustering algorithm is used. The proposed method increased the speaker verification rate by 1.0% (FR). The following are proposed in the study: a method for reducing the training utterance number, a method using the personal vector quantization code book for improving the imposter acceptance rate, the observation symbol probability smoothing method by probability weights for improving the DHMM performance, and the speaker model adaptation method for adapting the voice variance. The two verification methods mentioned above are applied to the general DHMM. The results showed a performance enhancement of about 1.1% in FA and 41.7% in FR.

        적응적인 인터리빙과 셔플링을 이용한 디지털 영상의 암호화

        본 논문에서는 디지털 콘텐츠의 저작권 보호를 위해 기존의 고정된 셔플링 테이블을 이용한 암호화의 가장 큰 단점인 평문 공격에 대한 취약성을 보완할 수 있는 암호화 기법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 우선, 영상의 특정 값에 따라 적응적으로 변하는 스크램블 방법을 제안하고 사용하여 DCT에서 처리된 8×8블록을 셔플링하는 암호화 방법과 기존의 셔플링 방법을 결합한 적응적인 셔플링 방법을 이용하여 영상을 암호화하는 두 가지 방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 적응적연 인터리브와 셔플링 방법을 이용한 암호화 방법은 기존의 셔플링 테이블 방법에 비해 공격에 강인한 특정을 가졌고, 모의실험을 통해 JPEG 등의 DCT(Discrete Cosine Transform) 기반 영상 콘텐츠를 위한 효과적인 암호화 방법으로 시용될 수 있음을 보였다. n this paper, we propose a digital image encryption method using adaptive interleaving and multiple random shuffling table to improve the existing encryption methods which use a fixed random shuffling table. In order to with stand the plaintext attack, we propose a interleaving method that is adaptive to the local feature of image. Secondly, using the proposed Adative interleaving only shuffling method and multiple shuffling method that is combined interleaving with existing shuffling method, we encrypted image by shuffled the DCT processed 8×8 blocks. In this paper, we proposed digital image encryption method using Adaptive interleaving and shuffling to protect right of contents authorship. Experimental results show that proposed method can be used to encrypt digital image data.

        IT 장비 원격 전원제어 및 실시간 모니터링 시스템 성능검증

        본 논문은 다수의 IT 장비를 운영하는데 있어서 비상 상황을 실시간 감시하여 측정된 환경 데이터를 기반으로 이상발생 시 원인을 예측하고, 유지 보수 인원 투입 시 보다 빠른 정상화를 이룰 수 있는 예측이 가능한 원격 전원 제어시스템을 연구하는데 목적이 있다. 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 실험을 통해 보다 안정적인 시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 또한 제품의 무결성과 안전성 검증이 확인되어 상용화를 목표로 하고 있다. 실시간 감시 및 제어가 가능한 자동 설비로써 전원을 제어 및 초기화와 더불어 자동 운영이 가능하므로 산업 전반에 사용이 가능할 뿐 아니라 축산 및 농업의 자동화 설비에도 응용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. This study aims to evaluate a remote power control system that can predict the cause of an abnormality based on the environmental data measured by monitoring emergency situations in real time. This system intends to operate several IT equipment and achieve faster normalization when maintenance personnel are deployed. We aim to design a more stable system through hardware and software experiments. In addition, confirmation of product integrity and safety verification and commercialization are aimed. As an automatic facility capable of real-time monitoring and control, it can automatically operate along with power control and initialization. Therefore, it is expected to be used throughout the industry as well as in livestock and agriculture automation.

      • 서지전류 변화에 따른 ZnO 배리스터의 제한 전압 특성에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we are doing research on the effects of the injected number and amplitude of surge current on ZnO varistor limiting voltage versus change of injected surge current(10/350μs). We injected surge current under the same conditions until the varistor totally broke down and then took a measurement of voltage at that time. We analyze characteristics of surge currents on the performance of ZnO varistor, the measurement of voltage before and after the injection of the same surge current. As a consequence, the amplitude of average limiting voltage through ZnO varistor were increased with increasing surge currents. And we found that the number of injection on the surge current was increased for lower surge current.
