        난소암세포에서 마이토콘드리아 단백질 p32 (gclqbp)의 세포사멸에 관한 연구

        목적: 본 연구는 난소암세포주 SK-OV-3세포에서 마이토콘드리아 단백질인 p32가 pro-apoptotic 단백질인 Harakiri와 관계된 세포사멸에 관한 생리적 기능을 알아보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 방법: p32와 Harakiri의 immunoprecipitation을 통해 상호작용을 확인하였으며, confocal microscopy를 이용하여 면역형광염색을 통해 세포 내 위치를 확인하였다. 난소암세포주인 SK-OV-3세포에서 p32와 Harakiri를 과발현시켜 36시간 후에 형광현미경에 서 GFP가 발현하는 세포를 counting하였다. 결과: p32와 Harakiri는 난소암세포주에서 세포사멸을 일으켰으며, p32와 Harakiri가 세포질 내 마이토콘드리아에 함께 존재함으로써 그 기능을 수행하며 상호작용하고 있음을 알았다. 또한, p32와 Harakiri가 동시에 과발현시켰을 때 세포사멸의 효과가 더 강력함을 알았다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 난소암세포에서 p32가 새로운 세포사멸에 유도체임을 밝히게 되었으며, p32는 난소암세포 치료제로서 응용도 가능하다고 짐작해 본다. Objective: The purpose of the study was to examine a possible physiological function of p32-mediated apoptosis signaling in ovarian cancer cells. Methods: SK-OV-3 cells were transfected with respective plasmid DNAs, and cell viability was measured. By immunoprecipitation and immunofluorescence staining analysis, we confirmed that p32 interacts with Harakiri in ovarian cancer cells. Results: In SK-OV-3 cells, p32 interacted with Harakiri and both p32 and Harakiri were colocalized in the mitochondria. In addition, overexpression of p32 induced apoptosis of ovarian cancer cells and augmented Harakiri-mediated apoptosis. Conclusion: Our results demonstrated p32 as an apoptosis inducer and helped to provide the better understanding of the function of p32 in ovarian cancer cells and a possibility of p32 in the application of cancer therapeutics

        학교스포츠클럽활동 참여 중학생의 신체적 자기개념이 자아탄력성과 학교행복감에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 학교스포츠클럽활동 참여 중학생의 신체적 자기개념이 자아탄력성과 학교행복감에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 위해 서울, 경기, 충남 지역에 있는 중학교 5곳에서 수집한 333부의 자료를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, t-test, 상관분석, 단순 및 다중회귀분석을 통하여 분석되었다. 연구결과, 첫째, 학교스포츠클럽활동 참여 중학생은 참가기간에 따라 스포츠유능감, 체지방 외모, 건강, 신체활동, 유연성, 지구력, 근력, 자아탄력성, 교사관계, 심리적 안정, 자기효능감, 학습활동즐거움에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 학교스포츠클럽활동 참여 중학생의 외모, 스포츠유능감, 건강, 지구력은 자아탄력성에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 학교스포츠클 럽활동 참여 중학생의 근력은 교사관계에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 학교스포츠클럽활동 참여 중학생의 외모, 스포츠유능감, 유연성, 건강은 학습활동즐거움에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 학교스포츠클럽활동 참여 중학생의 외모, 체지방은 심리적 안정에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 여섯째, 학교스포츠클럽활동 참여 중학생의 외모는 친구관계에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 일곱째, 학교스포츠클럽 참여 중학생의 유연성, 신체활동, 건강은 자기효능감에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 여덟째, 학교스포츠클럽활동 참여 중학생의 외모, 건강, 지구력은 환경만족에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 아홉째, 학교스포츠클럽활동 참여 중학생의 자아탄력성은 교사관계, 학습활동즐거움, 심리적 안정, 친구관계, 환경만족, 자기효능감에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. This research is to examine closely how affects in Physical Self-concept, Ego-Resilience and School happiness of the school sports club activity participation in middle school student. It respects the objective question data of 333 issues which collects from the middle school in Seoul, conditions and the ChungCheongnam-Do area 5 places it used. With the collected data, frequency analysis, reliability, exploratory factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis were performed by SPSS 18.0. As research result, first, the school sports club activity participation middle school students according to participation, duration, the sports type, royal tomb feeling, the body region outward appearance, health, physical activity, pliability, endurance, muscular power, Ego-Resilience, teacher relationship, psychological stability and own effect feeling, studying activity to being joyful, the difference which considers appeared. Second, the outward appearance of the school sports club activity in participation with the middle school students, the sports type royal tomb feeling, health, the endurance affected considers direction in Ego-Resilience. Third, the muscular power of the school sports activity participation in the middle school students affected and considered with a direction in teacher relationship. The outward appearance of the fourth, school sports club activity participation middle school student, the sports type royal tomb feeling, pliability, the health studying activity to being joyful, affected considers direction. Fifth, the outward appearance of the school sports club activity participation in middle school student, the body region affected considered within a direction in psychological stability. The outward appearance of the sixth, school sports club activity participation in middle school students affected and considered with a direction in friend relationship. Pliability and physical activity of the seventh, school sports club participation in middle school students, the health affected and considered with a direction in own effect feeling. The outward appearance of the eighth, school sports club activity participation in middle school students, health, endurance affected and considered with a direction environmental satisfactorily. The Ego-Resilience of the ninth, school sports club activity participation in middle school, student and teacher relationship, studying activity being joyful, psychological stability, and friend relationship, affected feeling and considers with a direction environmental satisfactorily and own effect.

        중학생의 신체활동 즐거움과 몰입의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of physical activity pleasure on the flow of middle school students analysis of the intermediating effect of intrinsic motivation. Subjects of the study were middle school students, and for data collection 250 samples in total were collected through a convenience sampling method and 220 copies of data were employed for final analysis. The data which is collected led and PASW 18.0 it executed with afterwords it got a technical statistics, a search VIP analysis and the multiple ear analysis in middle of court rank and a same conclusion. First, confidence and originality of the junior high school student, when the coordinated auricle it is high, agreement of absorption and study conduct and ceremony, the challenge and control feeling could improve to about own objective experience and physical education study contents. Second, fun of the junior high school student, competent, when the effort improves, agreement of absorption and study conduct and ceremony, the challenge and control feeling could agree to about own objective experience and physical education study contents. Third, physical activity of the junior high school student there is a complete mediation effect between being related of joyful this immersion and inner motive.

        태권도 품새 선수의 성취목표성향이 내적동기 및 자아존중감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of achievement goal orientation of Taekwondo poomsae players on their intrinsic motivation and self-esteem. The survey was conducted to 333 of university poomsae players in Seoul, Kyung-gi, Choong-chung and Jeon-book. The collected data was statistically processed by exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s α test, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0. The results of the analysis could be summarized as the following. First, task-orientation of achievement goal orientation of poomsae players influenced the enjoyment of intrinsic motivation. Additionally, self-orientation influenced the skill development. Second, task-orientation of achievement goal orientation significantly influenced all sub-factors of self-esteem. Lastly, self-orientation influenced negative self-esteem. These findings can be referred as practical data for coaches in fields in improving the game performance of Taekwondo poomsae players.

        신체활동 즐거움이 체육수업의 내적동기, 재미 및 몰입에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted in order to investigate the effects of middle school students’ physical activity pleasure on inner motives of PE class, interest and immersion. Subjects of the study were middle school students, and for data collection 660 samples in total were collected through a convenience sampling method and 641 copies of data were employed for final analysis. Collected data was analyzed through frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 and the following results were obtained: First, if all the factors of physical activity pleasure are high, interest and efforts which are inner motives are high, and if physical activity pleasure of creativity, cooperation mind, interest, and self-confidence is high, competence which is a inner motive is high. And while creativity and cooperation mind of physical activity pleasure increase tension which is an inner motive, interest of physical activity pleasure reduces the tension factor which is an inner motive. Second, if all the factors of physical activity pleasure are high, a sense of achievement which is an interest factor, and physical and mental health maintenance is high, and if physical activity pleasure of creativity, cooperation mind, self-confidence is high, cultivation of sociability which is an interest factor is high, and if physical activity pleasure of creativity and cooperation mind is high, easiness of the class which is an interest factor increases and if physical activity pleasure of creativity, cooperation mind, health maintenance and aesthetic experience is high, freedom of the class which is an interest factor increases. In addition, if every factor of physical activity pleasure is high, immersion in content of PE class which is immersion factor is high, and if physical activity pleasure of creativity, cooperation mind, health maintenance and aesthetic experience is high, challenge spirit and control ability which are immersion factors are high and class behavior and awareness match well with each other, and if physical activity pleasure of creativity, interest, self-confidence, health maintenance and aesthetic experience is high, autotelic experience which is an immersion factor increases. Third, if all the factors of inner motives of middle school students are high, cultivation of sociality and easiness of the class are high which are interest factors of PE class, and if inner motives of competence, interest, and efforts are high, a sense of achievement which is an interest factor, and physical and mental health maintenance increases, and if inner motives of interest and tension are high, freedom of the class which is an interest factor of PE class increases. Besides, if all the factors of the inner motive are high, immersion in content of PE class which is its immersion factor, challenge spirit, control ability, class behavior and awareness match well, and if inner motives of competence, interest, and efforts are high, autotelic experience increases, which is an immersion factor of PE class.
