시상, 중뇌, 소뇌경색으로 인한 안검하수, 안구운동장애를 호소하는 환자의 한방 치험 1례

Objectives: This is a case report about the effect of Korean medicine on blepharoptosis and ocular motility disorders that occur with thalamus, midbrain, and cerebellum infarctions. Methods: The patient was treated using Korean medicine such as acupuncture, moxibustion, and herbal medicine (Boyanghwano-tang-gamibang). The change of blepharoptosis was evaluated by measurement of palpebral fissure width (PFW), marginal reflex distance-1 (MRD1), and marginal reflex distance-2 (MRD2). The change inocular motility disorders was evaluated by comparison using photographs of the extraocular movements of the patient. We used the Numeric Rating Scale-11 (NRS-11) of diplopia and dizziness to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment. Results: After treatment, blepharoptosis and ocular motility disorders were improved. The NRS-11 score of dizziness decreased from 10 to 7, and diplopia disappeared after Korean medicine treatment. Conclusions: According to this study, Korean medicine can be effective for treating blepharoptosis and ocular motility disorders in thalamus, midbrain, and cerebellum infarctions.
시력장애와 사지마비를 호소하는 시신경척수염 환자의 한방 증례 보고 1례

Objectives: This is a case report regarding the effect of Korean traditional medicine on vision disorder and quadriplegia in a patient with neuromyelitis optica. Methods: We treated a patient who was diagnosed with neuromyelitis optica with Korean traditional medicine, including acupuncture, moxibustion, and herbal medicine (Gigugyanghyeol-tang gamibang) for 106 days. We evaluated the patient with the International Standards for Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury (ISNCSCI), Modified Barthel Index (MBI), Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) Grade, and Numeric Rating Scale-11 (NRS-11). Results: After treatment, the patient's symptoms were improved. The ISNCSCI scores increased from 42 to 66 in motor score, from 152 to 196 in sensory score, and from A to D in the ASIA impairment scale; the MBI score increased from 9 to 33, while the score of the MAS Grade decreased from I+ to I, and the NRS-11 scores of vision disorder, spasticity, and tingling decreased from 10 to 7, 3, and 2-3, respectively. Conclusions: Korean traditional medicine may be effective for treatment of vision disorder and quadriplegia in patients with neuromyelitis optica.
보행장애를 주소로 하는 소뇌형 다계통 위축증 환자의 한방 치료 1례

Objective: To describe the effect of Korean medicine on gait disturbance in a patient with multiple system atrophy and cerebellar ataxia. Methods: We observed a 75-year-old female patient who had multiple system atrophy and cerebellar ataxia. The patient was treated with Korean medicine, including acupuncture, moxibustion, and herbal medicine (Yukmijihwang-tang-gamibang and Boyanghwano-tang-gamibang) for 38 days. We evaluated the patient with the Korean version of the Berg Balance Scale (K-BBS), the Unified Multiple System Atrophy Rating Scale (UMSARS), and the Numeric Rating Scale-11 (NRS-11). Results: After treatment, the patient’s symptoms were improved. The K-BBS score increased from 9 to 19, while the UMSARS score decreased from 16 to 12 in Part I, from 15 to 7 in part Ⅱ, and from 4 to 3 in part Ⅳ. The NRS-11 score of gait disturbance decreased from 10 to 5. Conclusions: Korean medicine may be an effective treatment for gait disturbance in multiple system atrophy with cerebellar ataxia.
체육수업의 혼잡인지도가 학생들의 수업참여 장애에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to the effect of crowding-cognition for physical education classes in middle and high school of student Participation Interference. To this end, Cluster Random Sampling was used to set up the population with middle and high school students in Inchon-si. The survey tool was questionnaire and Collected data hereof were analyzed by one way ANOVA analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis with SPSS WIN Ver 11.0. The aforementioned method and procedure led this research to the conclusion as follows. First, there were significant differences in all crowding-cognition factors for gender. There were significant differences in physical and environment crowding-cognition factors for the social crowding -cognition factors for the grade. Second, there were significant differences in all participation interference factors for gender. There were significant differences construction interference for individual interference for the grade. Third, environment factor have significant influenced on individual interference. environmental and socal crowding factors have significant influenced on construction interference.
적층공법 적용 모르타르의 경화 전.후 특성에 대한 기초실험 평가

최근 거푸집 공사 및 후속 다짐 과정이 생략되어 공기 단축을 유도할 수 있는 3D 콘크리트 프린팅 공법이 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소형 갠트리형 장비를 이용하여 모르타르에 대한 적층 공법을 적용하고 3DCP 공법에 대한 기초 성능평가를 수행하였다. 양호한 모르타르 출력 및 적층을 위한 배합비를 도출하였고;출력성능;적층성능;압축강도;휨인장강도 및 수중불분리성을 평가하였다. 출력물의 직선구간에서 폭이 일정하고;표면의 결점 및 끊어짐이 없는 양호한 출력성능을 나타내었다. 적층성능 평가를 통해 수중 출력 시 항복응력 발현 속도가 빨라져 적층 시간간격 증가에 따라 층 높이 변화율이 감소됨을 확인하였다. 출력 시 길이방향 구속으로 인해 적층물로부터 추출한 공시체 보다 몰드에 타설한 공시체의 휨인장강도가 더 낮게 나타났다. 수평방향의 압축강도가 수직방향의 압축강도보다 다소 높게 평가되었으며;수중 출력 시 적층물로부터 추출한 공시체의 압축강도가 몰드에 타설한 공시체보다 높은 압축강도를 나타내었다. Recently;the three-dimensional concrete printing (3DCP) method has been garnering considerable interest owing to its ability to significantly reduce the construction time. In this study;3D printing or additive manufacturing was applied to mortar using a small gantry type equipment and the performance of the method was evaluated. The mixture proportioning for good mortar printing and deposition was derived. The parameters of printability;buildability;compressive strength;flexural tensile strength;and anti-washout were considered for the performance evaluation. The results showed good printability with a constant width and no surface defects. In the buildability test;the rate of yield stress development increased;and the rate of change in the layer height decreased as the interlayer time interval increased during underwater printing. The flexural tensile strength of the specimen cast into the mold was lower than that of the specimen extracted from the additive parts owing to the longitudinal confinement during printing. The compressive strength in the lateral direction was slightly higher than that in the perpendicular direction;whereas the compressive strength of the specimen extracted from the part printed underwater was higher than that of the specimen cast into the mold.
3D 프린팅 콘크리트의 강도 측정용 공시체 제작방법에 따른 강도 특성 평가

이 연구는 방향성에 따른 3D 프린팅 콘크리트의 강도 특성을 평가하기 위해, 직선 적층물을 제작하여 프린팅 방향에 따른 하중가력 방향을 수직, 축, 길이 세 방향으로 시험체를 추출하여 강도 특성을 평가하였다. 적층제조 시 발생하는 구속 압력의 방향 및 정도에 따라 적층물의 휨강도 및 압축강도가 다르게 나타나 비등방성의 특성을 보여주었다. In this study, in order to evaluate the strength characteristics of 3D printing concrete according to the directionality, the strength characteristics were evaluated by making a straight laminate and extracting the specimen in three directions, perpendicular, lateral, and longitudinal, in the direction of loading based on the printing direction. According to the direction and degree of confinement pressure generated during additive manufacturing, the flexural and compressive strength of the part was different, showing anisotropic properties.
