        In general, e-business means electronic enterprise activities supported by the various internet information technologies on the whole. Recently, e-business related activities have been extremely activated by the help of the increased internet diffusion and utilization, which has created new e-business enterprise values. Domestic diffusion of e-business key technologies has been successfully drived by the government from the year 2002. Because new e-business paradigms however will be evolved to mobile and ubiquitous environments, we need to aggressively cope with this changes in order to firmly stand on tiptoe as a new next-generation e-business leader. First of all, e-business fundamental technologies which have been developed and standardized by the government and domestic related enterprises should be highly matured and applied to new application areas. And then, we should be evolved to emerging e-business environments such as mobile and ubiquitous businesses using new related information technologies such as Web Services. Finally, new e-business key technologies which can support emerging e-business environment should be developed and localized in order to be one of the next-generation e-business world leaders. In this paper, we present e-business technology trend and market status, and propose the next-generation e-business technology items which should be domestically developed and standardized according to the changes of e-business paradigm. And these items will be an important material for making a next-generation e-business government policy.

        정보통신 벤처기업의 기술개발전략과 성과에 관한 연구

        This paper investigates technology development strategies of new ventures in the korean Information and Telecommunications(IT) industry. The objective of this study is to contribute to the literature on new venture study in two ways. First, we seek to investigate what kind of technology development strategies is suitable for a given environmental condition and characteristics of IT industry. Second is to provide venture entrepreneurs with a guideline on technology development strategies to establish effective strategies and further form a foothold for creating new ventures. For this purpose, Ninety-two sample ventures were investigated and analyzed to find out that to what extent and in what ways technology development strategies influence on new venture performance using a combination of factor analysis, cluster analysis, analysis of variance. Venture performance was measured in terms of the Growth Rate of Sales(GRS). Growth Rate of Assets(GRA) and Return On Investment(ROI). Based on these results, we suggest appropriate technology development strategies for new IT ventures. We hopefully expect that this study would assist new venture in establishing their strategies for the competitive advantage, and furthermore encourage venture entrepreneurs to create new ventures in the Korean IT industry.

        최근 몇 년간 정보통신기술 생태계는 빠르게 변화하였다. 각종 스마트기기, 고도화된 빠른 네트워크, 클라우드컴퓨팅, 소셜미디어 등을 통해 인터넷상에서 매일같이 대량의 데이터들이 생산되고 있다. 폭발적으로 늘어나고 있는 이러한 빅데이터는 정부기관 및 기업들에게 새로운 가치 창출의 기회로 주목받고 있다. 하지만, 공공기관 및 기업들이 이차 활용(Secondary Use)하고 있는 데이터에는 법적으로 보호받을 권리를 가지는 개인들의 사적 정보들이 포함되어 있다. 급변하고 있는 ICT 생태계에서 빅데이터 시대를 살아 가는 모든 주체들에게 빅데이터가 가져다 주는 기회는 매우 중요하지만, 그 이면에는 데이터의 적절한 사용과 개인정보보호와 같은 중요한 사안들이 존재하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 빅데이터 시대의 데이터 활용 측면에서 중요한 이슈로 대두되고 있는 개인정보 및 프라이버시 보호와 관련하여, 이동 통신 기업의 사용자들을 대상으로 프라이버시-신뢰-의도 모형을 확장하여 기관의 보증과 지각된 위험이 프라이버시 통제와 프라이버시 우려 그리고 신뢰와 개인정보 공유의도와의 관계를 통신기업들의 개인정보 데이터 이차 활용에 중점을 두고 연구하였다. 전체 517개의 이동통신서비스 사용자들의 표본을 사용하여 구조방정식 방법론을 통해 제안된 연구모형과 가설을 검증하였다. 제안된 가설이 모두 채택되었으며, 이를 기반으로 관련 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제언하였다. With rapid adoption of innovative smart devices, hyper-speed network, cloud computing, and social media, large amount of data is produced everyday and is readily available on the Internet. Such explosive growth of big data presents new opportunities for value creation in organizations. While organizations may be eager to tap onto the secondary use of data, this data is guarded by privacy and personal information protection act. In order to formulate better data access strategy, the first step organizations ought to do is to understand the factors that affect data owners` willingness to share their information and the perceptions they have toward organizations` data protection scheme. This study examined the extended privacy-trust-intention model, focusing on the secondary use of data, which include institutional assurance constructs, perceived privacy control, privacy concern, trust and Intention to disclosure the personal information in mobile telecommunication company`s context. Data collected from 517 telecommunication service users was used to test the research model. Partial Least Square analysis was run on the data. The re-sults showed that all hypotheses suggest in this study were accepted. Based on the results of this study, we suggest the theoreti-cal and practical implications.

        Technology development strategy factors which are summarized as technology's integration, technology's rotation, and technology's receptiveness are generated by technology development variables through survey of new technology-based firm of IT industry. They have the significant influence on management performance such as Net Sales Growth Rate, ROA and ROI.
