Extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma, nasal type, is a rare non-Hodgkin lymphoma originating in the nasal cavity or in the paranasal sinuses. Atrophic rhinitis is a debilitating chronic nasal mucosal disease of unknown etiology. However, there have not been any reports on the occurrence of nasal NK/T cell lymphoma in patients with atrophic rhinitis. We experienced a case of the extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma in the left nasal cavity, which had been misdiagnosed as atrophic rhinitis in a 39-year-old female. 1954년 제네바 정치회담과 한반도 국제관계: 전후 분단체제의 형성

This study aims to extend the temporal scope that stipulated the division of the Korean Peninsula as the “1953 System” by looking at the case of the 1954 Geneva Conference and furthermore, to describe the Cold War of East Asia that was prevalent on the Korean Peninsula from various perspectives. It explains that the 1954 Geneva Conference failed to achieve the primary objective of the U.S. Eisenhower Administration, reaching unification through conditional neutralization of the Peninsula, due to the adversary game with People’s Republic of China and alliance game with the Republic of Korea. Pre-existing research has not simultaneously examined these two variables, so this research takes a closer look at some important features of the international relations of the Korean Peninsula utilizing the primary source from the United States, China and Korea. This study confirms that the dynamic structure of the international relations on the Korean Peninsula, which has prolonged the state of division, is formed by the complex application of the characteristics of the international politics that are trilaterally intertwined through the adversary, alliance and the domestic politics. 본 연구는 1954년 제네바 정치회담이라는 단일사례를 살펴봄으로써 한반도 분단을 1953년 체제로 규정하던 시간적 범위를 확장하고 더 나아가 한반도 안에서 나타난동아시아 냉전의 모습을 입체적으로 그린다. 정치회담에서 미국 아이젠하워 행정부의 조건부 중립화 통일이라는 한반도의 현상변경 목표가 어떻게 현상유지 전략, 즉 분단의 제도화로 귀결되었는지를 중국과의 적수게임 및 한국과의 동맹게임으로 설명한다. 이 글은 미국, 중국, 한국의 1차 자료들을 바탕으로 기존 연구들과 다르게 두 가지 변수를 동시에 다룸으로써 한반도 국제관계에서 나타난 중요한 특징들에 주목하였다. 본 사례를 통해 분단 상황을 지속시키는 한반도 국제관계의 역학구조가 적수, 동맹, 더 나아가 국내정치라는 삼중게임의 국제정치적 특성이 복합적으로 작용한다는 사실을 확인한다.

The modern linguistic study of fiction literature is based on a number of key ideas in relation to the story prose, drama and lyricism. The center among these ideas takes up the idea of anthropocentrism as the basic principle of the structure and the function of the language system, therefore the study of all three hypostasis of the language which are the language system, language activities, and language material; fictionality (of the possibly fictional worlds of art in their relationship with reality and creative activity of the subject that generates text), unity of every single piece of literary work for a specific author in general. These mentioned three ideas are connected to the study of lyric poetry B.Sh. Okudzhava to resolve the question of the role of textual subjects inside text-lyrics Okudzhava in the organization of the artistic world of the poet, the typology of these subjects, their relationship with the categories of space and time, because the direction of research proposed in this paper allows you to combine both approaches which is on the hand, systematically covers the subjects that are presented in the poems of the poet, on the other, does from the analysis of subjects, organization of space and time extracted semantic invariant: ‘favorite idea’ (by Zholkovskii and Sheglov) of the poet and modeled his poetic world. This paper, in particular, investigates subject ‘soldier’, which is one of the central invariants describing the presentation of the poet on the man and his place in the world, thereby constituting a system of subjects in lyrics Okudzhava, and modeling art world Okudzhava.
