        미용 전공 대학생의 진로장벽이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향

        In order for career improvement and to provide basic data on career map, the research to investigated current career barrier against 207cosmetology major students in Busan and Gyoungnam region and discover career barrier affect on career decision standard. The results are first, the career barrier for cosmetology major students are consisted of 7 factors which are ‘lack of self-understanding’, ‘conflicts with important person’, ‘lack of determination’, ‘financial hardship’, ‘difficulties in interpersonal relationship’, and ‘physical inferiority’, ‘personal problems’. Second, the students have perception for lower the household economic standard, bigger the barrier for difficulties on economic problems and interpersonal relationship and higher the grades, career decision was strengthened and had low perception in physical inferiority. And for the desired career field, students intend to major in nail and makeup were lack in self understanding compared to those who wishes to major in hair design. Third, career decision levels are consisted of 3 factors which are ‘self-understanding’, ‘information on career’, and ‘timing of career decision’. And fourth, the career barrier factors affects career decision level of cosmetology major students are ‘lack of self understanding’, ‘lack of determination’, and ‘financial hardship’.

        미용업의 운영특성과 경영성과 -헤어, 피부, 네일 업종의 비교분석-

        The main objective of this study is to examine the operational characteristics of beauty business (including hair, skin and nail care shops), analyze the managerial performance and investigate the factors affecting the performance. A survey was conducted using structured questionnaire for beauty shops in Busan-Kyungnam area, and data from 245 shops were utilized. Comparative analysis of operational characteristics showed that the hair shops were located more in residental areas, had largest average number of customers per day, but were lowest in terms of store evaluation point. Skin care shops had largest average area of the store but smallest number of daily customers. Also they were highest in customer characteristics point, sales revenue and expenses, but lowest in operating-profits-to-sales ratio. In case of nail care shops, average area of store and general manager`s length of business career were lowest, but they had more employed general managers. Most important factors affecting the managerial performance of beauty business were fount to be characteristics of general manager and price indicator. More specifically, factors affecting sales revenue per chair were price indicator, general manager`s type and career (in case of hair shops), or price indicator, general manager`s gender and career (in case of skin care shops), or general manager`s type and education (in case of nail care shops). Finally, factors affecting operating-profits-to-sales ratio were price indicator (in case of hair and nail care shops), or price indicator and general manager`s education and career (in case of skin care shops).

        아로마 에센셜오일의 향 선호도에 영향을 미치는 감성요인

        Main purpose of this study was to examine the sensitivity structure of 32 kinds of aroma essential oil odors and investigate the relationship between the sensitivity factors and the preference of the odors. For this purpose, 200 healthy people in Busan area were selected as study subjects, who evaluated aroma essential oil odors with self-recorded questionnaire. Data were processed using descriptive statistics, factor analysis and regression method. Major results were as follows: First, sensitivity structure of aroma essential oil odors were represented by 3 factors -- attraction, strength and modernity -- where attraction appeared to be the most important dimension of evaluation. Second, more specifically, odors of grapefruit and lemon were highly evaluated in attraction and modernity, whereas odors of fennel and chamomile were evaluated high in strength but low in attraction. Third, examination of sensitivity factors affecting the preference of odors revealed that, in all aroma essential oils, high attraction led to high preference, while there were differences in preference with regard to strength, gender and use experience. In conclusion, it is expected that the results of this study can be utilized as practical data for aromatherapy and product development.

        향 평가에 의한 아로마 에센셜오일의 유형화와 감성분석

        The study classified representative essential oil used in the current aromatherapy through sensitivity evaluation on the odors and analyzed characteristics by type and sensitivity difference. The study method was aiming at 220 people and made them evaluated the sensitivity of the odors to self-record survey. Looking into the research result, first, structure elements of odors sensitivity were composed of three elements: attraction, strength, and modernness. Second, aroma essential oil types were divided to 5 groups and 8 sub groups. Group1 was composed of virile, cool, and stimulating sensitivity oils including basil, patchouli aniseed and etc. Group2 which gives cool and calm sensitivity was composed of clary sage, ylang ylang, tea tree and etc. Group3 which gives repulsive, stimulating, and pastoral was composed of cedarwood, vetiver, fennel and etc. Group4 which gives attractive, fragrant, and modern feeling was composed of grapefruit, bergamot and etc, and group5 which gives warm and calm sensitivity was composed of orange and rose. Third, in the result of positioning essential oil, X-axis could be named as fragrant-repulsive and Y-axis could be named as cool-warm.

        미용전공 대학생의 봉사활동 만족도와 전공만족도에 관한 연구

        This research is to analyze the characteristics of volunteer work and its satisfaction rate by performing survey on 328 students who are studying beauty at colleges located in Busan and Gyeongnam areas. As a result, following findings were generated. Firstly, most of the targeted students have participated in volunteer works which were mostly related to their major(71.3%) especially, hair area(33.3%). In terms of frequency of volunteer work, 25.6% of them perform it less than once a year while 25.9% perform it more than twice a month. Regarding the purpose of participating in volunteer work, 30.6% of them do it for academic purpose and 26.9% of them do it to improve their skill. Secondly, overall volunteer work satisfaction was considerably high(3.75) and it showed a positive relationship between general characteristics and those students who are freshmen, belong to higher academic group or want to get a job in hair area. In addition, it showed higher satisfaction rate when students perform volunteer work in hair area, more frequently, or for skill improvement and self -development. Thirdly, concerning the relationship between volunteer work and major satisfaction, higher satisfaction rate was shown among the students who have participated in volunteer work, have participated in volunteer work frequently or have done it for skill improvement and self-development. Positive relationship was presented between volunteer work satisfaction and major satisfaction.

        게임특성화 고등학교 학생의 비만도에 따른 영양상태, 생활습관 및 골밀도 비교 연구

        The purpose of this study was performed to evaluate the prevalence of overweight and to compare the dietary behaviors, nutrient intake and physical activities of specialized game high school students. Total of 163 subjects participated and their weight, height, waist circumference, hip circumference and bone status by a quantitative ultrasound method were measured. The subjects were surveyed by a self-administered questionnaire about general characteristics, dietary behaviors and physical activities. Nutrient intakes of the subjects were assessed by semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire. The subjects were divided into four groups on their obesity level by BMI. The prevalence of underweight, normal, overweight and obese group was 6%, 58%, 16%, and 20% respectively. BMI was negatively correlated with bone mineral density (p<0.01) and positively correlated with WHR (p<0.01). The dietary guideline compliance score for “Enjoy Korean rice food style” was 2.63, followed by “Prepare food sanitarily” 2.48, “Do not skip breakfast” 2.29, “Eat a variety of vegetables, fruits, dairy products daily” 2.25, “Drink water instead of beverage” 2.10, “Choose less fried foods” 2.09 and “Maintain healthy weight” 1.91. The exercise frequency of walking was not significantly different between groups; however, heavy exercise frequency was significantly lower in underweight group than the other groups (p<0.05). The energy intake was 2153 kcal, which was 81.2% of the Estimate Energy Requirement, and the intake of calcium and vitamin B2 was 66.7% and 77.8% of KDRIs. Particularly, the intake of iron, vitamin A and vitamin C was about 59.4%, 52.2% and 55.4% of KDRIs and INQ was 0.71, 0.63 and 0.65 respectively, and intake of folic acid fell behind 39.1% of KDRIs and INQ was 0.46. Our study suggests that the systematic and continuous nutrition education will have to be provided at schools to improve dietary and health behaviors and prevent chronic metabolic disease for students of specialized game high school.         미용전공 대학생의 직업존중감이 전공만족도 및 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향

        The research is to identify impact on major satisfaction level and career decision level by job-esteem of 213 beauty major collegestudents in Busan and Gyeongnam region and provide basic data for major education and career training and help the direction for human resource management of industry. To set out the research result first, sub factor for comprising job-esteem of beauty major college students were ``relative value``, ``social reputation``, ``relative benefit`` and ``negative treatment`` and for the career decision level, ``selfunder standing``, ``job information`` and ``undecidedness in choosing career``. Second, the evaluation on job-esteem of bauty major college students showed positive value(3.92±0.62) was the highest and relative benefit(3.06±0.69) was the lowest. Third, as a result of investigating the impact on major satisfaction level by job-esteem, positive value and social reputation had positive(+)impact on major satisfaction level. Fourth, as a result of testing the impact on career decision level by major satisfaction level, major satisfaction level and self understanding had impact relation of meaningful positiveness(+) on career decision level. Fifth, as a result of testing the impact between job-esteem and career decision level, positive value of job-esteem had positive(+) impact on self understanding among careerdecision level nad had negative(-) impact on undecidedness on choosing career.

        미용전공 대학생의 봉사활동과 자아존중감 및 직업존중감의 관계연구

        This study aimed to provide basic data to guide volunteer work and career paths for students by understanding the degree and correlations of volunteer work, self-esteem and job-esteem, targeting 359 undergraduates majoring in beauty in Busan and the Gyeongnam region. The results of the study showed that, first, beauty major undergraduates mostly had experience in volunteering, and a lot of these opportunities were related to their major. The participants’ self-esteem showed an average of 3.55 points, which was the medium level, and their job-esteem was 3.12 points. Second, in the results of understanding the differences of self- esteem and job-esteem among this population in accordance with their general characteristics and volunteer work, in the case of a 2-year course, students with a high level of economy and school records, and the experience of volunteer work including beauty services showed a high self-esteem. In the case of the 2-year course, students with a medium level of economy and high level of school records showed high job-esteem. Third, beauty major undergraduate beauty volunteerism had a positive correlation with self-esteem while self-esteem had a positive correlation with job-esteem. Thus, it is necessary to raise the value of their self-worth and pride their jobs through student volunteer work related to their major.

        아로마 오일을 활용한 마사지 효과의 메타분석

        This research aimed at synthetically analyzing the size of meta-effect by targeting the researches which performed massage using aroma oil in skin beauty treatment field, and analyzing the effect along with the target and treatment variable by utilizing meta-analysis. As the object materials, the researcher collected 347 academic journals and domestic master · doctorate dissertations by using search words, ‘aroma’ and ‘massage’ from the internet database, among them, selected 19 by considering test method, whether or not of statistics, dependent variable, etc. Comprehensive Meta Analysis 2.0 program was used for analysis of data. As the research result, the effect related to stress appeared to be the biggest(-0.981), on the second hand, blood lipid(-0.497), and obesity(-0.150) appeared, when the researcher compared the effect related to obesity(weight, BMI), stress(survey, cortisol), blood lipid(total cholesterol, neutral fats). As the result of comparing the effect size according to major factor, effect size according to published type of paper appeared a little higher in dissertation(-0.566) than academic journal(-0.509), also, in respect of massage treatment part, in order of head part(-0.867), feet · legs(-0.778), back(-0.867), abdomen(-0.323), whole body(-0.299). In respect of the age of the objects, effect size appeared higher in order of college students(-0.594), middle-age(-0.554), old age(-0.502), in respect of the effect according to the number of treatment, as the result of meta-regression analysis, whole size effect decreased along with the number of treatment.

        슈가스틱 근막테라피가 얼굴크기 및 피부상태 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to comparatively analyze changes in facial size and skin condition after sugar stick fascia therapy and manual technique. Selecting 11 people for sugar stick fascia therapy and 11 people for manual technique, their facial size and skin condition were measured three times before care, after four-times of care, and after eight-times of care. The results were evaluated through survey after experiment. First, regarding the differences in each period and group, the sizes of section A and B were more significantly reduced after sugar stick fascia therapy rather than manual technique, which showed the face downsizing effect (p<.05). Second, regarding the differences in each period, the sugar stick fascia therapy significantly increased moisture and elasticity. Regarding the differences in each group, the moisture was more significantly increased after eight times of sugar stick fascia therapy than manual technique (p<.05). In the evaluation of results, the face downsizing effect and overall satisfaction were highly shown (p<.01). The sugar stick fascia therapy showed great effects on downsizing the cheeks with lots of muscles, and also showed the remarkable increase in moisture. Thus, the sugar stick fascia therapy could be suggested as an alternative care that could meet the desire for beauty, by utilizing it as a face downsizing program without side effects and a skin care program for dry skin.
