        산재보험의 역할과 기능의 재구성 : 산재보험 적용차별을 중심으로

        With the exception of Japan, South Korea is the only country that occupational accidents are operated by dual legal frames as the Labor Standard Act and the Industrial Accident Compensation Act(this "the IACI Act"). According to the Labor Standard Act enacted since 1953, an employer shall assume responsibility to compensate for occupational accidents happening to his employee(s). And in case an employer shall be in default as to performing any of its obligations per this Act, it places a criminal liability on him. On the other hand, the IACI Act, enacted since 1963, has been operated in the form of a social insurance for the purpose of protecting workers and their labors based on their employers" common liability. This study amis at enhancing workers" labor spirit by reconstructing the roles and functions of the IACI Act under an understanding that, although the act has gradually evolved itself to accommodate a change in labor environment and a economic development for the past 40 years, it"s still short of reflecting a variety of employments newly and repeatedly produced in this modernized society of ours. First, a method to solve problems facing the current compensation insurance program in harmony with constitutional principles will be exploited on a basis of "compulsion" and "security", which are the basic principles of a social insurance. It means that a practically-harmonious reconstruction of industrial accident compensation insurance relationships involving employers and their employees would realize a balanced compensation insurance program to us through application of a principle of "proportional restriction" under which an employer, deemed to experience a violation of his property right owing to his due payments(premiums), shall be exempted from a civil indemnity for his injured employees with a right to claim for benefits, whose civil claims for damages shall be restricted. Secondly, it"s recommended that such workers as are engaged in public service sectors or private(nongovernmental) schools with their own social coverage pursuant to other related laws should be denied coverage from the IACI Act, in accordance with the doctrine of "alternative coverage", and that small businesses that can"t afford to pay their due premiums be exempted from them, under the doctrine of "negative restriction". Based on such constitutional theory, this study will focus on reconstructing the roles and functions of the IACI Act. From a methodological aspect, there are two approaches: an extension of external coverage, and that of internal coverage. The former includes the following considerations: (ⅰ) to flexibly interpret the concept of "employee" or "worker"; (ⅱ) to accommodate workers engaged in special sectors into the social program; (ⅲ) to protect such home-based workers as portfolio worker or tele workers; and (ⅳ) to protect volunteer workers. Issues for the latter are as follows: (ⅰ) to expand the extent to which a death from overwork can be acknowledged or recognized as; ⒡ to protect commuting injuries; and ⒢ to adjust an alternative function of a civil claim for damages. In conclusion, the essence of the IACI Act lies in (a) a compensatory function of recovering an economic standing of injured workers; (b) a livelihood function of recovering dignity as a human being; and (c) a labor function of specifying and protecting the forgoing functions as working conditions. Accordingly, to be successful in reconstructing the roles and functions of the IACI Act, a pursuit of enhancing labor spirit through determinedly embedding the compensatory function and the livelihood function into the act to institutionally specifying those funct

        최근 무선 인터넷 기술의 발전에 힘입어 가장 큰 이슈는 모바일 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 온라인 게임의 설계이다. 현재 이동 단말용 게임들은 낮은 성능의 프로세서, 작은 메모리 공간과 짧은 배터리 파워의 제한 등으로 온라인 게임 구현에 많은 제약이 따른다. 따라서 대부분의 게임은 현재 온라인 기능이나 멀티 플레이에 매우 제한적이다. 본 논문에서는 무선 모바일 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 온라인 롤플레잉 게임을 설계하고 구현한다. 구현한 온라인 게임은 클라이언트-서버 구조를 바탕으로 디자인되고, 멀티 플레이를 지원한다.

        Charolais 종 유전형질도입이 한우및 Charolais 교잡종들의 체중과 체형에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was carried out to develop the new synthetic breed (5/8 Charolais 3/8 Hanwoo with the importation of Charolais traits to Hanwoo. The mating and environmental effects on the body weights and body measurements of Hanwoo (K), Charolais first crossbred (F₁), Charolais backcross (B₁) and synthetic breed (S) at 3, 6, 12, 18 and 36 months of age on farm feeding from 1979 to 1985 were estimated by least squares method. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The mating system showed a highly significant effect on body weights and body measurements of K, F₁, B₁ and S. The average body weights and standard errors of K, F₁, B₁ and S were 84.0±3.28㎏, 119.6±1.48㎏, 124.0±2.41㎏ and 116.1±3.60㎏ at 3 months, 147.1±4.00㎏, 195.4±1.91㎏, 201.7±3.61㎏ and 186.2±5.61㎏ at 6 months, 270.8±4.87㎏, 354.8±3.09㎏, 357.0±5.68㎏ and 322.7±11.16㎏ at 12 months, 379.3±5.64㎏, 468.8±4.57㎏ and 477.3±9.04㎏ at 18 months, 448.1±11.04㎏, 513.4±10.23㎏ and 501.4±17.99㎏ at 36 months of age. The Charolais crossbreds were weighed 38-42%, 27-37%, 19-32%, 24-26% and 12-15%. heavier in body weights and also greater in body measurements than those of Hanwoo at 3, 6, 12, 18 and 36 months of age (P$lt;0.01). 2. The effect of calving years had a significant on both traits. Even though the values of body weights and measurements of the calves calved at summer period were greater than those of other seasons, the effect was not significant among months of age. The sex effect on the body weights and body measurements had a significant effect except 3 months of age.

        한우와 Charolais 교잡종의 체중과 체위간의 표현형 상관추정 연구

        This experiment was carried out to develop the new synthetic breed (5/8 Charolais 3/8 Korean native cattle) with the importation of Charolais traits to Korean native cattle from 1979 to 1985. The phenotypic correlations between body weights and measurements of Korean native cattle (K), Charolais first crossbreed (F₁), Charolais back crossbreed (F₂) and Synthetic breed (S) at 3 and 12 months of age were estimated. The results obtained were summarized as follows 1. The phenotypic correlation coefficients of each breed between body weights and measurements were positive. 2. The chest girth was the most highly correlated with body weights in each breed. 3. The ranges of correlation coefficients between body weights and chest girth of K, F₁, B₁ and S at 3 and 12 months of age were 0.673-0.894, 0.72a-0.936, 0.472-0.897 and 0.601-0.921, respectively.

        한우 비육에 관한 연구 1 . Methylthiouracil 첨가 및 Estradiol 17β - Cypionate 주사가 약령 모우 비육에 미치는 효과

        This study was performed to affirm any effects of methylthiouracil and estradiol 17β-cypionate administered to young bulls for short term fattening. Eighteen bulls of Korean native breed, approximately 1.5 to 2 years of age and 260㎏ to 360㎏ in weight, were used in this study. All bulls had received a basal ration of soiling corn and concentrate made up of 55% grains, 40% brans and 5% others, in a period of 40 days. Bulls were divided into six groups as follows: group C was not treated, group M-2 received 2g of methylthiouracil per day, group M-3 received 3g of methylthiouracil per day, group EM-0 was injected intramusculary with 25㎎ of estradiol 17β-cypionate in the neck region 10 days after the beginning of the fattening period, group EM-2 was injected with estradiol 17β-cypionate as above mentioned and simultaneously received 2g of methylthiouracil per day, and group EM-3 was injected with estradiol 17β-cypionate as above mentioned and simultaneously received 3g of methylthiouracil per day. The results obtained were summarized as follows. 1. The average daily gain was for group C: 0.83㎏, group M-2: 1.07㎏, group M-3: 1.40㎏, group EM-0, 0.93㎏, group EM-2: 0.95㎏, and group EM-3: 1.18㎏. The M-3 group gained significantly(P$lt;0.05) more weight than C and EM-0 group. There were no significant differences in the average daily gain between the groups injected with estradiol 17β-eypionate and the control group. 2. The average daily concentrate intake was as follows: group C: 5.47㎏, group M-2: 5.00㎏, group M-3: 4.52㎏, group EM-0: 5.21㎏, group EM-2: 4.35㎏, and group EM-3: 4.61㎏. The consumption of concentrate was decreased by 17% in the M-3 group compared with the C group. There was no significant difference in the soiling corn intake among these groups. 3. Feed consumed for 1㎏ gain were decreased by the supplementation of methylthiouracil. The consumption of DCP for 1㎏ gain was in group C: 0.82㎏, group M-2: 0.59㎏, group M-3: 0.41㎏, group EM-0: 0.70㎏, group EM-2: 0.59㎏, and group EM-3: 0.50㎏. The amounts of TDN required were; group C: 6.57㎏, group M-2: 4.76㎏, group M-3: 3.39㎏, group EM-0: 5.67㎏, group EM-Z: 4.87㎏, and group EM-3: 4.08㎏. The consumption of DCP and TDN for 1㎏ gain in the M-3 group was about a half of that in the C group. 4. There was not any significant difference in the increase in body measurements among the various groups. 5. The average margins in the fattening period of 40 days were for group C: 2,950won, group M-2: 5,327won, group M-3: 9,158won, group EM-0: 3,310won, group EM-2: 3,623won, and group EM-3: 5,575won. The margin of group M-3 was about three times higher than that of group C. In short, this experiment demonstrated that methylthiouracil when fed to young native Korean bulls at the proper level 40 days before slaughter would bring a noticeable effect on weight gain, feed efficiency and economic advantage. There were no advantages from the simultaneous injecting estradiol 17β-cypionate with methylthiouracil. The proper supplementation level of methylthiouracil would appear to be 3g per head per day in this experiment.

        한우비육에 관한 연구 2 . 방목시 Hexestrol Dicaprylate 처리가 Aberdeen Angus (♂) × 한우 (♀) 거세우의 비육에 미치는 효과

        The effect of hexestrol dicaprylate implantation on the rate of gain of Aberdeen Angus(♂)×Korean native cattle (♀) F₁ steers were studied. Three steers were implanted with 100㎎ of hexestrol dicaprylate and 3 steers was not treated. All steers grazed native pasture with feeding supplements for 105 days. The average daily gain of the hexestrol implanted steers were more by 9.5% than that of the controls. However, there was no significant difference in daily gain between the groups. The daily gain in the present study were found to be less than that of the young bulls of Kim, et al. (1971). No undesirable side-effects such as development of mammary gland resulted from hexestrol implantation.

        韓牛와 샤로레 交雜에 의한 新種韓牛育成硏究 第Ⅲ報. 農家飼育 環境要因이 韓牛와 샤로레交雜種의 發育變化에 미치는 影響

        A new breeding program for developing new breed (composite-5/8 Charolais 3/5 Korean native cattle) crossed between Korean native cattle (K.N.C.) and Charolais (C) has been continued since 1978. This paper has been considered here only the environmental effects on body weight and body conformation in K.N.C. and Charolais crossbred on farm feeding. The mating system showed a highly significant effect on body weight and conformation (P<0.01). The body weight and conformation of Charolais corssbreds were heavier and wider than those of K.N.C. at the different ages of months. The calving year had significant effect at the age of 3 and 18 months but there were no significant effects at month. The sex had a significant effect except 3 months (P<0.01). Even though the body weight and conformation of the calves calved at summer and winter were greater than those of other calved at spring and autumn, the calving season might be considered to have no significant effect.
