In this paper, we designed and manufactured safety buoy system using PIR Sensors and wireless camera. The proposed safety buoy system consists of the body part provided buoyancy, the sensor part for detecting the person around the buoy, the control part for controlling the sensor part and the communication part, the communication part to communicate with the management center, image photographing part and independent (electric) power plant part including a solar cell. Today, Korean maritime safety services are confined to the rescue by lifeguard. The buoy system has an advantage that it can detect hazardous situation which lifeguards neglect and give a warning in advance. We used the water tank to evaluate the safety buoy. As a result, we can see the improvement of maritime safety services by a warning when people get in the dangerous zone.

In this paper, we implement unmanned observation buoy system using a face and motion recognition function of OpenCV library. Today, OpenCV program is used to detect object, face, action, motion chase, etc. Implemented unmanned observation buoy system has LED with three different colors. Each of light go on according to three different situations; normal, human and drowned person. When drowned person was detected by image processing technology, the LED light on with red color and inform the situation to maritime safety management center and water safety agent for rapid action.
심근조영 심에코도를 이용한 관정맥동 중재시 심근관류양상 평가에 대한 연구

연구배경 : 관정맥동 중재술은 심근경색부위를 축소시키고 관정맥동을 통한 역행적주입으로 심근관류를 개선시킬 수 있어 심근경색에서 뿐만 아니라 불안정협심증, 응급 관동맥우회로 수술, 심인성쇼크 등에도 적용하여 볼 수 있음이 기대되고 있다. 본 연구는 아직까지 제한점이 있으나 심근관류상태를 평가하는데 유용할 것으로 알려진 심근조영 심에코도를 이용하여 이러한 광정맥동중재의 효과를 평가하고자 하였다. 방법 : 잡견에서 유도된 실험적 관동맥 폐쇄후 관정맥동의 폐쇄와 개방등이 중재요법을 실시함과 동시에 대동맥판 직상부에서 조영제를 주입하고 심근조영 심에코도를 시행하여, 첫째, 심근 내의 허혈 위험지역을 측정하고, 둘째, 관정맥동 폐쇄시 허혈 위험지역의 변화를 관찰하며, 셋째, 조영제의 washout 반감기를 측정하여 폐쇄했던 관정맥동을 갑자기 열어줄 때 기대되는 milking effect를 평가하며, 넷째, 관정맥동을 폐쇄하고 폐쇄원위부에 심에코 조영제를 주입하여 이때 심근내 조영제의 역행적 관류양상을 봄으로써 관정맥동 역행성주입시 경색부위로 효과적 관류가 일어나는가를 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 결과 : 1) 심근조영 심에코도는 혈액학적 인자들에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 2) 관동맥폐쇄화 함께 관정맥동폐쇄시 심근조영 심에코도로 측정한 허혈 위험부위의 크기는 관동맥폐쇄만을 실시한 경우에 비하여 유의한 감소를 보였다(p<0.05). 3) 관정맥동의 급속한 개방시 기대되는 milking effect는 심근조영 심에코도상 이때 측정한 조영제의 washout 반감기가 시술전의 반감기와 유의한 차이가 없어 증명할 수 없었다. 4) 관동맥폐쇄시 관정맥동을 통한 조영제의 역행성주입은 심근조영이 허혈 위험부위에만 선택적으로 일어남을 관찰할 수 있었다. 결론 : 이상의 결과로 심근조영 심에코도는 관정맥동중재술의 효과 및 기전을 평가하는데 유용한 방법이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료되었다. Background : During the past three decades there have been renewed interests in using the coronary sinus intervention to treat jeopardized myocardium. Mechanisms and effects of coronary sinus intervention have been studied by the techniques, application of which in vivo and in real time is not possible. Recently myocardial contrast echocardiography (MCE) has been shown to be able to offer unique capability of assessing the dynamic pattern of myocardial perfusion. Methods : MCE was perfomed in 7 open chest dogs with the intraaortic injection of hand-agitated contrast agent (hexabrix). Risk area and myocardial perfusion patterns were analized during coronary artery occlusion only, coronary artery occlusion with coronary sinus occlusion (CSO) and during rapid release of CSO. Also we observed myocardial perfusion pattern of coronary sinus retroperfusion during coronary artery occlusion. Results : 1) Myocardial contrast echocardiography did not change the hemodynamic parameters. 2) Ischemic risk area during coronary artery occlusion with CSO was significantly (p<0.05) smaller than that measured during coronary artery occlusion only. 3) Contrast washout was not enhanced during rapid release of coronary sinus occlusion compared to the basal status. So milking effect could not be demonstrated in this study. 4) During coronary artery occlusion, coronary sinus retroperfusion of contrast agent showed selective echo enhancement in ischemic risk area. Conclusion : Coronary sinus intervention is effective in reducing the ischemic risk area during coronary artery occlusion and its effect can be evaluated by MCE without significant hemodynamic changes.
