경영을 하다보면 알면서도 실천하지 못하고, 또 이럴 때는 어떻게 해야 될까 고민하여 잠 못 이룬 적이 많을 것이다. 나 또한 작은 건설 회사를 運營하고 있다. 그런 중에 큰 기업이든 작은 기업이든 운영 체제의 몇 가지 기본 원리가 있다는 사실을 깨달았다. 나는 대기업들은 어떻게 저렇게 성공했을까 하는 의구심을 항상 가졌고, 그들에게는 특별한 재능이 있을 것이라고 생각했다. 그리고 그들의 '특별한 것'에 초점을 맞추어 많은 대화를 유도했고, 그 결과 그들에게서 공통점이 있다는 것을 발견하게 되었다. 그러한 것들을 바탕으로 이 기초 management를 확립하게 되었으며, 이를 좋은 생각과 습관으로 몸에 베이게 했다. 아는 내용 일지라도 한 번 더 되새겨 보고 경영에 應用해 본다면 여러분의 賣出은 더더욱 향상될 것이라 확신한다.

잉에 뮐러 시 연구' - 전쟁과 유폐의 경험을 중심으로

Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die poetischen Merkmale der Dichterin Inge Müller anhand von der Analyse ihrer repräsentativen Gedichte aufzuzeigen. Es geht um die literarische Projektion der schrecklichen Kriegserfahrungen Nazi-Deutschlands: Bei einem Luftangriff wird Müller drei Tage lang lebendig begraben und kurz darauf sterben ihre Eltern, deren Leichen sie aus den Trümmern graben muss. Schmerzhafte Selbsterkenntnis und Vergangenheitsbewältigung werden ihr Schreibmovens. Ihr poetisches Konzept widerspricht jedoch dem literarischen Programm der frühen DDR. So gerät die Dichterin in Schwierigkeiten, sich als Dichterin zu behaupten. Ihre lange vergessenen und postum veröffentlichten Gedichte stellen unter Beweis, dass ihnen ‘subjektive Authentizität’ und historische Erfahrungen (Eingedenken) innewohnen.

체간 안정화 운동과 기침을 이용한 도수 보조기법 훈련이 편마비 환자의 체간근 활성도와 고유수용성 감각에 미치는 영향: 개별사례연구

Purpose This study aimed to investigate the effects of manual assist training using cough combined with trunk stabilization exercise on muscular activity and proprioception in a hemiplegic patient with subacute stroke. Methods A 43yearold hemiplegic patient with a cerebral infarction performed the intervention for 45 minutes three times per week for 4 weeks from March 11 to April 5, 2024. The trunk muscle activity and the position sense of the hemiplegic patient were evaluated before and after the intervention. and trunk stability was evaluated using the trunk impairment scale. Results The activities of the internal oblique, external oblique, rectus abdominis, and multifidus muscles increased from 34.25, 38.14, 43.05, and 40.74% preintervention to 47.53, 56.31, 64.17, and 52.32% postintervention, respectively. The sense of position of the trunk decreased from 11.7 ̊ before the intervention to 6.5 ̊ after the intervention. The trunk impairment scale score increased from 13 points preintervention to 19 points postintervention. Conclusion The manual assist training combined with trunk stabilization exercise improved trunk muscle activity, proprioceptive sense, and body control in a patient with subacute hemiplegia. We hope that these findings will contribute to interventions and basic data of the early rehabilitation of patients with stroke.

대퇴전경의 계단보행 분석: 사례군 연구

Background: The rotational form of the hip joint should be considered important because it can be accompanied by deviations of the low back and knee, which can cause serious damage to the musculoskeletal function. Objective: This study was conducted to investigate analysis of gait pattern in adult with femur antetorsion during stair descending Method: A total of 530 healthy men and women attending H University were surveyed, and cross-sectional research was conducted on 2 students with femur antetorsion. The rotational motion of the hip joint was measured using a Noraxon MyoMotion three-dimensional motion analyzer. Results: At the maximum and minimum angles of the hip in the sagittal plane of Subject 1 w ith femur antetorsion the affected side were more flexed than the non-affected side, Subject 2 also showed hip flexion on both the affec ted and non-affec ted side. In the frontal plane, both subjects showed similar abduction and adduction on the affected and non-affected side. For both subjects in the trans-verse plane, the external rotation on the affected side decreased more than on the non-affected side at the maximum angle, the internal rotation on the affected side increased more than on the non-affected side at the minimum angle. Conclusion: In two subjects with hip antetorsion during stair descending, internal rotation increased due to the restriction of external rotation on the affected side compared to the non-affected side of the femur antetorsion. Therefore, we hope that this study will prevent musculoskeletal diseases that can occur in daily life due to the femur antetorsion and be used as basic data for walking .

Ausgehend von der durch das Schuldbewusstsein gefärbten Wahrnehmung des Autor-Sohnes zielt die vorliegende Untersuchung darauf ab, die literarisch beschriebene Beziehung zum Vater-Gespenst zu charakterisieren und ihren Wandel nachzuvollziehen. Dabei steht die Frage im Mittelpunkt, welche Rolle die Schuld in seinem schriftstellerischen Denkprozess spielt. Ein Auslöser für die Schuldwahrnehmung ist jedoch nicht primär im Kindheitserlebnis von 1934 zu sehen, das der Text Der Vater behandelt, sondern vielmehr in der kritischen Reflexion der Gefühle gegenüber dem Vater nach der vollzogenen Trennung. Vor diesem Hintergrund entsteht ein latentes Bedürfnis der Revision einer als unrecht erachteten Beziehung zum Vater. Von diesem Vater wird Autor ‘heimgesucht’, so dass man den Vater als ‘Vater-Gespenst’ bezeichnen kann. Die daraus entstandene Zwangsvorstellung, die beim Autor-Sohn Heiner Müller unbeabsichtigt oder beabsichtigt verdeckt bleibt, taucht in seinem Werk immer wieder auf. (Ich sitze auf einem Balkon… und Neujahrsbrief 1963) Die vorwiegend politisch legitimierte Abgrenzung gegen den schwachen Vater und das Plädoyer für einen stärkeren Vater in Gestalt des Sozialismus treten fortan in ein spannungsgeladenes Verhältnis, das eine starke Triebkraft für literarische Produktion darstellt. Die sukzessive Gewichtsverlagerung vom Wunsch nach einem stärkeren Vater auf die Notwendigkeit eines Dialoges mit dem toten Vater, also Vater-Gespenst ist die Basis für Müllers literarische Auseinandersetzung mit dem gespenstischen Vaterprinizp. Dabei hat die Vatergewalt bestimmte Strukturmerkmale. Nach der politischen Wende in Deutschland werden deutliche Veränderungen im Werk Müllers sichtbar. Produktiv ist dieser Zustand insofern, als er alles Geschehene, Gedachte und Geschriebene grundsätzlich in Frage stellt und Revisionen notwendig erscheinen lässt. Was bleibt, ist jedoch der einsame, schwache Vater als Sediment der Geschichte.

Soil Water Diffusivity and Soil Water Stress Coefficient Studies Using Weighting Lysimeter Data

A new and relatively simple equation for the soil water content-pressure head curve, ${\theta}$(h) is described in this paper. The particular form of the equation enables one to derive closed-form analytical expressions for the relative hydraulic conductivity, Kr, when substituted in the predictive conductivity models of Y. Mualem. Hopmans' equation is presented as an experimental method. The experienced method, $ET_a=K_sK_cET_o$ is introduced to estimate the actual evapotranspiration, $ET_a$(or $ET_c$). Using $ET_c$ and coil water data measured automatically in a weighing lusimeter, $K_s$ and $K_c$ values are estimated. Recently, FAO has introduced calculation procedures for the soil water(stress) coefficient, Ks in "Guidelines for computing crop water requirements".

This study investigated the effects of head postural correction on muscle activity during shoulder flexion and abduction. Twenty-four male participants with forward head posture (FHP) and no history of neurological or musculoskeletal surgery or injury were recruited. Their muscle activity was analyzed before and after head correction during shoulder abduc tion and flexion. Muscle activity and onset time were assessed using wireless surface elec tromyography of the right splenius capitis (SC); sternocleidomastoid (SCM); upper, middle, and lower trapezius (UT, MT, LT); and serratus anterior (SA) during shoulder movement. Shoulder abduction and flexion in FHP and neutral head posture (NHP) were compared us ing a paired t-test, and the main effects and interactions of head posture and shoulder movements were determined using a 2 × 2 repeated-measures analysis of variance using head posture and shoulder movements. When comparing shoulder abduction and flexion in the FHP, the muscle activities of the SCM and MT were significantly increased in abduc tion (p<.05). Muscle activity in all muscles except the SC and SA was significantly lower in NHP than in FHP inboth abduction and flexion (p>.05). Muscle onset time did not sig nificantly differ between the FHP and NHP groups (p>.05). However, the MT moved first in abduction in the FHP and NHP, UT in flexion in the FHP, and SA in the NHP. In this study, the muscle activity differed during abduction and flexion in the FHP. Therefore, arm movement may be useful in clinical practice to improve FHP symptoms, and these research results may be used as basic data for FHP.
