한인디아스포라 관련 주제명표목 개선 방안 연구 - 국립중앙도서관 주제명표목표의 한인 관련 용어를 중심으로 -

This paper suggests a way to improve Korean diaspora-related subject headings based on the analysis of terminology about Koreans in Korean diaspora-related manuscripts and investigation of related terms in the National Library of Korea subject headings. After selecting three KCI journals with high ratios of diaspora-related papers, the study extracted Korean-related terminology from the journal papers and examined their term frequencies. Additional Korean-related terms were investigated by manually reviewing the articles in which extracted terms appear. Based on these analyses, the study proposes several supplemental enhancements to Korean-related topic names in the National Library of Korea's subject headings, such as changing the English notation, adding non-preferred words, and changing the hierarchical relationship of the existing topic names.

KDC 제4판 컴퓨터과학분야 전개의 개선방안

이 연구는 KDC 제4판 컴퓨터과학분야의 주요 항목들을 개선하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 DDC와 NDC 등 기존 주요분류표와 학술진흥재단의 연구분야분류표, 한국과학재단의 과학기술분야분류 및 국가과학기술표준 분류표 등에 대한 비교분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 KDC 제4판의 컴퓨터과학분야는 총류와 기술과학분야에 분산전개된 것을 004-005에 통합하는 것이 바람직하고, 하위주제 전개의 체계화, 새로운 주제 추가 및 부적절한 주제의 삭제, 이치, 주기의 추가 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위한 구체적인 개선방안을 제시하였다. This study investigated the general problems concerning the subject Computer Science in the KDC(Korean Decimal Classification) 4th edition based on the comparative analysis with DDC, NDC, Disciplinary Classification System of Korean Research Foundation and National Standard Science and Technology Classification and Science and Technology Classification of Korea Science and Engineering Foundation, and suggested some ideas for the improvements of them. The subject of Computer science in the KDC 4th edition will be helpful to be improved to integrate in classes 004-005 now separated into two main classes of 000(004-005) and 500(566) in KDC4, to systematize subdivisions, to add new subjects, to delete and relocate some inappropriate subjects and to add notes.

이 연구는 KDC 제4판 화학공학분야(570)의 주요항목들을 개선하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 DDC와 NDC 등 기존의 주요 분류표와 학술진흥재단의 연구분야 분류표 등에 대한 비교분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 KDC 제4판의 화학공학분야는 현대적인 용어의 사용 및 적절한 분류용어의 선택, 세부주제의 추가전개 등의 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위한 구체적인 개선방안을 제시하였다. This study investigated general problems concerning the subject Chemical Engineering in the KDC(Korean Decimal Classification) 4th edition based on the comparative analysis with DDC, NDC, and Disciplinary Classification System of Korean Research Foundation, and suggested on some ideas for the improvements of them. The subject of chemical Engineering in the KDC 4th edition had to be improved to use current terminology, to choose appropriate headings, and to subdivide the subjects more to introduce new topics.

조선총독부 도서관 분류표에 관한 연구

이 연구는 우리나라 최초의 관립도서관이며 국립중앙도서관의 전신인 조선총독부도서관에서 사용한 분류표에 관한 것이다. 조선총독부 도서관 분류표는 신서부, 고서부, 양서부의 세 개 분류표를 편찬하여 사용하였다. 이에 이 연구는 일제강점기 당시 관립도서관이었던 조선총독부도서관분류표의 특징에 대해 분석하였다. 또한 조선총독부 도서관 분류표와 관련 있는 분류표를 비교 분석하여 그 영향관계를 파악하였다. This study reviews classification used the Chosun Government-General Library which library was the first of a government library in the Korea Chosun Government-General Library made and used the Eastern Books Classification, Old Books Classification and foreign Books Classification. This study investigates the characteristics of the Chosun Government-General Library Classification which library was a government library at the time of Japanese occupation of Korea. This study also compares and analyzes the classification with other major related classification system at that time to identify the relationship of influence among them.

공공도서관 고객만족도(LCSI) 모형개발 및 측정

이 연구에서는 공공도서관에 적용할 수 있는 LCSI(Library Customer Satisfaction Index) 모형을 구축하였다. 이를 위해 대구지역 9개 공공도서관의 이용자 4,540명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이 모형은 독립변인인 서비스품질을 직원의 상호작용, 정보자원 및 프로그램, 물리적 환경 및 시설의 세 가지 상위차원으로 구성하였으며, 전반적 만족도와 불평행동을 각각 매개변인으로, 충성도를 종속변인으로 하였다. 공공도서관 고객만족도 점수는 부문별 서비스품질 만족도 40%, 전반적인 만족도 40%, 충성도 20%를 각 영역별 구성비로 하고 100점을 만점으로 산출하였다. This study develops the LCSI(Library Customer Satisfaction Index) to measure the customer satisfaction of public libraries from 4,540 public library users in Daegu Metropolitan City area. LCSI consists of three variables; service quality divided into three primary dimensions(interaction of personnel), library resources and programs, physical environment and facilities) as independent variables, overall satisfaction and customer complaints as parameter, and customer loyalty as dependent variable. This model calculates LCSI scores at the ratio of 40% in satisfaction index to three dimensions of library service quality, 40% in overall satisfaction, and 20% in customer loyalty.

구조방정식을 이용한 공공도서관과 문예회관의 문화교육프로그램의 품질과 만족도에 관한 비교분석

This study investigates the participants' perception and satisfaction score for culture and education programs operating in public libraries and culture & art centers in Daegu Metropolitan City. Attendees of the public libraries' programs have higher overall satisfaction, customer loyalty on the contents of the program and lecturers than those of the culture & art centers' programs. Attendees of the culture & art centers' programs rated staff supports and services, facilities and educational equipments higher than those in the public libraries' programs. This study calculates the LCSI score in public libraries(78.02) and culture & art centers(77.22). 이 연구에서는 대구광역시의 공공도서관과 문예회관에서 운영하는 문화교육프로그램에 대한 수강자들의 인식과 만족도에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과 도서관 수강자들은 전반적인 만족도와 충성도, 프로그램 내용 및 강사 품질을, 문예회관 수강자들은 기관의 지원 및 제반서비스와 시설 및 환경에 대해 더 높게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 도서관 수강자의 고객만족도(LCSI)는 78.02점으로 나타났으며 문예회관 수강자의 고객만족도는 77.22점으로 산출되었다.

국제 학술지 발간 개선을 위한 자매학술지의 분석 연구

이 연구는 2015년에 WoS와 Scopus의 문헌정보학 분야에서 동시에 등재된 학술지 2종과 그 자매지들, 그리고 국내 발간 국제학술지로 SCIE와 Scopus에 동시에 등재된 해양학 학술지 1종과 그 자매지 1종(Scopus 등재)의 2014년 및 2015년에 게재된 논문들과 이 논문들을 2016년에 인용한 논문들을 조사하였다. 이 연구는 WoS에 등재된 학술지와 이들 학술지의 자매지이지만 WoS에 등재되지 않은 학술지의 특성을 비교하여, WoS에 등재된 학술지의 특징을 파악해보고자 하였다. 이 연구의 분석 결과로 WoS의 등재지의 특징을 종합하여 살펴보면, 간행을 더 자주 하며, 논문위주로 발행하고, 다양한 국가의 저자에게 투고 받으며, 게재논문들이 더 많이 인용되는 것을 보면 논문의 품질이 더 좋다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 등재학술지가 비등재 자매지보다 공동연구의 논문을 게재하는 비율이 더 높았으며, 문헌정보학분야 학술지에서는 그 비율이 더 크게 나타났다. 이는 단독연구의 비율이 더 높은 국내발행 학술지가 국제색인 데이터베이스에 등재되고자 할 때 고려사항이 될 수 있을 것이다. The study analyzed the characteristics of two library and information science journals indexed by Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus in 2015 along with two of their non-indexed sister journals. The study also analyzed the characteristics of a SCIE- and Scopus-indexed oceanographic journal published domestically along with its sister journal indexed by Scopus only. In addition, the study collected and analyzed the articles published during 2014 and 2015 in these 6 journals as well as the citations they received in 2016. By comparing the characteristics and publication data of indexed journals and their sister journals, the study aimed to identify the properties of WoS-indexed journals that may be helpful in enhancing international journal publication. The findings from the analysis of data can be summarized as follows: WoS-indexed journals publish more frequently, focus mainly on articles, are authored by researchers from many countries, and have higher quality papers that receive more citations than their non-WoS-indexed sister journals. The study also found higher rates of co-authored papers in WoS indexed journals, which were amplified in LIS journals. This is an important factor to consider for Korean LIS journals that are dominated by singe-author articles when they prepare to be indexed in WoS.

외국학술지지원센터(FRIC) 평가지표 개발에 관한 연구

이 연구는 국가적 차원에서 외국학술지의 효율적 이용을 위해 설립된 외국학술지지원센터들의 운영전반과 성과를 평가하기 위한 평가지표를 개발하기 위해 시도된 것이다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 평가지표를 운영전략과 운영시스템, 운영성과의 세 부문으로 나누고, 이를 다시 8개 세부부문, 16개 지표, 35개 세부지표로 구분하여 제시하였다. 각각의 지표는 AHP 전문가설문조사 결과 도출된 가중치로 배점을 결정하였으며, 최종점수는 운영전략부문 190점, 운영시스템부문 440점, 운영성과부문 370점, 총 1,000점 만점으로 구성하였다. 개발된 평가지표를 바탕으로 평가지표정의서를 개발하였으며, 이 정의서를 기반으로 시범평가와 자체평가를 실시하여, 차후의 실제평가에서 나타날 수 있는 문제점들을 검토하도록 하였다. This study recommends the evaluation measures and indicators to evaluate the operations and performance of each Foreign Research Information Centers (FRIC) established to support the effective and efficient use of the foreign academic journals at the national level. The indicators are comprised by 3 major sections, subdivided into 35 sub-indexes. Each of indicators is scored according to the weights derived from the AHP survey to the related researchers and the practitioners. As a result, total score of 1,000 is distributed to 3 major sections of operational strategy section (190), operational systems section (440), and operational outcomes (370). Based on the evaluation indicators, measure dictionary is developed, followed by preliminary tests both by the parent organization and by each centers, in order to check the feasibility of the measurement.
