The soft magnetic properties of Co-based amorphous alloy have been studied as a function of cooling condition after annealing. The F&W treatment(furnace cooling to 250 ℃ then water quenching) could increase 60~100 % more the initial permeability than those of furnace cooled or water quenched alloys. These results are investigated in terms of thermal stress and ordering of magnetic ion pairs.

[(300 ㎚)Ta/(500 ㎚)NdFeB/(300 ㎚)Ta] thin films were deposited at 5 mTorr Ar gas pressure by RF-DC magnetron sputtering. and their magnetic properties were investigated. The [Ta/NdFeB/Ta] films deposited on heated Si substrates showed high perpendicular anisotropy and excellent hard magnetic properties. The films sputtered at the substrate temperature of Ts= 650℃ and 700℃ showed (BH)max= 20 MGOe and iHc= 18.9 kOe along the perpendicular direction to the film plane, respectively.
부분 가교결합된 키토산 비드를 이용한 Cu^2+ 이온 흡착

Using chitosan beads crosslinked with glutaraldehyde, adsorption of cupper ions (Cu+2) on them was investigated by adsorption equilibrium and batch adsorption experiments. Average molecular weight and degree of deacetylation of the chitosan used here were 4.9×105 and 90.6% respectively. The quantity of available amine groups of the chitosan beads was measured by the titration method using 0.1 mol HCIO4 as a standard solution and was shown to be 63.5%. Crosslinked chitosan beads were not insoluble even in low PH solution, which means they can be used as a adsorbent for heavy matal ions dissolved in acidic solution. Adsorption equilibrium was well explaned by Sips equation and pore diffusion model was able to explane the adsorption behavior of cupper ions on chitosan beads.
