레이더와 비전센서 융합을 통한 전방 차량 인식 알고리즘 개발

This paper presents the sensor fusion algorithm that recognizes a primary vehicle by fusing radar and monocular vision data. In general, most of commercial radars may lose tracking of the primary vehicle, i.e., the closest preceding vehicle in the same lane, when it stops or goes with other preceding vehicles in the adjacent lane with similar velocity and range. In order to improve the performance degradation of radar, vehicle detection information from vision sensor and path prediction predicted by ego vehicle sensors will be combined for target classification. Then, the target classification will work with probabilistic association filters to track a primary vehicle. Finally the performance of the proposed sensor fusion algorithm is validated using field test data on highway.

일반논문 : 지역개발정책의 변동에 관한 유형 분석: 신행정수도건설정책에 대한 수정된 Hogwood & Peters의 이론 적용

본 연구의 목적은 수정된 Hogwood & Peters의 이론을 신행정수도건설정책에 적용하여 시기별로 정책변동 유형을 도출해보고, 이를 통해 제 시사점을 조명하고자 하는 것이다. 분석결과, 시기는 이전기, 수정기, 1차 유지기, 그리고 2차 유지기로 나눌 수 있으며, 각각 반복형 정책혁신, 부분종결형 정책승계, 순응형 정책유지, 그리고 순응형 정책유지로 나타났다. 이러한 분석과정에서 일정부분 시사점도 도출되었는데, Hogwood & Peters의 이론에서 말하는 연구결과가 반드시 맞는 것은 아니었고, 정책과정의 성격은 지배집단의 교체에 따라 극명하게 차이가 난다는 것이며, 정책변동의 유형에 가장 중요하게 영향을 미치는 변수는 촉발기제이고, 시기별로 나타나는 정책변동 유형과정은 일정부분 일관성이 있다는 것이며, 제도적으로 구속력 있는 결정은 새로운 정책변동 유형을 방지하는 역할을 할 수 있다는 것 등이 그것이다. The purpose of this study is to find change types and implications of new administrative capital city construction policy using amended Hogwood & Peters`s theory. According to the analysis of types, periods can divide with transfer period, amended period, first maintenance period, second maintenance period. And each types appears with repetitive policy innovation, part ended policy succession, compliant policy maintenance, and compliant policy maintenance. Meanwhile, implications by the process are the discordance between Hogwood & Peters`s theory study outputs and this study outputs, the obvious difference of policy process by the dominant group change, the most important triggering mechanism which have affection to types of policy change, the consistency of policy change types process, and the new types sublation by institutional decision, etc.

초등 저학년의 해양환경교육을 위한 AR 인터랙티브 에듀테인먼트

국제사회는 해양 플라스틱 쓰레기를 중요한 환경 현안으로 인식하고 있다. 유엔환경계획(UNEP) 보고서에 따르면 플라스틱 쓰레기로 인해 해양생물 267종이 피해를 보고 있다. 이는 인류의 건강과 식량안보에도 심각한 악영향을 미치고 있다. 또한 최근 환경 관련 책에서 플라스틱과 관련된 주제가 높은 빈도로 등장하며 그 심각성을 드러내고 있다. 환경문제는 현시대의 해결해야 할 큰 숙제이다. 이러한 환경문제를 가장 효과적으로 해결하는 방법은 교육이다. 환경교육은 어린 나이부터 교육하는 것이 가장 효과적이다. 따라서 해당 콘텐츠는 환경교육의 효과가 가장 높은 나잇대인 초등학교 저학년을 사용자로 정했고, 플라스틱 쓰레기로 인해 고통을 받는 해양생물에 관한 내용을 주제로 하여 AR 인터랙티브 에듀테인먼트를 기획하였다. 콘텐츠의 형태는 AR 동화책으로, 책을 통해 효과적인 정보전달뿐만 아니라, 동화책에 등장하는 동물과의 AR 상호작용을 통해 재미를 더함으로써 효과적인 해양환경교육 에듀테인먼트가 될 것으로 기대한다. The international community recognizes marine plastic waste as an important environmental issue. According to the UNEP report, 267 species of marine life are affected by plastic waste. This has serious adverse effects on human health and food security. In recent years, the topic related to plastics has appeared frequently in environmental books, revealing its seriousness. Environmental problems are a big challenge to be solved in modern times. And the most effective way to solve environmental problems is education. Starting environmental education in early age is most effective way. Therefore, the content was selected as the user of the lower grade of elementary school, the age group with the greatest effect of environmental education, and the AR Interactive Edutainment was planned with the theme of marine life suffering from plastic waste. The type of content is AR fairy tale book, and it is expected that it will be effective marine environment education edutainment by providing effective information transmission through the content and adding fun through AR interaction with animals in the fairy tale book.

MSICF를 활용한 정책변동 분석 -스크린쿼터정책을 중심으로-

본 연구의 목적은 MSICF를 스크린쿼터정책에 적용하여 체계적인 정책변동을 조명하고, 이를 근거로 이익집단의 위상과 관련된 변동을 조명함으로써, 적지 않은 영향력을 행사하고 있는 이익집단의 행태를 입체적으로 고찰하고자 한다. 아울러, 이러한 분석을 통해 제 시사점을 조명함으로써, 유사연구에 일정부분 학술적 기여를 하고자 한다. 분석결과, 스크린쿼터정책을 둘러싼 다중흐름 중 정치흐름인 한중투자보장협정 체결로 인해 정책변동의 창이 열렸으며, 이를 통해 시발기의 경우 한중투자보장협정 체결에서 헌법재판소의 합헌판결까지, 폭발기의 경우 한미투자협정 체결 추진 합의에서 국회의 영화진흥법 개정안 발의까지, 결정기의 경우, 공정거래위원회의 스크린쿼터정책의 축소·폐지입장 표명에서 재정경제부의 스크린쿼터 현행일수 50% 축소 발표까지 이어졌으며, 이를 통한 정책변동은 전체적으로 영화보호정책에서 영화개방정책으로 변동된 것이다. 이를 통해 이익 집단의 위상도 변동되었는데, 전체적으로 전국극장연합회는 위상저하에서 위상상승으로, 한국영화인협회는 위상유지에서 위상쇠락으로 변동이 이어진 것이다. 이를 근거로 한 시사점은 정책참여자 간 치열한 상호작용 속에서 정책중개자가 부재하더라도 원만한 정책변동이 가능할 수 있다는 것이고, 전체적 또는 시기별로 정책변동을 좌우하는 핵심기제는 제도맥락이라는 점이며, 특정기제는 다양한 영역에 걸쳐 동일하게 적용된다는 것이고, 이해당사자로서의 이익집단 등의 위상 변동은 다양성을 나타낸다는 점이며, 정책변동은 혼란 속에 자생적 경계가 나온다는 것이고, MSICF에서 발견된 시사점이 상당부분 일치하였다는 점 등이다. The purpose of this study is to find policy change process, interest group standing change, and implications of screen quota policy using MSICF. Analytic results of this study are following. Namely, change of screen quota policy appears with from film productive policy to film open-door policy. And interest group standing change of whole country theater federation appears with from fortunes contained to fortunes rose, Korean members of the movie federation appears with from fortunes maintained to fortunes declined. Meanwhile, implications of this study are possibility of amicable policy change without policy broker, policy change main mechanism of institutional context, equivalent application of particular variable, variety of interest group standing change, spontaneous boundary of policy change process, and agreement of MSICF's substance, etc.

모바일을 이용한 전자상거래를 수행하는 요소는 크게 모바일사용자, WAP Gateway, WAP 서버 등으로 구분할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 모바일 상거래의 문제점이었던, WAP Gateway에서의 평문의 노출의 문제점을 보안하기 위하여 각각의 모바일 사용자와 WAP Gateway의 공개키로 암호화하여 전송 함으로서 평문 노출의 문제점의 보안과 모바일 사용자와 WAP Gateway의 필요한 정보만 볼 수 있도록 보안기능을 강화시킨 이중 보안 알고리즘을 제시한다.

본 연구의 목적은 한국의 그린벨트정책을 개발제한기, 개발보류기, 그리고 개발허용기로 대별하여, 각각의 시기에서 나타나는 이해집단간의 정치적인 게임의 장을 Wilson(1980)의 규제정치이론을 통해 고찰함으로써, 시기별 상호작용의 규제정치를 조명하고자 한다. 분석결과, 개발제한기의 경우, ‘기업가정치’로 나타났으며, 개발보류기의 경우는 ‘낮은 수준의 고객정치’로 규정할 수 있다. 그리고 개발허용기는 구역주민ㆍ토지소유자는 감지된 편익이 좁게 집중되었으며, 그린벨트 주변 시민은 감지된 비용이 넓게 분산되어 규제정치 유형은 본격적으로 규제가 완화되는 ‘높은 수준의 고객정치’로 정의할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to find regulatory politics using the regulatory politics theory of Wilson. The example is Greenbelt policy that divide broadly into three periods. According to analysis of the regulatory politics, the period of development restriction has the behavior of entrepreneur politics. The period of development reservation has the behavior of low client politics. And the period of development permission has the behavior of high client politics.
