        호텔 서비스 이미지의 평가에 관한 연구

        This study is focused on the image benefit cost criterion value and the pure image benefit score, of the service quality of local hotels through the theories and factor-analyses of hotel service. As the research method to accomplish the aim of this study, theoretical and positive research methods have been carried out side by side. The steps of the image decision projects of hotel service for the activating of identification on hotel service image have been examined. And the results are as the following. The first result is that `management system` is the most effectual factor on the pure image benefit score, which is the priority order on the planning of hotel service image strategy marketing project. The second is that on the image benefit cost criterion value, `management system` is the most effectual factor as well. The third is that with fixed budget the orderfrom the highest to the lowest on the image perception score goes to `management system`, `staff quality`, `accessibility`, `parking lot facility`, `safety`, `price policy`, `visual atmosphere`, `interior accommodation`, `exterior facility`, and `commodities`. The fourth is that the amount of invest for most effectual hotel service image strategy is eleven million eight hundreds thousand won..

      • 외식업서비스 이미지 결정 요인 평가 분석

        This study is focused on the image benefit cost criterion value and the pure image benefit score, of the food service of local franchised V, T, and O industry through the theories and factor-analyses of food service. To accomplish the aim of this study, theoretical and positive research methods have been carried out side by side. The steps of food service image decision projects for the activating of identification on food service have been examined through theories and positive analyses. As the results, ‘the image of menu service’ appears to be the most effectual factor on the pure image benefit score, which is the priority order of the project planning for the food service image marketing of Jeonju area. And on the image benefit cost criterion value, for V industry ‘the image of managemental service system’, for T industry ‘the image of approachability’, and for O industry ‘the service of internal surroundings’, is the most effectual factor. On the other hand, this study shows that V industry manages its image of food service most effectual with 1.7 billion won, T industry with 96 million won, O industry with 7.2 million won, on the image marketing strategy of food service.

        전통문화 공간의 가치측정에 관한 연구 -전주한옥마을 중심으로-

        Jeonju Hanok Village is getting attention as a place for individual`s emotional development, a person`s interaction with other people, education of traditional culture, and urban cultural get-away through its traditional cultural place. But the value of traditional cultural place`s beautiful environment and the preciousness of the place can be taken for granted. Any visitors can utilize this place once they visit Hanok Village. However, for it should be deeply pondered if visitors are realizing the value of utilizing its traditional cultural place, it is considered as a task, therefore, this study was conducted. In this study, it is difficult to measure social utility or benefit of environmental value of traditional cultural place for it does not have feedback and alternative market. For this cause, the study assumed the value of traditional cultural place by CVM(Contingent Valuation Method). According to the survey, individual annual beneficial value ranges from WTP(Willingness To Pay) median at about 29,000 won, to WTP mean value at about 32000, annual beneficial value per household derived from Hanok Village in Jeonju ranging from about seven billion three hundred million won, to eight billion won and annual total whole national beneficial value derived from Hanok Village ranging from six trillion three hundred billion won to six trillion nine hundred billion won. The assumed amount has its significance in that it cannot only appeal the importance of traditional cultural place to the visitors and make them much more satisfactory but also can be the cornerstone for future development plan and upkeep of traditional cultural place.

        남원의 광한루 내국인 방문객의 선호요인 연구

        This study analyzes the various preferential factors of the tourists on Namwon and Kwanghallu from the social, economic, cultural, various points of view. The analyses of the preferential factors of the tourists, which make it possible to activate the local economy of Namwon, t the important informations to open a new tour market far the ones who run a lot of various businesses on the various types of tour. The theoretical consideration in parallel with the demonstrative study to accomplish the purpose of this study has been carried out The survey through the questionnaires on touring has been taken for the one hundred fifty Korean tourists who have toured Namwon and Kwanghallu. According to the result through the demonstrative study, first, on the motive of touring and the choice of tpuring route the tourists who tour Namwon and Kwanghallu by their touring experience and family take the tour on the periods of the various events in Namwon and Kwanghallu, therefore the tourist agents should try to establish or develop the various tourism strategies on the events for the tourists. Second, the cultural relics tour demonstrated on the factor of motivation is the most deferential factors among the tourists. This analytic result brings about the essential materials to create the plan for developing Namwon and Kwanghallu. This, the analysis of the rate of appreciated service shows that the harruony of the surroundings is satisfied most, which gives a vital factor to set up a strategic plan for the environrr~tal development of the surroundings.

      • 소아 부비동염의 임상적 연구

        목적 : 부비동염으로 하나 또는 그 이상의 부비동 점막에 염증이 생기는 것으로 소아기에 빈발하는 질병의 하나이며, 소아과 의사들이 자주 접하게 되는 흔한 질환중의 하나이다. 부비동은 태생기와 소아 초기에 발생하여 사춘기에 이르기까지 발육하므로, 소아의 부비동염은 성인과는 다른 임상 증상과 치료에 차이를 보인다. 부비동염과 호흡기 알레르기와 관련성을 보면, 만성 호흡기 증상을 호소하는 알레르기질환 환아에서 부비동 질환의 빈도가 높은 것으로 알려져 있는데, 천식 환아에서 부비동 X-선 검사를 해보면 비정상 소견을 흔하게 볼수있다는 보고들이 있었으며 알레르기 질환 환아의 53%에서 비정상 소견이 있었으며, 27%에서는 완전한 혼탁이 있었다는 보고도 있다. 이에 저자들은 부비동염 환아를 알레르기군과 비알레르기군으로 분류하여 소아부비동염의 일반적인 특징과 알레르기와 부비동염의 관계 및 특징을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 : 1993년 1월부터 1995년 12월까지 대림 성모 병원 소아과 외래 및 입원 환아 중 부비동 X-선 검사상 부비동염으로 환진된 107명을 대상으로 하고 그 중 71멍에서 알레르기 피부 검사를 시행하였다. 또한 이들 107명의 환아를 대상으로 혈청 IgE와 총호산구를 측정하고 천식, 알레르기 피부 검사를 종합하여 알레르기군과 비알레르기군으로 분류하여 두 군 사이에서 중상과 혈액 검사 소견 부비동과의 관계 및 특징을 알아보고, IgE와 총호산구와의 관련성을 t-teat를 이용하여 비교 관찰하였다. 결과 : 1) 나이늘 3세에서 8세까지가 18.6%를 차지했고, 남때비는 1.7:1이었다. 2) 임상 증상 및 증후로는 비루가 66례(61.7%), 발열이 63례(58.9%), 비폐색 44례(41.1%)로 비교지 많이 볼 수 있었고, 알레르기군에서는 재채기, 비루, 발열, 비폐색이 순으로 빈도가 높았고, 비알레르기군에서는 비폐색, 재채기, 발열, 비루, 구토의 수능로 나타났다. 3) 알레르기 질환 과거력에서는 천식성 기관지염이 8.4%로 가장 빈도가 높았고, 아토피성 피부염 7.5%, 결막염 5.6%, 알레르기성 비염 47%, 두드러기 2.8%, 식품 알레르기 1.9%에서 볼 수 있었다. 4) 혈액학적 소견으로는 백혈구 증가가 33.3%, 호산구 증다증 23.2%, 적혈구 침강속도 증가 33.3%였다. 5) 부비동 X-선 소견은 혼탁이 77.6% , 점막비후 22.4%로 나타났다. 6) 총 IgE치는 200IL/m1 미만이 84.4%. 200IL/m1 이상이 15.5%이며, 1,000IL/ml 이상은 1.6%였다. 결론 : 부비동염 환아를 알레르기군과 비알레르기군으로 나누어서 비교한 결과 임상 증상 및 증후, 알레르기 질환 과거력증에서 차이가 있었지만 IgE와 총호산구의 평균값은 유의한 차이가 없으므로 IgE와 총호산구수 검사는 알레르기와의 관련성을 알아보기 위한 검사로는 부적절하다고 생각된다. This report is an analysis of 107 outpatients and inpatients who were diagnosed as having sinusitis in the department of pediatrics between January, 1993 and December, 1995. In these patients, serum IgE, total eosinophil count, allergic skin test were performed and past history of allergy was taken. These cases were divided into two groups, the allergy group and the non-allergy group and the clinical observation was done. The following results were obtained 1) The range of ages from 3 to 8 was 78.6%, a large percentage. There were 67 males (62.6%) and 40 females(37.4%), male to female ratio was 1.7:1. 2) The clinical signs and symptoms consisted of rhinorrhea in 61.7%, fever in 58.9%, nasal obstruction in 41.1% of the cases. 3) Sneezing, rhinorrhea, fever, nasal obstruction were noted, in decreasing order, in the allergy group and in the non-allergy group, nasal obstruction, sneezing, fever, rhinorrhea vomiting, in decreasing order. 4) Asthmatic bronchitis was noted in 8.4% which was the highest in the past history of the allergic patients and the others such as atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, conjuntivitis, urticaria, food allergy were noted only in a small number. 5) In hematologic findings, leukocytosis(>10,000/㎣) was noted in 33.3%, increase in eosinophil was noted (>5%) in 23.2%, and the ESR level was elevated(≥15㎜/hr) in 33.3%. 6) In the PNS view, opacity was noted in 77.6%, mucosal thickening in 22.4% of the cases. 7) Total IgE level less than 200 IU/ml in 84.4%, more than 200 IU/ml in 15.6% and more than 1,000 IU/ml 1.6% of the cases. 8) There is no significant difference about the mean value of IgE & total eosinophil count of t-test between allergic group and non-allergic group.

      • Mycoplasma pneumoniae 폐렴의 임상적 고찰

        N/A A clinical study was made on 117 cases of Mycoplasnn pneumoniae pneumonia from April 1992 to March 1995. The results were as follows. 1. Out of 117 cases, 57 cases were male, 60 cases were female and high incidence was in the age of 2 to 6 years(76%). Male to female ratio was 1:1.05 and seasonnal distribution showed increased incidence in autumn. 2. Cough(116cases, 99.1%) was the most common clinical symptom and sputum(111cases, 94.9%), rhinorrhea(71cases, 60.7%), fever(69cases, 58.9%) were usual symptom. 3. The most common auscultatory findings were rales (59 cases, 50.4%) and then wheezing (26 cases, 22.2%) and then followed by rhonchi. 4. The most common complication was pleural effusion(5cases). 5. Leukocyte counts in peripheral blood were most common in the range of 5,000-9,999/mm3(58.9%) and showed neutrophilia. Erythrocyte sedimentation rate were higher than 30 mm/hr(73cases, 63.2%). Positive CRP cases were 67 cases(57.3M). 6. Radiologic finding of pulmonary infiltration was the most common in the right lower lobe(30cases, 25.6%), 7. The correlation of cold agglutinin and Mycoplasma Ab was not significant.(r=0.382, p=0.07).

        남원지역 숙박업 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        The strategy to increase the incorre from synergy effect derived from lodging industry is one of the main economic strategies to increase the tour-incorre of an area by luring tourists lodging which a local autonomous entity may take it`s main economic strategy. The strategy is focusing on developing touring products which are aiming at net profit. Namwon City as the other cities do makes her known as a sight seeing city on the purpose of flowering its local economy in practising a local autonomous entity, has been developing touring products to attract tourists. The city is badly in need of the touring products of lodging type by whichtourists would stay longer since tourism in Namwon takes about 40% of the city's local production basis. This study is focusing on the some reformed devices to activate the lodging industry of Namwon based on the resources of tourism and the plans of tourism development in Namwon. Firstly, the development of tour sights or courses which appeal to the image of Kwanghanloo. Secondly, the development of touring products which tourists would enjoy experiencing. Thirdly, the development of lodging facilities which appeal to the taste of tourists. Lastly, the development of public information strategies. These devices are considered as the strategies to induce tourists to stay longer. As the concrete means of the devices of luring tourists to activate the lodging industry of Namwon, a museum connected with Kwanghanloo, Chunhwangchon, the touring facilities to experience the local customs and intangible heritage in the rural area, the lodging facilities which appeal to the desire of tourists, the development of characterized touring products, the reformation of connected touring industry, airing of the device of activating by the association of lodging industry, the exposition of local products, the strategy of public informing, the strategy of touring cost, and the strategy of the image of Namwon, are presented in this paper. On the strategy of public informing, the strategy that the association of Namwon lodging industry informs the public of the lodging facilities in Namwon through the chained public information and the strategy of informing of the spiritual culture such as irreportant national and local cultural pmoperties by reservation oe booleing, are explored. This study concludes that to activate the lodging industry, the local culture and history and the characterized touring products differentiated from the other areas are specially important.
