연관규칙 분석을 통한 ESG 우려사안 키워드 도출에 관한 연구

Purpose The purpose of this study is to define the anti-ESG activities of companies recognized by media by reflecting ESG recently attracted attention. This study extracts keywords for ESG controversies through association rule mining. Design/methodology/approach A research framework is designed to extract keywords for ESG controversies as follows: 1) From DeepSearch DB, we collect 23,837 articles on anti-ESG activities exposed to 130 media from 2013 to 2018 of 294 listed companies with ESG ratings 2) We set keywords related to environment, social, and governance, and delete or merge them with other keywords based on the support, confidence, and lift derived from association rule mining. 3) We illustrate the importance of keywords and the relevance between keywords through density, degree centrality, and closeness centrality on network analysis. Findings We identify a total of 26 keywords for ESG controversies. ‘Gapjil’ records the highest frequency, followed by ‘corruption’, ‘bribery’, and ‘collusion’. Out of the 26 keywords, 16 are related to governance, 8 to social, and 2 to environment. The keywords ranked high are mostly related to the responsibility of shareholders within corporate governance. ESG controversies associated with social issues are often related to unfair trade. As a result of confidence analysis, the keywords related to social and governance are clustered and the probability of mutual occurrence between keywords is high within each group. In particular, in the case of “owner’s arrest”, it is caused by “bribery” and “misappropriation” with an 80% confidence level. The result of network analysis shows that ‘corruption’ is located in the center, which is the most likely to occur alone, and is highly related to ‘breach of duty’, ‘embezzlement’, and ‘bribery’.

변단면 압출추진코와 ILM 교량 상부단면의 상호작용 해석

ILM(incremental launching method) 교량공법은 품질확보에 효과적인 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 교량공법으로 인정받고 있다. 이 공법에 의해 시공되는 교량의 상부단면은 시공 중에 지간의 중앙부와 지점부에 일시적이나마 모두 위치하게 된다. 따라서 단면들은 자중에 의해 발생되는 최대 정 모멘트와 최대 부 모멘트, 그리고 최대 전단력을 모두 경험하게 되는 구조적 특성을 가지고 있다. 한편, 압출하는 동안 발생하는 높은 일시적 응력을 최소화하기 위해 일반적으로 압출추진코가 이용되고 있다. 그리고 상부단면에 발생하는 이 일시적인 응력의 크기는 압출추진코의 특성에 따라 달라진다. 본 연구에서는 압출 중 상부단면에 발생하는 단면력의 크기를 쉽고, 빠르게 검토할 수 있는 해석식을 유도하였다. 개발된 해석식에서 고려할 수 있는 매개변수로는 압출추진코와 상부단면과의 지간 길이비와 중량비 그리고 강성비를 택하였다 특히, 개발된 해석식에서는 변단면인 압출추진코의 단면형상과 다이아플램을 고려할 수 있다. 또한, 설계변수들에 대한 민감도 해석을 통하여 압출추진코와 상부단면의 상호작용에 미치는 매개변수들의 영향을 분석하였다. ILM(incremental launching method) bridge is one of the prestressed concrete bridge construction methods widely adopted owing to its effectiveness for the quality control. The sections of the launched superstructure pass every position of the bridge spans. This launching process causes the bridge sections to be experienced in the quite different stress states with the stress state occurred after construction completely. Due to the self weight of sections, particularly, the superstructure sections(deck) experience maximum positive and negative moment as well as maximum shear force during launching process. To minimize the temporarily caused sectional forces, launching nose is generally used in the construction method. Therefore, the magnitude of this sectional forces should be checked for the safety of super structure in construction and it is dependent on the structural characteristics of launching nose. In this study, the simplified formulas to analyze the sectional force occurred by the nose-deck interaction in ILM construction are developed. The considering parameters are the span length ratio, stiffness ratio and weight ratio between the launching nose and the super structure. In particular, the developed formulas can consider the tapered sectional shape of launching nose and the diaphragm wall in the superstructure. Additionally, the sensitivity analysis is performed to analyze the effects of nose-deck interaction according to the design parameters.

청년창업가의 특성과 창업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

창업가정신은 창업활동을 하는데 있어서 성과를 이끄는 주요 요인으로 알려져 있으며, 여러 연구자가 창업가정신과 경영성과와의 관계에서 중요성을 인정하였고 혁신과 경영의 활력으로 이어진다는 선행연구가 도출되었다. 이처럼 창업가정신에 대한 연구와 관심이 지속적으로 높아지고 있으나 청년창업가를 대상으로 창업가의 특성과 창업가정신의 변수 고려한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 연구에 대한 검토를 토대로 작금에 많은 관심을 받고 있는 청년창업가의 특성과 창업가정신이 재무성과와 고용성과 요소들 간의 관계를 실증적 검증하였다.실증분석 결과 청년창업가의 배경적특성에서 창업전실무경험 3년미만은 고용성과에 3년이상은 재무성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직계가족 창업여부는 재무성과에 긍정적 영향, 창업전 직장 경력 1년 미만인 경우 고용성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 창업준비특성 중에서 창업준비인지도는 고용성과, 창업교육은 고용성과와 재무성과에 유의한 정의(+)영향을 주고, 창업가정신 하위요인 진취성은 고용성과와 재무성과에게 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주며, 위험감수성은 재무성과에는 유의한 정의(+) 영향을 주는 것으로 검증되었다. First, young entrepreneurs' perception of entrepreneurial preparation had significantly positive (+) influence upon the employment performance of entrepreneurial performance, whereas it had no significant influence upon the financial performance. Second, the entrepreneurial procedure fulfillment had no significant influence upon all the variables of entrepreneurial performance. Third, the entrepreneurial education had significantly positive (+) influence upon the employment performance and financial performance of entrepreneurial performance. Fourth, the innovative spirit, a sub-variable of entrepreneurship, had no significant influence upon employment performance and financial performance. Fifth, the progressive spirit, a sub-variable of entrepreneurship, had significantly positive (+) influence upon employment performance and financial performance. Sixth, the risk sensitivity, a sub-variable of entrepreneurship, had no significant influence upon employment performance, but it had significantly positive (+) influence upon financial performance. This study seems to be meaningful theoretically in that it examined the influence of young entrepreneurs' characteristic and entrepreneurship upon entrepreneurial performance, thus verifying concrete factors for the existing studies on entrepreneurial performance.
