        서비스 스케이프와 인적서비스품질이 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -입원환자와 외래환자를 중심으로-

        This paper conducts a research on how servicescapes (ambient conditions, spatial layout and functionality, signs-symbols and artifacts) and nurse-staff related service qualities (ability, reliance, customer understanding) have their influences on behavioral intention. Moreover, details of servicescapes (ambient conditions, spatial layout and functionality, signs-symbols and artifacts) and nurse-staff related service qualities (ability, reliance, customer understanding) differ as customers` situations vary. Based on these research results, if one manager of a medical institution adequately grasps and understands his/her hospital, and improves current problems by reckoning relative significances of servicescapes and nurse-staff related service qualities of which customers are aware, many developments are to be made in the strategic aspect of marketing, like consolidating medical competence through prioritizing investments.

        기후변화에 따른 국제관광산업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 관광지 선택속성에 대한 중요도 차이 연구 - 컨조인트 분석 활용을 통해 -

        관광지 환경을 변화시키는 기후변화의 주요 요인으로 꼽히는 이산화탄소의 배출 감소를 위한 노력은 수요자 측면인 관광객 역시 자발적으로 이산화탄소 배출을 감소시키려는 노력이 중요하다. 그래서 본 연구는 이산화탄소 배출을 감소하는 관광행동을 유도하기 위해 관광객들의 기후변화에 대한 인식의 정도를 파악 후 관광객의 성향을 분석하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기후변화에 대한 인식수준에 따른 관광지 선택속성에 대한 중요도를 파악하기 위한 방법으로 컨조인트 분석을 사용하였다. 연구를 진행한 결과, 기후변화에 대한 인식수준이 가장 큰 경우에는 접근성(1위), 동행자유형(2위) 순으로, 기후변화에 대한 인식수준이 중간정도일 경우에는 동행자유형(1위), 관광유형(2위) 순으로, 기후변화에 대한 인식이 가장 낮은 경우에는 동행자유형(1위), 접근성(2위) 순으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구 결과는 기후변화 인식에 따라 관광객 선택 속성에 차이가 있음을 확인, 향후 관광프로그램이나 상품개발에 있어 이러한 선택속성을 고려해야 함을 시사하고 있다. The effort to reduce CO2 emissions, which is considered to be a major factor in climate change, is also important for tourists. This study analyzed the tendency of tourists after grasping the degree of recognition on climate change by tourists in order to induce the tourist action to reduce CO2 emission. Using Conjoint Analysis Method. A study on the degree of recognition on climate changes : When the recognition level is the highest accessibility (first place), cooperative freestyle (second place), When the level of recognition is medium, cooperative freestyle (first place), tourism type (second place), When the recognition level is the lowest, cooperative freestyle (first place), accessibility (second place). Therefore, the results of this study confirm that there is a difference in tourism destination selection attributes according to degree of recognition on climate changes. Suggesting that these optional attributes should be considered in future tourism programs and product development.

        관광객의 기후변화에 대한 인식과 태도가 만족도와 행동의도에 미치는 영향력 차이에 관한 연구 - 중국인과 한국인 관광객 비교를 중심으로 -

        관광산업은 기후변화에 민감한 부분이 많고 저탄소녹색성장의 관점에서 새로운 기회와 위협을 제공할 수 있다는 측면에서 연구의 가치가 있다. 기후변화로 인한 소비자들의 인식 및 태도의 변화가 관광수요와 관광선택에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구는 매우 중요하며, 현재도 그 영향이 진행되고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 기후변화 인식과 태도가 관광 경험, 가치, 위험요인, 만족도, 행동의도에 미치는 영향관계를 규명하여 관광활동의 주체인 관광객의 기후변화에 따른 심리적 특성에 대한 검토를 통해 관광객들의 다양한 욕구 및 변화를 파악하였다. 이를 통해 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 필요한 시사점을 제공할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기후변화 인식은 관광경험, 관광가치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면 관광위험요인은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 중국 관광객이 한국 관광객보다 전반적인 영향력이 더 크게 나타났다. 셋째, 기후변화 태도는 관광경험과 관광위험요인에는 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면 관광가치에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 넷째, 관광경험, 관광가치는 관광만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면 관광위험요인은 관광만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 다섯째, 관광경험, 관광가치, 관광위험요인은 행동의도에 모두 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. Tourist industry has many sensitive issues with climate change and is worthy of study from an aspect that it could provide new opportunities and threats from the low-carbon ? green-growth point of view. To study how the change of awareness and attitude of the customers due to climate change affects the tourism demand and tourism choices is very important. Even at present, the effect is ongoing. In this paper, diverse needs and changes of tourists, who are the subjects of tourism activities, have been grasped through the examination of psychological characteristics according to climate change after defining the influencing relations of tourism experience, tourism value, tourism risk factors, satisfaction, and behavioral intention, affected by awareness of climate change and their attitude toward it. Through this, the implications that are necessary for establishing marketing strategies could be provided. The results of this present paper are as follows: First, it was shown that awareness of climate change did not affect tourism risk factors while it had a significant influence on tourism experience and tourism value. Secondly, it was revealed that the Chinese tourists generally influenced more greatly than the Koreans. Thirdly, it was shown that the attitude toward climate change did not affect tourism value while it influenced significantly on tourism experience and tourism risk factors. Fourthly, it was revealed that tourism risk factors did not affect tourism satisfaction while tourism experience and tourism value had a significant influence on tourist satisfaction. Fifthly and last, it was shown that tourism experience, tourism value, and tourism risk factors did not influence behavioral intention respectively.

        Hospital organization is intricately composed of special and diverse professionals. To effectively achieve the goal of the organization, it is essential that the leader has the leadership that could effectively draw the maximum capability of each member and the cooperation among the various professionals. Especially, the interaction between the professionals in engaging in medical practice is very important, thus the leadership of manager is also crucial as one needs to deliver the vision and objectives of CEO and take actions with members. Nursing organization requires its members to have consistent commitment, contribution and passionate participation to the task as it mutually survives with the hospital organization. Thus, the interest toward leadership, the management capacity of nursing manager has increased as the role of leader forms the trust and improves relations among members, and affects the human resources management of the nursing organization. Regional public hospitals started to assure the universal use of medical system and provision of health improvement programs to follow up with the changes of medical environment. And they need business performance such as profitability and efficiency like any private medical organizations. Thus, the regional public hospitals need to manage the human resources of nursing organization effectively, and the changes in leadership became the core element. Thus, to examine the influence of the leadership's organizational commitment and job satisfaction of members based on the competing values leadership of Quinn and McGrath(1985) which categorized it into status quo, pursuit of change, leading, and considerate type in accordance with categorization of the leadership types into outward-inward oriented aspect, and flexibility-control of members, and confirmed that the competing values leadership of nursing manager have positive effect on the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of nurses.

        기후변화에 대한 계획행동이론에 따른 관광객 세분시장 최적설계과정에 관한 연구 - Mixture Regression Model을 활용하여 -

        Various problems as flood, earthquake, and typhoon occurred recently due to unusual weather, and the world is making effort to fight against climate changes. Not only suppliers, but also tourists are putting effort due to the tourist industry and can reduce carbon emissions that directly cause global warming. For this reason, finding factors that can induce tourists to conduct pro-environmental behavior when traveling became an important challenge in tourism industry. For this reason, this study subdivided elements of theory of planned behavior for climate change awareness into attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, traveling manner, demographic characteristic, and destination preference. This study used the Mixture regression model to supplement limitations of an existing methodology(k-means clustering) and to find effective and rational segmental market, and intended to classify an optimal segment market by investigating an influencing relationship between planned behavior toward climate change awareness and proenvironmental behavior intention. As a result, this study deduced 4 optimal segmental markets using BIC value, and each segmental market showed a significant difference in contribution rate of theory of planned behavior about climate changes. The results of this study can induce differentiated marketing strategies based on the environmental effects of the travel industry.

        라이프스타일 유형에 따라 스트레스 대처방식이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향 연구

        This study aims at offering rudimentary materials in an attempt to effectively manage the human resources and build organizational culture on its organizational dimension, enhancing quality of every individual life by letting anyone cope with stress posing as a threat to personal health protection and corporate management. In order to handle this, this study has been conducted to examine the causal relationship between stress coping style and psychological burnout and control effect of lifestyles which can play important roles as individual external factors. First as an analysis result, it turned out that problem-focused coping which was proactive coping and wishful thinking which was passive coping had the significant impacts on lack of personal achievement, while problem-focused coping which was proactive coping and emotion-focused coping which was passive coping had signigicant impacts on emotional exhaustion. Second from analysis of control effect on lifestyles between the relationship of two factors as above, it also turned out that it decreased psychological burnout when people with lifestyles of trend following and aesthetics-oriented made problem-focused coping, and when people with lifestyle of health following or economy-practicality made emotion-focused coping or wishful thinking. A summarized implication from the study shows that every individual needs to set up its own coping strategy, dividing its ways of stress copings which impact on prevention of psychological burnout into two, proactive and passive coping. The most important element at organizational dimension constitutes the efforts to solve the problems. On the organizational dimension, the human resource management in the organization should be focused on enhancing job satisfaction through adequate compensation for the effort striven from every member of employee, aggressive enforcement of work-family reconciliation policy, and psychotherapy program rather than negative incentive methods because every individual member of organization has suffered with lots of stress resulting from putting efforts on adapting to the ever-changing circumstances.

        레스토랑의 선택속성에 관한 비교연구 -선택형 컨조인트와 전통적 컨조인트 비교를 중심으로-

        In this study, repeated choice experiment in choice based conjoint analysis was performed to estimate the utility value of individual customers of restaurant. To evaluate the effectiveness of choice based conjoint, the result of estimated utility value was compared with traditional conjoint result. In particular when the alternative is presented to estimate the utility of consumer in choice based conjoint, a set number of cards is very important. We investigate how the predictive accuracy vary while using the a set of three, four, five, six card. The results before refining the respondents using Kendall`s tau values, the accuracy of predictions of a choice-based conjoint analysis and the traditional method was not statistically significantly different. However, the results of a five card set choice based conjoint after refining the respondents using Kendall`s tau values, show higher prediction accuracy than traditional conjoint, and the difference is statistically significant. Based on these results, we expect to use choice-based conjoint analysis as an alternative of traditional conjoint.
