실험실 연구와 현장 실험 결과는 분명히 cellulase와 hemicellulase 효소가 고도의 기질 특이성에 의해 섬유의 표면을 변화시킬 수 있다는 것을 보여주었으며, 이러한 실험은 release paper의 경우로서 Pergalase A40을 사용할 때 생산 속도 상승, 품질향상 그리고 슈퍼켈린더의 속도 증가가 가능하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 현재의 경제적 여건에서 새로운 제품의 도입은 항상 잘 이루어지는 것은 아니지만 우리는 많은 공장에서 Pergalase A40사용이 수 개월 내에 급격히 증가할 것으로 기대하고 있다. 우리는 효소가 앞으로 펄프․제지 산업에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 믿으며 재생섬유 탈묵, slime control, wood-containing paper 그리고 펄핑 공정에서 표백 약품과 같은 분야의 연구를 진행시키고 있다.

17세기 북벌정책의 전개와 정치적 의미에 관한 연구

Since the King Hyojong's accession to the throne went against the head-family lineage discipline of primogeniture among the legal wife's sons, he had thought hand about the justification of his reign and the consolidation of his power from the early his period. In order to remove the pro-Ch'ing power which had been an obstacle to the regal power in the early his enthronement, the King had went hand in hand with the anti-Ch'ing Sarim faction and labored for the union with the anti-Ch'ing faction by emphasizing the need of Conquest of the North. However, intentions of the two parties to conquer the North were fundamentally different Focusing on the Conquering the North itself, the King Hyojong had the intend for consolidation of his regal power by the strategy of treating martial ministers favorably and building up the military. In fact, the Conquering the North granted him justification of the reign, enabled him to win the Sanrim faction over to his side by forming the sympathy with them who could affect negatively his Intimacy, and ultimately opened the way to achieve the consolidation of his regal power. But, the Sarim who had traditionally restrained regal power divined such King's thoughts and opposed the military buildup. The factions in power were worried about infringement of their vested rights caused by such military politics and the settlement of powerful regal power. After all, realizing the Sarim's support was inevitably required to administer the political situation, the King Hyojong entrusted the Sanrim with overall powers to administer state affairs in the his latter period so as to mitigate the Sarim's criticism of the military buildup. Then, Song Si-yeol assumed the leader. Dislike the King Hyeojong who highlighted the ruler's right. Song Si-yeol argued the theory of the Conquest of the North pursuing more fundamental and justificatory position centered on the cultivation of king's own virtue, and put value on cultivating the king's virtue and supporting the people that were essential prerequisites rather than conducting concrete preparation. The other side of his argument for Conquering the North veiled his intent to restrain the consolidation of regal power by the King Hyeojong and virtually, the true motive of Song Si-yeol who had participated in politics in the latter period of the King Hyeojong's reign was to compete the Sarim politics by restraining the regal power around the king and embodying the Neo-Confucian political ideology.

사례연구 ; 모바일 병원정보시스템 사용성에 대한 실증연구

This study is a proposal of quality scale and measurement for the Mobile Hospital Information System Usability used to the Chungnam National University Hospital in Daejeon Korea. This study is to provide decision- making guideline for hospital managers and to provide feedback for the users`information needs in Mobile Hospital Information System. The target people of the study were medical doctors in Chungnam National University Hospital. The service contexts of usability were request of medical Care, Vital sign check of Patient, Care Agreement of Patient, Blood management, Check of care state, Sign of choice doctors, Query of doctor order and patient measurement result. The Usability factors were the efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction of quality model ISO9241-11. This study shows that the Mobile HIS is used for the communication and education between doctor and patients. Especially, The Care Agreement of Patient is a part of the most utilized in the Mobile HIS.

후설의 선험적 현상학과 심리학에 대한 비판

이 논문은 전통적인 심리학을 후설의 관점에서 평가하고,그 대안으로 제시한 선험적 현상학과 그에 이르는 예비 단계인 현상학적 심리학을 살펴보는 것이다. 이 작업을 통해 심리학을 철저하게 극복하려는 선험적 현상학의 철학사적인 의미를 평가할 수 있을 것이다. 마음의 형이상학은 인간의 본질인 영혼,그 영혼의 기능인 사유를 다루는 심리학,즉 영혼의 형이상학이다. 후설은 고대 그리스인의 사유하는 영혼,이성의 발견을 유럽인의 인간성을 규정하는 목적 개념으로 평가하지만,마음의 형이상학을 통해 온전히 해명되었다고 보지 않는다. 근대 학문의 이상과 방법은 자연과학이다. 근대 심리학 역시 자연과학의 방법론을 모방한 마음의 과학이다. 경험 심리학은 마음을 마치 심리 물리적 실재,사실로 보고,그것을 관찰하고 실험하는 실증적인 학문이다. 후설은 경험 심리학이 심적인 삶의 고유한 지평을 설명할 개념과 분석을 결여하고 있다고 본다. 근대 철학은 인간의 인식 능력을 문제 삼는 인식론이다. 인식론은 인식의 주체인 자아, 의식을 문제 삼기 때문에 또 다른 마음의 학문이다. 하지만 근대 철학의 자아 이론(자아 실체론과 현상론)은 근대 과학의 심리학주의적 경향을 벗어나지 못한 마음의 과학의 아류이다. 후설의 선험적 현상학은 마음의 과학을 비판하며 철저하게 극복하려는 마음의 철학이다. 이를 위한 예비단계는 순수 심적인 것의 본질을 묻는 순수 심리학이다. 순수 심리학은 심적인 것을 마음의 지향성으로 확인하고,지향적인 의식 현상을 분석하는 심리학,즉 현상학적 심리학이다. 현상학적 심리학은 선험적 환원을 통해 선험적 현상학으로 이행한다. 선험적 현상학은 의미 구성된 세계에서 구성하는 주체로 시선을 돌려,의미를 부여하는 주체,즉 선험적 자아를 해명한다. 선험적 현상학은 인간의 인간성을 해명하는 철학의 한 가능성을 보여준다. This thesis aimed to evaluate the traditional psychology from Husserl’s point of view and to examine transcendental phenomenology, which was suggested as the alternative of traditional psychology, and phenomenological psychology, which was considered as the preliminary phase that would lead to transcendental phenomenology. On the basis of the study results, the meaning of transcendental phenomenology could be evaluated in the aspect of the history of philosophy that tried to thoroughly overcome psychology. The metaphysics of the mind is psychology, which is the metaphysics of the soul. The essence of a human being is the soul and its function is to rationalize thoughts, which become the subject of psychology. Husserl thought about the thinking soul of the ancient Greeks, and the discovery of reasoning as the concept of purpose according to the Europeans' definition of humanity. However, he believed that they were not fully explained through the metaphysics of the mind. The ideals and the methods of modern studies are those of natural science. Modern psychology is also the science of the mind that emulates the methodology of natural science. Empirical psychology is the practical science that considers the mind as the psychological and physical existence of facts, and observes and experiments upon it. Husserl thought that empirical psychology lacked the concept and analysis that may explain the unique prospects of psychological life. Modern philosophy is the epistemology that deals with the cognitive ability of human beings. Epistemology is also the study of the mind, since it deals with the ego that is the main agent of cognition and consciousness. However, the ego theory (self-centered substantialism and phenomenalism) in modern philosophy is just a sub-study of the science of mind that may not escape from the psychological trend of modern science. The transcendental phenomenology of Husserl is the philosophy of mind that criticizes and overcomes the science of mind. Its preliminary phase is the pure psychology that inquires about the essence of purely psychological things. Pure psychology is the phenomenological psychology that identifies psychological things through the intentionality of mind and analyzes those intentional conscious phenomena. Phenomenological psychology is retroactively connected to the transcendental phenomenology through transcendental reduction. Transcendental phenomenology explains that transcendental ego is its main factor, thereby shifting the interest to the main factors that provide a comprehensive definition. Transcendental phenomenology presents the possibility that the essence of humanity may be explained in philosophy.

흄의 현상론(Phenomenalism)에 대한 후설의 비판

이 논문은 근대 인식론의 극단적 형태인 흄의 현상론과 그것을 비판하는 후설의 현상학을 그 사유 체계의 구조적 측면에서 비교하는 것이다. 흄의 현상론은 경험과 관찰에 근거한 실증주의적인 인간학의 당연한 결과이다. 후설은 실증주의를 비판하며, 엄밀한 학으로서의 철학을 추구한다. 후설은 판단중지를 통해, 실증주의의 권한 밖에 놓인 주제 영역, 즉 선험적 주관성의 영역을 확보한다. 흄은 자신의 지각 이론에 근거하여, 세계를 관념의 다발로 이해하고, 실재를 현상(appearance)으로 환원한다. 후설은 세계를 주관적인 심리적 현상으로 환원하는 심리학주의를 비판한다. 세계는 우리에게 미리 주어져 있는 의미 현상(Phenomena)이며, 이 현상의 근거를 되물어감으로써, 그 지향적 현상의 선험적 토대로 나아간다. 흄은 실체로서의 자아 개념을 비판하며, 자아를 계기적으로 나타났다 사라지는 지각의 다발로 이해한다. 흄은 자아를 단순한 심리적 현상으로 환원한다. 후설은 세계와 의식의 보편적인 상관관계를 나타내는 지향성을 해명하며, 그 토대로서 선험적 자아를 해명한다. 현상학은 심리학이 아니다. This paper compares the modern epistemology's extreme form of Hume's phenomenalism, and Husserl's phenomenology that criticizes it in terms of the system's structural aspects. Hume's phenomenalism is the natural result of positivistic science of man based on experience and observation. Husserl criticizes positivism, and pursues philosophy as a strict science. Husserls' epoche description secures the theme area outside positivism's authority, that is, the area of transcendental subjectivity. Hume, based on his theory of perception, understands the world as a bundle of ideas, and returns reality to appearance. Husserl criticizes psychologism which returns the world to the subjective psychological phenomenon. The world is the phenomena of meaning already given to us, and in return questions the grounds of these phenomena; it moves towards the directive phenomenon's transcendental foundations. Hume criticizes the concept of self as reality, and understands self as a bundle of perceptions that appears and disappears successively. Hume returns self to its simple psychological phenomenon. Husserl clarifies the intentionality that expresses the universal relationship between the world and the mind, and also clarifies the transcendental self as its foundation. Phenomenology is not psychology.

노르딕워킹과 일반워킹의 운동강도 비교

This study was conducted to investigate exercise intensity between nordic walking and non-nordic walking. On two occasions, five healthy college male students walked respectively for 5 min at 3.0 mile/hr, 3.5 mile/hr, 4.0 mile/hr of nordic walking and non-nordic walking at seven days intervals. Heart rate(HR), VO2 and RPE were measured at the steady state of each walking speed. HR and VO2 of nordic walking were significantly higher than non-nordic walking(p<.05), but RPE was no difference at 3.0 mile/hr, 4.0 mile/hr in two groups. These results indicated that nordic walking could maintain more energy expenditure than non-nordic walking during exercise, so nordic walking would be effective to obese people.

MiniBeacon을 이용한 출결관리 어플리케이션

본 논문에서는 비콘과 스마트폰의 블루투스 통신, 스마트폰과 데이터베이스 서버 사이의 통신을 이용한 출결관리 시스템에 대해 제안한다. 기존의 단순 어플리케이션을 이용한 출결관리는 대리 출석이 가능하고, 수업도중 나가는 수강생들의 파악이 번거롭다는 단점이 있다. 게다가 수강생이 많은 경우, 출석을 부르는 시간에 강의시간을 할애해야하기 때문에, 시간적인 측면에서 비효율적이다. 비콘을 이용하여 일정 시간마다 스마트폰과의 통신을 이용한다면 이러한 단점을 없앨 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 백그라운드 서비스를 이용해 비콘 영역 내 스마트폰의 무음모드 전환으로 강의에 대한 집중도를 향상시킬 수 있다. This paper, bluetooth communication between smartphone and beacon using beacon and communication with smartphone and database server are explained. Conventional simple attendance management applications are available for surrogate attendance, after attand, there is a disadvantage in that it is for the students to get out during class. Besides it is difficult for the number of them grasp. In addition, many students are listening the class, often because attandance time is used class time, it is inefficient in terms of time. Therefore, In addition to being able to eliminate these disadvantages by using communication with the smartphone every certain time using beacon, The background service can be used to improve the concentration of the lecture by switching the silent mode of the smartphone in the beacon area.

Organic Nanotube Induced by Photocorrosion of CdS Nanorod

PMMA-coated CdS nanorod was prepared by encapsulation of CdS nanorod through the polymerization process of PMMA on the surface of CdS nanorod. PMMA organic nanotube was then obtained from the elimination of the CdS nanorod by the photocorrosion. For the photocorrosion reaction of the CdS nanorod, monochromatic light was irradiated to the oxygen-saturated aqueous methyl viologen solution with PMMAcoated CdS nanorod. Photocorrosion reactions of PMMA-coated CdS nanorod were investigated and characterized by utilizing UV-Vis absorption, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopic (SEM) and transmission electron microscopic (TEM) images.
