This is a study on the national leisure project in the period of the Fifth Republic. A state had life itself as the subject of ‘government’ with having expanded an interest in nation"s life sphere. The state"s ‘governmentality’, which intervenes in nation"s life, reached the expansion of leisure, which is time except nation"s labor, into organization. The purpose of this study was to grasp the professional baseball, which was launched in this period, from the context of the state"s interest in leisure, with seeing that the Fifth Republic considered leisure in the sphere of state policy. What examines relationship between a country and professional baseball implies to examine the character of the state project, which is indicated in professional baseball, the nation"s operation behavior, or the state"s strategy for intervening in life. This study focused on clarifying the state"s role, which was revealed in the process of the launch and in the professional baseball. And, the attempt was made for defining professional baseball as ‘national leisure’ in a sense of leisure that the state provided targeting nation. The Fifth Republic launched professional baseball as part of the national leisure project and positively intervened so that the professional baseball can be settled in nation"s leisure life. Professional baseball, which was provided by a country, was opened daily and has proceeded with being settled quickly as people"s daily culture. In other words, the professional baseball, which was launched in the Fifth Republic, is the attempt that the state aimed to positively organize national leisure. This is the period and a case that needs to be examined significantly in examining a change of stateness.

In this paper, TiO₂ nanotube is prepared and the preparation is influenced by electrochemical etching rate and chemical dissolution rate. Especially, the chemical dissolution rate is lowered as the length TiO₂ nanotube increases. Titanium foil were anodized at various bias or current such as 20V, 55V and 0.1A (bath temperature 25?C) in organic electrolytes (ethylene glycol, glycerol) and then annealed at 450?C and 650?C to obtain the crystallized tubular TiO₂ on the Ti foil. Higher efficiency (89.1%) for the Cr(VI) reduction was obtained with the prepared sample compared to that (20.9%) with the sample in 0.5% HF electrolyte earlier studied.

The present works were performed that titanium foil was anodized in various dilution ratios of seawater and distilled water with 10V external voltage applied, then annealed at 450?C to obtain TiO₂ on the Ti substrate. The prepared samples were characterized by instruments (XRD, SEM, and photocurrent) and used to investigate rate of hydrogen production in photoelectrochemical cell as well as Cr(VI) reduction. As the results of experiments, the anodized TiO₂ in seawater electrolytes, which are ranged from 15 to 50 times dilution of seawater, was showed a relatively higher hydrogen production (ca. 97~110 umol/hr-cm²) and Cr(VI) reduction (ca. 95% reduction).

이 연구는 후쿠시마 원전 사고 이전과 이후를 비교해 우리나라 원전 보도의 일반적 특성과 보도 프레임 차이를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 중앙 일간신문과 원전 소재 지역 일간신문을 선정해 이들 신문이 게재한 원전 관련 기사에 대한 내용 분석을 실시했다. 연구 결과, 후쿠시마 원전 사고 이후 우리나라 원전에 대한 보도는 크게 늘어난 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이전에 주로 경제적 측면이 강조됐던 우리나라 원전 보도는 후쿠시마 원전 사고 이후 사회적 차원이 강조되기 시작했다. 그리고 우리나라 원전 보도 기사가 주요 기사로 다뤄지는 계기가 됐다. 한편 후쿠시마 원전 사고 이후 우리나라 원전 보도의 프레임 역시 크게 변화했다. 당연하게도 환경 안전 프레임이 크게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 후쿠시마 원전사고를 계기로 우리나라 원전의 안정성과 관련된 보도가 대폭 늘어났기 때문으로 보인다. 특히 원전 소재 지역의 일간신문에서 환경 안전 프레임은 후쿠시마 원전 사고 이전에도 다른 프레임과 비교해 가장 많은 29.3%였는데, 그 이후에는 77.6%로까지 증가한 것으로 확인됐다. The aim of this study is to see the change of the general characteristics and frame of nuclear power plant news in Korea from comparing the before Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan on March 11, 2011 with the after. To this aim, the national daily newspapers and the local daily newspapers in Busan located nuclear power plants were selected, and the content analysis of the newspaper stories about nuclear power plants was done. In research results, the stories about nuclear power plants in Korean newspapers increased greatly after Fukushima nuclear accident. Before the accident the nuclear power plant stories about economy held a large majority, while after the accident the stories about society held. Fukushima nuclear accident served as the momentum that the nuclear power plant stories in Korea became main news. Meanwhile, the frame of nuclear power plant stories in Korean newspapers changed greatly after the accident. Justly the environmental security frame increased greatly, because of increasing greatly the stories about security of nuclear power plants with Fukushima nuclear accident. Particularly in the local daily newspapers in Busan before the accident the environmental security frame was 29.3% of stories about nuclear power plants, and after the accident the frame was 77.6%.

교차성 신전위는 두 개의 신장이 정중선의 같은 편에 나란히 위치하는 선천성 신장병이다. 대개 기형은 오른쪽에 있고 융합되어 있는 경우가 융합되지 않는 경우의 8배에 달한다. 교차성 신전위는 흔한 질환은 아니지만, 영아에서 복부에 낭성 종물이 만져지고 반대편에 신장이 없는 경우에는 고려해 보아야 한다. 다낭 형성 이상을 동반한 융합된 교차성 신전위는 대부분 초음파로 진단되므로 진단을 위해 더 이상의 검사가 필요하지 않은 경우가 많다. 그러나 방사선 동위원소를 이용한 신주사로 교차성 신전위의 기능여부를 파악해야 하고, 배설성 방광요로조영술로 방광요관 역류나 신우요관이행부의 협착이 있는지 확인해야 한다. 다낭 형성 이상을 동반한 융합된 교차성 신전위에 대한 연구는 거의 없는 실정으로 저자들은 발열, 복통을 주소로 내원한 3세 남아에서 초음파를 시행하여 다낭 형성 이상을 동반한 융합된 교차성 신전위 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Crossed renal ectopia is a congenital malformation in which both kidneys lie on the same side of the spine, usually side by side longitudinally. More often on the right side. Fusion of the two renal units is eight times more common than nonfusion. Although crossed renal ectopia is uncommon, this unusual entity must be considered in an infant when cystic mass in the abdomen or pelvis paticularly if no kidney can be found on the opposite side. In many cases of crossed fused ectopia with multicystic dysplastic kidney(MCDK), the diagnosis can be strongly suspected from the sonogram, and no other studies may be necessary. However, both intravenous urography and isotope renography is useful to assess the function of the crossed kidney. Crossed renal ectopia and MCDKs are associated with a greater incidence of ureteropelvic junction obstruction and reflux. So, screening voiding cystourethrography should be performed. Very few studies of MCDK in the setting of crossed fused ectopia have been reported. We have experienced a 3-year-old boy with crossed fused renal ectopia with multicystic dysplasia.
