ATM 및 기가비트 이더넷 방식에 의한 학내망 개선방안

In This paper analyzed exactly the characteristics of various types of traffics for improvement of campus LAN networks. Current campus backbone networks is composed of FDDI networks. Recently traffic is increasingly increment by use of superspeed internet technology and exchange information by users. There can be two approaches for constructing next generation backbone, one approach is through the by ATM and the other is through the gigabit ethernet. Even though the approach by gigabit ethernet has clear advantage because of the interoprability with the existing ethernet and easiness for new technology development, it is not adequate for supporting of real time multimedia services with high QoS.. On the other hand, the approach by ATM is the best solution considering technology trend which ATM is expected to combine all services. In aspect of QoS end-to-end transmission delay is analyzed through simulation. As a result, gigabit ethernet is good performance for non-real time traffic and ATM is excellent characteristic for real time traffic. this paper, we report new algorithms to select scan flip-flops for the no holding partial scan test method. The no holding partial scan test method is identical to the full scan test method except that some flip-flops are left unscanned. This test method does not hold scanned or unscanned flip-flops while shifting in test vectors, or applying them, or shifting out test results. The proposed algorithm allows a large number of flip-flops to be left unscanned while maintaining almost the complete full scan fault coverage.
탄소강과 스텐레스강 용접재의 기계적 성질에 미치는 용접후 열처리 효과

In the aspects of economical design, it is very important to weld carbon steel and stainless steel for many industrial plants. But because of many differences between these two materials, it is very difficult to select not only proper welding conditions but also optimized conditions of post heat treatment for improvement of mechanical properties of welds. In this study, to find those conditions, submerged are welding were performed and three conditions of post weld heat treatment (PHHT) were adopted, i.e. at 650℃, 1,000℃, for 1.5 hrs respectively and then measured the variation of mechanical properties of welds The results obtained are as follows: 1. Weldability of carbon steel and stainless is good, because there are no fractures and cracks at the weld deposit and the interfaces between weld deposits and base metals under the tensile stress. 2. Tensile strength of the welds heat treated at 850℃ is higher than those of others. 3. The impact energy of HAZ of carbon steel shows highest value when heat treated at 850℃, whereas weld deposit metal and HAZ of stainless steel show the highest impact values when heat treated at 1000℃ and as welded, respectively.

Weld bonding can be applied as a combined method of spot welding and adhesive to have more advantages than those. Weld bonding has many merits that enlarge the fatigue stnength of spot Welding and also improve the creep of adhesive. But it has not been proved well in the various environmental conditions. In this study, weld bonding test for fatigue properties and tensile strength is presented under such various coditions as temperatures, humidity, and etc.
선삭에서 절삭조건에 따라 설치각이 절삭저항에 미치는 영향

This study provides the useful actual data instead of the experience data using in industrial fields. Expecially, values of each components of cutting force are effective in the rake angle, setting angle and cutting area. many researches have been made on the work piece materials, kinds of bite materials, rake angle, nose radius and depth of cut, but a few on the bite setting angle. In order to select optimal cutting speed, it was summarized the following results are achieved ; A chieved that an affect of cutting resistance on the setting angle is a little under giving experimental conditions and therefore a worker can be choose the value of it randomly.
이종금속 용접재의 열 사이클에 따른 피로파괴 거동에 관한 연구

It is very difficult to find not only optimized welding condition but also fatigue characteristics of the dissimilar weld. In this study, Low carbon steel(SS41) and austenitic stainless steel(STS304) were welded by GTAW welding with STS309 stainless wire rod and Single Edge Notch specimens were used for the examination of fatigue behavior on welding heat cycle. The fatigue crack growth rate in HAZ of SS41 was the highest. The second was in STS 304 bond line and the lowest was in HAS of STS304.
