        The golf industry is being prospected as a promising leisure sports industry of 21th centry, thinking the rapidly increasing golf population in Korea. But there are many hampering elements in development of golf industry because of the negative recognition and various restriction of the golf. To analyze these problems, this study has the objects. First, to analyze the present condition of Korea golf industry, Second, to choose the subjects hampering the development of the golf industry and to present the developing direction of the golf industry. the conclusion of this study object is ad following 1.The present condition of Korean golf industry 1)The domestic golf filed of November 2001, is 154 places ( membership: 112, public course: 42 ) witch is only 0.24% of the whole Korean population, and it is not enough. These golf fields are too concentrated in Kyungkido, Kangwondo and Jejudo. 2)The golf people who have been the golf field in 2,000 is 12,050,000 people, it is expected to be 22,900,000 people in 2010. The korean golf tourists to abroad is increasing every year but the foreign golf tourist to korea is not increasing. 3)The trade valance of golf goods is recorded as red lettered, golf club and golf parts are the main deficit elements, but golf ball is recorded as black. 2.A task in development of Korean golf industry. 1)The problem of a negative thought to golf. Because too much money is spent playing golf ordinary person thinks the golf as a luxury sports. This problem should be solved by reducing the cost through the various tax relief, by enlarging a ratio of the public course, by controling the negative speaking or report to golf from mass madia. 2)Unreasonable tax system. The taxes related to the golf, at the time of building, opening and using of the golf field and at the time of making and purchasing of the golf goods, are too high charged and it cause many problems. 3)Too difficult permission system. The beforehand process of the golf business, that is the making of business planning, operating course, starting work, is too complicated and take long time of one year. It should be simplified. 4)The problem of the destruction and pollution of environment. The golf field is built harmonizing with beautiful scene establishment and pleasant environment. Thus the problem of environment destruction at the time of building the golf field is not thought to be persuasive. The problem of distribution of agriculture medicine is much more prohibited comparing to the other establishments, we can minimize its harm by the through supervision.

      • 대학경쟁력 제고를 위한 적정교육원가 산출에 관한 연구 - 삼척대학교를 중심으로 -

        Full cost of school in a university is measured in this paper to provide an informational base for tuition discrimination policy among schools. Lectures of each school are understood as its products, and students as its clients. Full cost per client is more relevant for purpose than full cost per lectures, since the latter cannot be accepted as a final measure of educational efficiency. The first step is to trace the direct education cost or lecture cost to each school with the inter-school lecture fully accounted. The next step is to distribute indirect education cost to each school. Contribution of schools to the university fund from their external research revenue is regarded as the repayment of a part of the indirect cost which they owe to the university, and thus is subtracted from the school education cost. In the conclusion, it is recommended to discriminate the school tuition on the basis of the direct lecture cost added to a few indirect cost items. By result of educational cost analysis, It may be reasonable that the rise rate of the average tuition in the Samchok National University is decided in level 9.09% in 2001.

      • 三陟炭田 北部의 地質

        The Jeungsan-Sabuk area(northern part of Samchok Coalfield) in the area of northern limb of Baekunsan syncline, comprises Precambrian schist complex, Cambro-Ordovician Formation(Chosun Supergroup), Carbo-Permian Formation(Pyongyang Supergroup) and Cretacious intrusive rocks. Chosun Supergroup is divided into nine formations, that is, Jangsan quartizite formation, Myobong formation, Pungchon limestone formation, Hwajeol formation, Dongjeom quartizite formation, Dumugol formation, Maggol limestone formation, Jigunsan shale formation and Duwibong limestone formation in ascending order. Pyongyang Supergroup is subdivided into five formations, namely, Manhang formation, Geumcheon formation, Jangseong formation, Hambaeksan formation and Dosagok formation from older to younger. Deposition of the Chosun Supergroup, begininng with Jangsan quartizite formation, started on the steadily subsiding stable shelf. This continued subsidence of the shelf was accompanied by some intermittent oscillation. The sedimentary basin turned into a miogeosyncline, gradually depositing th Myobong formation, Pungchon limestone formation and the peculiar limestone of thythmic pattern(Hwajeol formation), in ascending order. On the other hand, the land part was lowered to a peneplain with the subsidence of sea floor. At the beggining of Ordovician, the carbonate deposition was temporarily brought to a halt by the emerged Dongjeom sea floor where fine sands were deposited to form Dongjeom quartizite formation. The Dongjeom foor, again, became a miogeosynclinal environment which persisted until the end of middle Ordovician. Paleozoic rocks in the area are affected by E-W and NE-SE trending folding, and then followed by N-S trending faulting and thrusting. Precambrian basement crops out at the hinge zone of the Mureungdam anticline. E-W trending Baekunsan and Mureungdam folds are affected by later NE-SW trending folds. N-S trending faults are characterised by dextral sense of strike slip fault and drag folds are developed along the eastern part of the faults. Geological structures related with thrust movements are hinterland dipping duplex along the contact boundaty between the Myobong and Pungchon Formation, antiformal stacks in the eastern part of the Mureung and Pungchon formations, antiformal stacks in the eastern part of the Mureung fault and back thrusts.

      • Solvent Extraction for the Mixture of Alkali Metal and Alkaline Earth Cations

        Three ionizable polyether compounds were utilized in the solvent extraction for the mixture of alkali metal and alkaline earth cations to more nealy simulate real systems. Monoionizable crown ether carboxylic acids of sym-Decyldibenzo-16-crown-5-oxyacetic Acid 1, Di-tertbutyldibenzo-16-crown-5-oxyacetic Acid 2, and 2-[sym-Dibenzo-16-crown-5-oxy]pentanoic Acid 3 exhibited extraction of predominantly alkali metal cations, mostly alkaline earth cations, and mixture of the alkali metal and alkaline earth cations, respectively.

        The current study of commoner's house was exposed to the limiation because of inter preting the whole to the subject of the only special building at a specific region and selecting the representative value from random sample without common factor. I consider extracting the results from the same cultural area or the same zone of life as soluting method to the fundamental problem in the history of Korean commoner's house.

      • 용접잔류응력 측정기술에 있어서 초음파 방법에 관한 연구

        Welding residual stress was measured by ultrasonic birefringence technique. Acoustoelastic constant was taken by averaging the values in the literature. The initial birefringence from prefered orientation of grains was measured. The EMAT transducers were used to remove couplant effect. The results show that the distribution and magnitude of welding residual stress from ultrasonic measurement are in good agreements with those from semi destructive hole drilling measurement.

        In recent times, the use of multi-family house has been expanded due to the rapid urbanization and congestion of populationin city. Indoor air qulity in multi-family houses was investigated by measuring pollutants such as temperature, humidity, cabon dioxide gas, dust concentration. In this study, the measurements of indoor air environment were performed in multi-family house to investigate indoor air environment and the relation of air contaminative and response level.

      • FEM과 ADS를 이용한 최적설계에 관한 연구

        This study is an investigation for the ADS optimum design by using FEM. We write out program which express ADS perfectly and reduce the required time for correcting of model to the minimum in solution and manufacture result. We complete algorithm which can plan optimum forming of model by feedback error information in CAE. For that, we draw up ADS program which modeling rachet wheel by using visual LISP and telegraph to ANSYS, structural solution program, we can solve stress solution. Then we correct model by feedback date obtaining in solution process, repeat course following stress solution again and do modeling rachet wheel for optimum forming. That is our aim. As a result of experience, we can develope automatic design program using Visual LISP and exhibit ADS as modeling third dimension CAD for optimum design. Also, we develop optimum design algorithm using ADS and FEM. In rachet wheel, greatest equivalence stress originates in key groove corner and KS standard is proved the design for security.

      • RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링 방법으로 제작한 Ge-rich 실리콘 산화 박막(GRSO)의 2단계 급속열처리(RTA)후의 광학적 특성 연구

        Visible photoluminescence (PL) properties of the germanium-rich silicon oxide (GRSO) films were investigated. The GRSO films were prepared by rf magnetron co-sputtering with SiO_2 target and Ge slices. And these samples were one-step and two-step annealed at high temperatures. An intense photoluminescence (PL) in the blue-violet region around 540nm (2.3eV) was observed from these samples consisting of Ge nanocrystals (nc-Ge), GeO, GeO_2 embedded in a silicon oxide (SiO_2) matrix. The PL properties of GRSO films were compared with those of silicon rich silicon oxide (SRSO) films. XRD and XPS measurements strongly suggests the existence of Ge nanocrystal, GeO and GeO_2 in the SiO_2 matrices. And, it was found that the blue-violet PL intensity from GRSO layers reaches a maximum value after rapid thermal annealing (RTA) at 1100℃ for 10 min, and is more intense than the PL emission from SRSO films. PL intensity increases as the increases of annealing temperatures up to 1100℃, and it is believed that the RTA processes leads to the formation of Ge nanocrystals, GeO and GeO_2. FTIR spectra of GRSO films annealed at 1100℃ shows Ge-O-Ge bond. The possible mechanism of visible PL of GRSO films are discussed with these results.
