농업생산경관평가를 위한 심리적 특성 분석

종래 농촌개발전략은 농업 및 농민에게 중점을 두고 도시의 편리성을 지향하는 정책이었다. 그러나 농업에 의한 농촌발전의 한계성이 드러나고 도시를 지향하는 농촌의 정주정책은 농촌경관의 획일화를 초래함에 따라 농촌다움이 상실되는 문제점을야기하여 왔다. 이로인해, 농촌다움의 상실은 농촌 자체 매력의 상실을 가져왔으며, 이는 소비자인 도시민으로부터 외면당하는결과를 초래하였다. 이에 따라 농업과 농촌이 가지고 있는 잠재적인 기능과 다면적인 기능에 대한 재평가가 이루어지고있으며 이의 활용을 통한 농촌의 활성화를 모색하는 대안이 제기되고 있다.따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 농촌경관 자원으로서 그 중요성이 커지고 있으며, 활용가능한 자원으로 인식되고 있는 농업생산경관의심리적 특성을 분석함으로써 농촌계획에 있어 활용가능한 심리적 인자를 제시하고자 하며, 이후의 농촌계획 및 경관영향평가에 실질적으로 적용할 수 있는 평가기준을 마련하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to find psychological characteristics and to suggest suitable psychological characteristics of agricultural landscape planning and assessment. The rural amenity resources in the landscape plan is being recognized as a valuable agricultural production space for the efficient management of landscapes and landscape elements to identify the visual impact of landscape elements and the psychological characteristics from the perspective of the evaluation attention. and, on this basis the formation of future rural amenity landscape planning topics as role and the role of agricultural production space is required for agricultural production planning officer for the purpose of basic materials are provided. To find psychological characteristics of a agricultural production space should be based on harmony with surrounding landscape and human needs.

고령화에 따른 실버타운의 색채 현황 연구

급격한 고령화 사회로의 진입과 노년층들의 욕구 향상으로 인해 단순히 생활의 유지를 위해서가 아니라 삶의 질에 대한 주생활의 욕구가 점점 높아지면서 저소득층을 위한 노인보호시설이라는 좁은 의미의 개념에서 탈피하여 유료노인 복지 시설 및 노인 주택에 관한 관심이 고조되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라, 노인이 주 사용자 그룹이 되고 있는환경이 노년기의 신체적, 심리적 변화를 고려하여 기능적이고 정서적으로 쾌적한 생활공간으로 제공 될 수 있는 장으로서역할을 할 수 있도록 노인 시설의 색채계획이 이루어져야 할 것이다.이에 본 연구는 이러한 이론적 내용을 바탕으로 우리나라에서 운영되어지고 있는 유료 노인복지 주택인 실버타운3개소를 대상으로 하여 현재 실내 공간에 사용되어지고 있는 색채의 현황을 조사·분석하고 특성을 파악하였다. 이러한과정을 통해 도출된 결과가 노년층을 대상으로 한 실내공간의 색채 활용에 대한 기초적 자료를 제공함에 이 연구의목적을 두고 있다. 연구 결과 공용공간의 경우 Yellow Red(8), Yellow(5) 계열의 Light Grayish, Light, Dull톤에 해당하는 색상이 높은 분포도를 보이고 있었다. 현황조사 결과 노인선호시설의 경우 그들의 안정성 확보 및 정서적 만족을 줄수 있는 색채 사용률은 낮은 것을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of the current color design in public interior spaces, which centers on three typical Silver-towns in Korea. With the increase of the aging population, people acknowledged the importance of needs of the elderly. To meet their needs, people should not only support their material life, but also improve the quality of their life. Nowadays our society pays attention to nursing home and silver-town. Thus, the living environment for elderly, such as color scheme, can make the effects of physical and mental health. The results of this survey effectively instruct the color design of the interior environment for elderly, which is the research foundation. As a result, that showing the distribution of the colors high about Yellow Red (8), Yellow (5) in the series Light Grayish, Light, Dull tones. It means the elderly preferred amenities could be lower that to satisfy their emotional stability and color that can see that the utilization could be lower.

예술의 구조를 응용한 외부공간 설계기법에 관한 고찰 - 회화를 중심으로 -

환경에 대한 관심이 높아지고 이에 대한 환경적 해결방안의 필요성이 제시되면서 도시녹지의 양적 확대를 목표로 한 도시공원의 조성, 도시 내 녹지네트워크 형성 등의 방안이 제기되었으며, 이를 통하여 도시 곳곳에 조성된 도시공원들은 시민들의 여가생활에 전환점을 갖게 한 동시에 휴양에 많은 도움을 주었다. 그러나 녹지공간의 양적 확대를 우선시한 결과 우리도시는 전통적 가치관 및 조형의식을 담지 못한채 외국의 유행에 따른 디자인의 답습 및 정부 정책 중심의 획일적인 디자인 등에 의해 계획되었다. 결과적으로 도시민들에게 공원은 그저 이름 없는 ‘휴식공간’ 그 자체일 뿐이고, 도시공원의 입지에 따른 장소적 특징들로 이루어진 디자인, 조경가의 미적인 감각과 이론에 의해서 이루어진 디자인을 통하여 도시공간에 보다 생기를 불어넣을 수 있는 잠재력의 활용은 기능 중심적이고 정책적인 측면에 의해서 외면당해왔던 것이다. 삶에 질을 중요시하는 현대사회에 있어 획일적인 공공 외부공간은 제고되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 설계의 질을 높이기 위한 다른 예술분야와의 연계, 특히 미술회화를 중심으로 조경에 있어서 예술의 무한한 응용가능성에 대하여 고찰해 보고자 한다. 하나의 회화 작품이 가지는 의미와 상징들은 커다란 도시공간 속에서 작은 캔버스로 인식될 수 있는 공원에서도 표현될 수 있으며, 그러한 공원 디자인을 통해 기능위주의 획일적인 구성의 휴게공간이 아닌 개성 있는 공원으로 변화시킬 수 있는 하나의 가능성을 엿볼 수 있을 것이다. 디자인에서 가장 중요하게 요구되는 것은 창의성, 즉 참신함이지만 실제로 생활에서 이용하여야 한다는 실용의 목적(실용성) 때문에 여러 가지 제약조건이 따르기 마련이다. 조경설계를 보다 심도 깊게 연구하기 위해서는 디자인의 기본원리에서부터 치밀한 연구와 실험이 이루어져야할 것이다. Along with change of philosophic thinking, our contemporary society has gradually respected and spotlighted the importance of human being as principal, and conventional awareness about urban environment has been changing owing to higher interest in ‘a livable city' than ever. However, a lot of abandoned space would bring the design concept of cities to shame in the shade when we observe deeply the modern cities. Even though the design quality has been affected by the basic ability and knowledge of designer, the design methodology can improve the ability and quality of design. This study is concentrated on the connection of landscape architecture and other art fields for improving "the design quality". Especially, the unlimited applicable possibility of art is considered for the landscape architecture by focusing on the artistic pictures in this article. The fine art has affected directly and indirectly the landscape architecture activities. The meaning and symbolism for a piece of picture can express a city park as a small canvas in the modern mega-city. The picturesque concept of park design can give the possibility of not functional module but individually creativeness to the rest space of cities. Even though the most important element of design is the creativeness or originality, this element can have the limitation by the practical purpose in the real world. Therefore, the depth of design research can be deepen by the harder work through the basic functions and accurate studies.

의정부시의 도시경관 기초자료 도출을 위한 주민의식 조사

As various values become respected with changing paradigm. Our modern cities are characterized by indetermination ever. Change of life style make people concerned more about city environment. Our contemporary society has gradually respected and sportlighted the importance of human being as principal, and conventional awareness about urban environment has been changing owing to higher interest in 'a life quality in the city' than ever, We have beer preferred an urban environment planning to make city more sustainable and agreeable scape. But nowaday, resident's demands actively reflect on city planning them ever to make satisfaction in city life. This study aims to investigate positive landscape factors and create urban image-map in order to find out instinctive data use on urban environment planning. It can be introduce sustainable and agreeable city scape in Uijung-Bu.

전주시 도시경관의 변화과정에 관한 연구

The object of this research is about how jeon-ju, which is one of the historical cities is changed according to the flow of generation. In this analysis, product and enemy factors will be studied. The inner and urban landscape of the generations of the 1860s, 1930s and modern times will be surveyed and compared in the context to grasp those factors. Analysis will be applied to this modern historical city by theorizing how these factors will effect future development. Today's modern landscape will be compared and analyzed based on the effects and abstractions of the recent landscape immediately preceeding current times. Modern conditions will again be placed in context, by suggesting future potential developments. In the result, first, considering present conditions of the landscape which set the stage for the Japanese invasion, an evaluation will be made on the best course of action for future development of street landscape. Second, the question of preserving the history and culture of this rich and ancient city through network of modern street landscape naturally will be posed. Finally, an analysis of the difference between the old and modern landscape will be evaluated, in preparation for suggestions of future development.

인공지반의 조경적 활용에 관한 국내 연구동향 : 옥상녹화를 중심으로

This study aims at understanding the trend of researches carried out on the subject of rooftop afforestation. The issue of rooftop afforestation is receiving attention as one of the plans to secure green zones in urban area. While the actual execution of rooftop afforestation in Korea in only in the initial state, thus in not activated, studies on this subject have been actively carried out particularly in terms of the methods of rooftop afforestation. Recently, studies are being actively performed on the creation and effect of rooftop afforestation. However, these studies tend to focus on specific areas. This leads to the necessity to approach the issue of rooftop afforestation with a wider perspective. Therefore, in the study, the previous studies on rooftop afforestation carried out both in and outside the country are categorized as the study on the methods, effect and activation plans of rooftop afforestation, thus are examined to understand the recent trend in the study of rooftop afforestation. The results indicate that domestic studies. which was centered on the methods to promote rooftop afforestation. have been expanding into the study on the methods to establish eco-habit at on rooftop as well as on the environmental and economic effect rooftop afforestation.

수목장(樹木葬)의 특성에 관한 고찰

To secure a space for graveyard in a funeral has become one of the new issues in Korea. This caused the problems of graveyard shortage, destruction of national landscape, inroad of territory, and ecological environment. However, In eco-friendly method of funeral, the Woody Plant Funeral is a new form of Funeral to bury the ashes of the deceased under the wood so it participate with eternal life in wood and forest by provision of nature(wood and people return to nature to be born in nature). The purpose of this paper is to explain one of the counterplan which the Woody Plant Funeral solve graveyards problem.

농업생산경관의 심리적 선호요인 분석

Amenity landscapes in rural areas are becoming increasingly important as a resources to vitalize the rural areas. Befitting the times, The objectives of this study were 1) Extracting Landscape Evaluation photos: research preferences of 93 Photos taken from 15 site and analyze the possibility of Classification. select 12 photos for Image survey. 2)Adjectives select: Preliminary investigation into the 45 selected adjectives and adjectives by taking expert group of 21 adjectives were selected. Through reliability analysis, 19 adjective pairs were used to survey and factor analysis of images of landscape photographs. 3)Psychological characteristics of agricultural landscape survey and analysis: Psychological research on landscape photos and factor analysis, the agricultural production landscape to explain the 4 factors were extracted. And, each factor was discussed in relation to agricultural landscape.

복합문화공간의 색채계획 : 수원시 영통구 상업지구를 중심으로

The recognition on leisure living which have been enjoyed by prestige level from popular persons is now widely spreaded in modern capitalism society and change of the leisure living influenced very much to the society and Industry. The 5 day work per week system expanded to the school and contemporary leisure living of the people is recognised as one culture with various contents. This change of leisure living made a recognition on the need for a space for leisure culture contents, which related to a creation of Complex-culture facility to contain various type of multiple leisure culture. The Complex-culture facility is mainly focused on the entertainment space with increased leisure living, which is consist of important element of the Complex-culture facility as performance space, exhibition, sports and shopping space to construct performance hall, theater, exhibition room, sports center, shopping mall, leisure space and plaza. This study, therefore, will Investigate on the function and value of color, and review on the cases of Complex-cultural facility and then choose a space of cultural element lack. It will recompose in Complex-cultural facility.
