        종이/페놀수지가 주성분인 동박적층판(Copper Clad Laminate)의 열분해 특성

        본 논문의 목적은 최근 발생량이 급속히 증가하고 있으나, 적절한 처리방법이 없는 인쇄회로기판의 원자재인 페놀수지 동박적층판(Phenol Copper Clad Laminate, 이하 p-CCL)의 재활용을 위해 열분해 적용 가능성을 조사하는데 있다. 동역학 특성은 열중량분석기(Thermogravimetric Analyzer, 이하 TGA)를 사용하였다. 또한 280, 350, 600℃의 온도에서 생성된 액체와 고체부산물에 대해서는 원소분석, 공업분석, 발열량 등의 일반적인 특성을 분석하였고, 액체부산물은 GC/MS, FT-IR를 이용하여 구성 성분을 분석하였다. TGA 결과에 의하면 p-CCL의 분해는 세 단계에 걸쳐 일어났다. 첫 번째는 280℃ 이하의 저온 분해구간, 280∼350℃의 중온분해구간, 350℃ 이상의 고온 분해구간으로 구분할 수 있다. 저온, 중온에서의 액체부산물의 주요 성분은 수분과 페놀인 반면에 고온에서는 가지가 있는 페놀류와 퓨란류로 나타났다. 반응온도가 높아짐에 따라 휘발성분의 양은 감소하는 반면 고정탄소의 함량은 증가하였다. 고체부산물의 고위 발열량은 7,400∼7,600 kcal/kg으로 연료로서의 활용 가능성이 있다고 여겨진다. 또한 고체부산물의 고정탄소 함량이 높고, 회분 성분 함량이 낮기 때문에 적절한 개질화 과정을 거친다면 흡착제로서도 활용 가능하다고 판단된다. Electronic wastes have increased tremendously. However, any reliable treatment methodologies have rarely been established. Electronic wastes have posed serious disposal problem due to their physico-chemical stability. This paper investigated the application possibility of pyrolysis for the purpose of recycling the p-CCL(phenol based Copper Clad Laminate). Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) was used to investigate the thermal decomposition pattern of p-CCL. We elucidated the characteristics of pyrolysis by-products at operating temperatures of 280, 350 and 600℃. GC/MS and FT-IR were used to characterize the liquid by-products along with general characterization methods such as Ultimate Analysis, Proximate Analysis and Heating Value, whereas general characterization methods were only introduced for the solid by-products. At a heating rate of 5℃/min, TGA curves exhibited three decomposition stages: (1) low-temperature decomposition region(<280℃), (2) medium temperature region(280∼350℃) and (3) high-temperature region(>350℃). The major compounds of liquid by-products at low- and medium-temperatures were accounted for by water and phenol, whereas branched phenols and furans were major compounds at high-temperatures. As the temperature increases, volatile quantities decreased but the fixed carbon increased. High heating values of solid by-products(7,400∼7,600 kcal/kg) would suggest that the solid by-products could be applicable as fuel. In addition, high fixed carbon but low ash content of the solid by-products offered an implication that they are capable of being upgradable for adsorbent after applying appropriate activating process.

        In this study, development procedure of a pilot-scale dual fluidized bed gasifier for biomass will be presented. To get a design parameter and optimum operating conditions of a pilot-scale gasifier, detailed experiments were conducted in a lab-scale bubbling fluidized bed gasifier and a cold flow model. Characteristics of syngas was investigated in a lab-scale gasifier as a function of bed temperature and steam/biomass ratio, and hydrodynamic of a dual fluidized bed was investigated in a cold flow model. A preliminary result of a pilot-scale gasifier will be also presented.

        전자금융 거래 시 생체인증을 전자서명에 활용하기 위한 기술 및 법률에 관한 연구

        요즘 각 스마트폰 제조사에서 플래그쉽(flagship) 스마트폰 모델에 지문, 음성, 홍채인식 기능을 기본적으로 탑재하면서 생체인증을 활용한 인증수단이 활성화 되고 있다. 이러한 생체인증(지문, 음성, 홍채 등)은 패턴이나, 비밀번호와 같이 스마트폰의 잠금 해제 기능뿐만 아니라 금융권을 중심으로 다양한 인증수단으로 확산되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 생체인증을 통해서 전자금융(인터넷뱅킹, 스마트뱅킹 등)거래 시 사용자를 인증하고, 거래 내역에 대한 전자서명을 통한 부인방지 기술에 대해 설명하고, 이러한 생체인증 기술이 금융서비스에 접목되기 위해 필요한 관련 기술적, 법률적인 요구사항을 연구하고자 한다. Today, leading smartphone manufacturers offer biometric technologies such as fingerprints, voice recognition, and iris patterns in their flagship models. These biometric technologies are used for authentication. Biometric authentications are widely used in device security and even in financial transaction. This paper examines cases where a user uses biometric authentication during financial transaction (both online and smartphone banking), and explains biometric for non-repudiation by digital signature. Finally, the paper also explains technical and legal requirements for biometric authentication in the area of financial services.

        스포츠신문이 청소년의 스포츠 가치관에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to provide sociological materials by analyzing the influence of the sporting newspaper on the value of the youth as one of mass media flooded in contemporary society. For this purpose, this study attempted to analyze the relationship between the frequency of adolescents`s exposure to the sporting newspaper(sports page, broadcasting and entertainment page), degree of interest in it and view of sports value(economic, sociable, entertaining, aesthetic, personal and physical value view). Male and female students attending the high school located in Seoul were selected as the subject of this study. The measuring instrument used in this study was the questionnaire. It was the one relating to the view of sports value made by modifying and complementing the items used through the testing of validity in many studies conducted by Ko Jang-ho(1984) and many others as the items relating to the reading of the sporting newspaper and the items relating to the value view of Evarett(1962) to suit this study by Data from the questionnaire research were analyzed using SPSS v.10.0 for Windows. Correlation analysis, T-test and stepwise regression analysis were conducted. As a result, the following findings were obtained. First, it was found that the group of preference for the sports page had the higher value view of sports than that of preference for the broadcasting·entertainment page. That is, the group of preference for the sports page showed the higher sociable, entertaining, aesthetic and personal value view of sports than that of preference for the broadcasting·entertainment page. Second, it was found that for the group of preference for the sports page, the frequency of exposure to and the degree of interest in the sports page in the sporting newspaper had an effect on their value view of sports. That is, it was found that the group of preference for the sports page showed the higher sociable, entertaining, aesthetic and personal value view of sports as they had the higher frequency of exposure to it and that they had the economic value view of sports as they had the higher degree of interest in the sports page. Third, it was found that for the group of preference for the broadcasting·entertainment page in the sports newspaper the frequency of exposure and the level of interest had an effect on the value view of sports. That is, it was found that the group of preference for broadcasting·entertainment page in the sporting newspaper had the higher economic, sociable, entertaining and physical value view of sports as they had the higher level of interest in the sports page. And it was found that they had the higher aesthetic and personal value view of sports as they had the higher frequency of exposure.

        The IEA CFBC(Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion) model is designed to describe the overall performance of a CFB combustor. It consists of various sub-models of fluid dynamics, particle fragmentation and attrition, mass and energy balance, coal heterogeneous and gas homogeneous chemical reactions as well as heat transfer to membrane walls and to tube bundles. This model was originally developed for investigating coal combustion in a CFBC boiler and predicting the gas emission after the combustion. We applied this code to biomass, which has different characteristics from coal, with some modifications such as fuel characteristics and combustor geometry. With these modifications we could obtain the reasonable results of biomass combustion which are comparable to coal combustion.

        3MWth급 순환유동층 바이오매스 가스화기의 운전에서 Equivalence ratio 영향

        유동층가스화기는 경제적으로 기술적으로 입증된 기술로서 가장 상용화에 가까운 가능성을 보여주고 있다. 그러나 한국에서는 설계, 현장문제 해결뿐 아니라 파일럿 규모의 설비 운전 등이 부족하여 상용화에 이르지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 바이오매스의 가스화를 위하여 3 MWth 급 순환유동층(CFB) 반응기를 개발하여 운전하였다. 유동층반응기는 순환유동층 반응기와 기포유동층 반응기로 구성되었으며 타르와 산성가스를 제거하기 위하여 세라믹필터, 급속냉각, 습식스크러버를 사용하였다. 3MWth 급 바이오매스 가스화기의 최적 운전조건을 도출하기 위하여 equivalence ratio에 따른 영향을 조사하였다 Fluidized bed gasification is technically and economically proven technology, which shows the high possibility of realization and commercialization. However, in Korea, development of FBG to the commercial scale for power generation and industry is mainly blocked by the fact that there is no experience of design, troubleshooting and operation of even pilot scale fluidized bed gasifier. In this study, a 3 MWth circulating fluidized bed(CFB) was newly developed for biomass gasification. The fluidized bed was mainly composed of circulating and bubbling fluidized reactors integrating in-situ tar removal step in the system. For cleaning of the tar and acid gas in the product gas, the sequential gas cleaning process comprised of a ceramic filter, rapid quencher and wet scrubber was adopted. Effect of equivalence ratio was investigated to find the optimal operating conditions for the 3 MWth integrated system of fluidized bed gasification.

        In this study, performance analysis of a Dual Fluidezed-Bed(DFB) biomass gasification system was conducted. The target system is composed of a bubbling fluidized be gasifier and a circulating fluidized bed combustor. Appropriate heat and mass balances of the two reactors are important for increasing cold gas efficiency and total efficiency of the system. The capacity of gasifier is 15 ton/day and the highest Cold Gas Efficiency(CGE) is 73.11% at ER=0.2
