The representation of decoration reflects the aesthetic consciousness in the period and the psychological characteristics in a human being. This is a study of considering about which effects the aesthetic characteristics in the Rococo Style of standing for the decorative art, had on modern hair style. Accordingly, it examined a concept of decorative aesthetics and the human behavior according to it, and considered about how these features gave effect to modern hair style, after grasping characteristics of decorative aesthetics in the Rococo Style. As the above results, the aesthetic characteristics in the Rococo Style were indicated to be enjoyable, organic, and exotic representation. The trend, which expressed the enjoyable aesthetics in modern fashion, was indicated to be post-modernism that introduced the excessive decoration & volume and the heterogeneous element. The trend, which emphasized the organic aesthetics, was indicated to be Art Nouveau that showed strong symbolism or expressed dissymmetry by using a flexible line. Also, it was indicated to be ethnic that expressed exotic taste with a compromise between other culture, which emphasized exotic aesthetics, and native culture.

증예(症例) : 메티마졸 복용 중인 그레이브스병 환자에서 무과립구증과 급성 충수돌기염이 병발한 1예

갑상선 기능 항진증 환자 중 그레이브스병이 약 60~80% 를 차지하고 이에 대한 치료는 항갑상선제를 사용한 약물 치료가 선호된다. 항갑상선제는 비교적 안전한 약물이나 가장 치명적인 부작용중의 하나인 무과립구증이 발생할 수 있다고 보고되고 있다. 27세인 남자가 그레이브스병을 진단받고 메티마졸 15mg을 복용 중에 발열을 동반한 인후통을 주소로 을급실 내원하였고 내원시 백혈구 1,550/ul,(절대과립구수 20/ul) 였다. 또한 동반된 우하복부 동통은 이학적 검사와 방사선학적 검사상 급성 충수돌기염에 합당하였다. 급성 충수돌기염에 대해서는 무과립구증 때문에 항생제 사용하면서 경과 관찰하였으나 백혈구의 호전을 보였을 때는 메티마졸 중단에 따라 FT4 가 100(pmol/L)이상 증가되며 갑상선위기(thyroid storm)의 증상을 보여 수술적 치료를 할 수 없었다. 무과립구증 및 항갑상선제 중단 후 악화된 갑상선중독증, 이와 더불어 수술적 치료가 필요한 급성 충수돌기염까지 동반된 환자에서 GM-CSF와 항생제를 포함한 보존적 처치, 그레이브스병에 대해서는 방사옥소치료를 해서 호전 된 드문 증례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Methimazole-induced agranulocytosis is a critical side effect which may cause a life-threatening state in Graves` disease treatment although it is rare and well known as most of endocrinologists are care of that condition. If this serious side effect occurred, G-CSF or GM-CSF use was known to be helpful in restoration of neutropenia and broad spectrum antibiotics and withdrawal of ATD should be performed. 27-year old Graves` disease patient was admitted due to fever and abdominal pain. The patient was diagnosed as agranulocytosis and appendicitis. We report a rare case of methimzole induced agranulocytosis combined acute appendicitis in the course of treatment of Graves` disease, in which withdrawal of ATD cause the thyroid storm and appendectomy was impossible due to operative risk. Graves` disease was treated with radioiodine ablation and appendicitis was managed with antibiotics conservatively without surgery.

웨이블릿 변환과 다중해상도분석을 이용한 고해상도 위성영상에서의 도로망 추출

This paper presents a new method to extract semi-automatically roads from high spatial resolution satellite imagery. This method is based both on wavelet transform and on multiresolution analysis combined in the a` trous algorithm. As an urban road network consists on different classes of streets, multiresolution processing allows to extract the streets class by class. The method was applied to a KVR-1000 image on a part of Busan Metropolitan City. The method was carried out for the road extraction of three different widths and it succeeded in extracting good fitted strips. The accuracy analysis for three types of streets was also performed. The overall accuracy in 4 pixels of width is 80.5%. The result suggests that this method can be used to update road networks in the studied urban network. In summary, the multiresolution approach based on the wavelet transform, used in this study, is regarded as one of effective methods to extract urban road network from high spatial resolution satellite images.
