        This study is to see, by researching related documents, what kind of education programs are accepted for the education of young children in unified Germany, what education system it has, and how much is budgeted for the support of education, considering political power, economic power and social backgrounds in Western and Eastern Germany, both of which maintained two different ideal systems for 45 years. Also, it is not only to examine what historical backgrounds and processes created those education systems and contents and what necessary consequences followed, but also to find out the suggestions it gives to the education of young children in our country which aspires for unification in the future.

      • 상황중심 팀기반 협동학습이 에비유아교사의 학습태도, 교우관계 및 문제해결력에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to know the effect of situation-oriented team-based cooperative learning on learing attitude, keeping company and problem-solving ability of preparatory preschool teachers. The object of this study is 71 students majoring in the preschool education of three-year college. The situation-oriented team-based cooperative learning teaching education was applied to the experimental group of 35 students for 15 weeks. The existing teaching education whas applied to the control group for 15 weeks. ANOVA was performed as a data analysis and statistical verification was performed for all the analyses at a level of .05. The study result shows that the situation-oriented team-based cooperative learning has a positive effect on improvement of learning attitude, keeping company and problem-solving ability of preparatory preschool teachers. This study result has a significant meaning as a basic data of exploration and efforts for new teaching methods of preparatory preschool teachers in the future.

        유치원에서의 노인자원봉사자 활용에 대한 교사의 인식과 요구조사 - D시를 중심으로 -

        This study was conducted for teacher's perception and needs of educational fields in order to activate silver volunteering program in child education institutes, and the purpose of this study is to establish the base of pre-education program for silver volunteers. The subjects of this study are 118 teachers in 40 kindergartens in Daegu which have used silver volunteers for more than a year. The teachers were asked in the questionnaire to inquire into the preception and demand of the use of silver volunteers. The compiled data were analyzed for frequency by menas of SPSS program. The results are as follows. First, teachers thought it necessary to make use of silver volunteers, who teachers think have a positive effect on children. The silver volunteers enable children to have positive attitudes toward the elderly and to make intimate relationships with them. Second, teachers considered it appropriate that silver volunteers participate in traditional plays, etiquette education and guidance of having snacks and meals for 2-4 hours a day, 3 times a week. Third, teachers required the pre-education of silver volunteers to deal with the understanding of children and kindergarten education once a week for 2-3 months based on the educational steps. 본 연구는 유치원에서의 노인자원봉사자의 활용을 좀 더 활성화 시키며, 노인자원봉사자의 사전교육 프로그램의 기초를 마련하고자 진행되었다. 연구대상은 노인자원봉사자를 최소 1년 이상 활용하고 있는 D시 소재의 사립유치원 40곳의 교사 118명으로 노인자원봉사자 활용에 대한 실태와 요구에 대한 경험적 설문을 실시하였다. 조사된 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석을 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 교사들은 유치원에서의 노인자원봉사자 활용은 필요하며 유아에게 긍정적인 영향을 준다고 답하여 노인자원봉사 활용에 긍정적인 인식을 나타내었다. 노인자원봉사자들은 유아에게 노인에 대한 긍정적 인식을 심어주고 친밀한 유대감을 형성할 수 있도록 해준다고 하였다. 둘째, 노인자원봉사자의 활용을 좀 더 활성화 하기위해 교사들은 60세 미만의 노인들이 주3회, 하루 2~4시간씩 전통놀이, 예절교육, 간식 및 식사지도 등에 참여하는 것이 적절하다고 응답하였다. 셋째, 노인자원봉사자에 대한 사전교육은 단계별로 주1회씩 2~3개월 정도, 유아와 유치원에 대한 이해를 다루어 줄 것을 요구하였다.

        조선조 왕실의 생활과 관련한 왕세자 양육에 대한 고찰

        Multicultural and several life style inaugurated in Korea in the 21 century were largely introduced from the western world in the name of scientific methods. More recently, however, a new stream of thought and parallel line of studies has been increasingly winning strength. In view of the fact that it is often difficult to distinguish the new from the traditional both in theory and in practice, it seems timly to study the traditional Crown Prince care methods, which have largely remained uncultivated more systematically. The purpose of this study was to analyze the traditional Crown Prince care methods employed in Korean society more systematically, ultimately aiming at drawing out some suggestions for the improvement of child care methods in modern times.

        영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니들이 생각하는 영아교사의 역할

        The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness of mothers using childcare centers on the roles of infant and toddler teachers. An open-ended survey was conducted to find out the awareness of the selected mothers on the roles of infant and toddler teachers. A qualitative analysis was carried out for data analysis. The pictures and writings were classified to find out similarities, and each of the selected categories was given a title after the data were categorized. As a result, it was found that mothers looked for the roles of infant and toddler teachers as follows: They expected teachers to satisfy infants’ physical and emotional needs, to discipline infants for good humanity and to show a desirable model via speaking and behaving, to provide playing experience of facilitating their development, and to provide information for child rearing. Also, care for infants as well as needs for various types of learning were found to increase gradually. The study contributes greatly to education for infants and toddlers as well as parental education and support programs, through analysis of mothers’ expectations for infant and toddler teachers. 본 연구의 목적은 어린이집에 영아를 보내는 어머니들이 생각하는 영아교사의 역할에 대해 알아보는 것이다. 영아교사의 역할을 알아보기 위하여 개방형 질문지 조사방법을 사용하였으며, 자료 분석은 그림과 글에서 유사한 점을 중심으로 분류하고 제목을 부여하여 자료를 범주화하는 질적 분석방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 어머니들은 영아교사에게 영아들의 기본적인 신체적․정서적 욕구를 충족시켜주기, 기본생활습관을 알려주고 모델 되어주기, 함께 놀며 상호작용하기, 자녀양육에 도움이 되는 정보와 조언을 제공해주기를 기대하고 있었다. 또한, 영아들에게 다양한 학습을 시켜주기를 원하고 있는 것으로 나타나 영아를 위한 돌봄뿐 아니라 교육에 대한 요구도 점차 높아지고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 영아교사의 역할에 대한 어머니들의 생각들을 반영하는 것으로 영아교육에 기여하는 바가 클 것으로 사료되며, 나아가 영아기 부모를 대상으로 하는 부모교육의 내용 및 지원프로그램을 위한 기초가 될 것이라 생각된다.

        사전실습에 참여한 예비유아교사들이 느끼는 혼란과 어려움

        The purpose of the study is to find the confusions and difficulties that pre-service early childhood teachers experienced in the pre-practice and to provide the basic materials of the more effective teacher education related to practice teaching. The participants of this study were 27 juniors of the early childhood education in three year college. And 27 students who participated in the practice wrote reflective journal, and were taken the feedback from peers and the professor once a week for 16 weeks. The collected data were 432 journals written by the participants, and they were analyzed by the qualitative method. The results acquired from this study are as follows. First, pre-service early childhood teachers who participated in the practice experienced confusions resulted from the differences of the theory and practice, and early childhood teachers' role performances. Second, pre-service early childhood teachers experienced difficulties from the way they can interact and approach to the children, the directions of children' problem behaviors, and the methods of making warm relationships with children. 본 연구는 사전실습에 참여한 예비유아교사들이 실습과정에서 느끼는 혼란과 어려움을 이해함으로써 교육실습과 관련한 보다 효율적인 직전교육을 위한 기초자료를 제공할 것으로 기대된다. 연구 참여자는 3년제 유아교육과 2학년 27명으로 16주간 주1회씩 현장참관실습을 경험한 뒤 반성적 저널쓰기를 하였고, 작성한 저널에 대한 피드백도 실시하였다. 연구기간동안 수집된 자료는 연구 참여자들이 작성한 저널 432편이었으며 질적연구방법을 사용하여 내용을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 에비유아교사들은 사전실습에 참여하면서 이론과 현장의 차이, 교사역할 수행에 대한 차이에서 혼란을 느낀 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사전실습 기간 동안 에비유아교사들은 교사의 개입정도와 상호작용의 방법, 유아의 문제 행동지도, 유아와 친해지고 관계 맺기 과정에서 교사로서의 역할수행에 어려움을 느낀 것으로 나타났다.

      • 유치원 교사의 직무만족, 직무스트레스, 이직의도에 관한 연구

        This study is intended to find out what kind of differences exist in the job satisfaction, job stress and intention to leave the job of a kindergarten teacher according to his/her school and occupational career and age and a type of the institution for which he/she works. For that, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the kindergarten teachers in Daegue and Gyeongbuk area, and the collected materials was analyzed by making one way ANOVA and Independent T test using SPSS 12.0 program. As a result of analysis, it was found that there was no great difference in the job satisfaction of a kindergarten teacher a kindergarten teacher according to a background factor, but the overall satisfaction level of the teachers was low. Also, it was found that with regard to the job stress, the stress of the teachers working for private schools was higher than that of the teachers working for national and public schools, and the job stress of most teachers was high. In conclusion, it was revealed that with regard to intention to leave the job, there was almost no difference according to background factors, and the intention of most teachers to leave the job was high. As a result of this study, it was found that the satisfaction of the kindergarten teachers working in Daegu and Gyeongbuk area was low and the stress and intention to leave the job was high, so that systematic management on working time, working environment and compensation, etc. was necessary.
