      • 中·長年의 體格條件과 呼吸循環機能 및 運動能力의 變化에 對한 硏究

        本 硏究論文은 全北地方의 3個都市(全州, 裡里, 群山) 30代, 40代, 50代의 運動群(300名), 非運動群(262名)을 對象으로하여 身體的 條件(身長, 體重, 坐高, 胸圍, 皮下脂肪), 呼吸循環機能(肺活量, 血壓, 脈博), 運動能力(握力, 背筋力, 柔軟性)을 測定하여 ( ○ 運動群과 非運動群과의 身體的 條件 ○ 運動群과 非運動群과의 呼吸循環機能 ○ 運動群과 非運動群과의運動能力 ○ 各 Group에 對한 Rohrer’s index, Obesity rate, Body weight ratio, Chest girth ratio를 分析한 結果) 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1. 30代에서 50代에 이르는 10年 週期의 年齡增加에 따라 身長은 約 5㎝ 減少現象을 나타냈다. 이러한 原因은 脊椎의 彎曲現象과 骨格의 石灰化 現象이나 短小化 現象의 결과라고 볼 수 있다. 2. 運動群이 非運動群에 비해 전반적으로 胸圍가 잘 發達되어 있고 또한 그 差도 30代에 4.0㎝, 40代에 3.4㎝, 50代에 1.9㎝ 크게 나타났다. 3. 皮下脂肪에 있어 30代 運動群과 非運動群과의 差異는 約 7.2㎜, 40代에는 2.5㎜ 運動群이 높게 나타났고, 50代에서는 非運動群이 1.0㎜ 높게 나타났다. 4. 肺活量에 있어 30代의 運動群 및 非運動群 모두 4000c.c.以上으로 높은 肺活量을 나타냈으며, 50代에 이르러서는 約 200c.c. 정도의 減少를 나타냈다. 5. 血壓은 30代 運動群이 非運動群에 비해 最高値에는 0.3㎜Hg 높고, 最低値에서는 4.5㎜Hg 낮게 나타났으며, 50代에서는 非運動群이 運動群에 비해 最高 2.0㎜Hg 높게 나타났다. 6. 脈博은 30代에 있어 運動群과 非運動群이 82.7beats, 83.1beats로 40代, 50代에 비해 3.8∼4.0beats 높게 나타났다. 7. 握力은 30代가 運動群이 45.0㎏, 非運動群 43.7㎏으로 가장 높고 40代, 50代에 내려가면서 현저한 減少現象을 나타냈다. 8. 背筋力은 30代 運動群이 他 Group에 비해 約 42∼72㎏ 높게 나타났으며 40代, 50代에 접어들면서 현저히 減少되고 있다. 9. 柔軟性은 30代에 10.6∼9.9㎝에서 50代에 이르러 5.3∼1.7㎝로 절반이하로 減少되었다. 10. Robrer’s index에서는 30代 運動群, 非運動群이 142.7, 143.3으로 40代 50代보다 낮게 나타난바 身體忠實指數가 높다고 判定되며, 肥滿度 역시 運動群, 非運動群 모두 +10以上의 過多體重으로 나타났다. 11. 比胸圍에서는 全 Group의 運動群 및 非運動群이 中等胸型以上 廣胸型으로 나타났다. This study measured and analyzed physique(Standing height, Body weight, Sitting height, chest girth, Abdomen girth, Abdomen skinfold), function of respiration and circulation (Vital copacity, Blood pressure, Pulse rate), Motor ability (Grip strength, Flexibility), Rohrer’s index, Obesity rate, Body weight ratio and Chest girth ratio, whose objects were 300 sports group and 262 non sports group in thirties, forties and fifties living in Jun-ju, I-ri, Kun-san cicy. The results are as follows ; 1. The standingheight, according to the increase of every ten years, showed a phenomenon of about 5cm decrease and the cause was spinal curvature and lime Calification or Bone reduction phenomenon. 2. The chest girth of sport group were generally more developed than those of non sports group by 4.0cm in thirties, 3.4cm in forties and 1.9cm in fifties. 3. In the cause of Abdomen skinfold, sports group was higher than non sports group by about 7.2mm in thirties, 2.5mm in forties, but the latter,in fifties was higher thanthe former by 1.0mm. 4. In vital capacity, both sports group and non sports group showed a higher one, more than 4000c.c., but they in fifties, did alow one, about 200c.c. 5. In blood pressure, sports group in thirties was higher than non sports group by 0.3mmHg in the maximum and lower by 4.5mmHg in the minimum, but non sports group in fifties was higher than sports group by 2.0mmHg in the maximum and 0.3mmHg in the minimum. 6. In pulse rate, sports group in thirties was 82.7beats and non sports group in thirties 83.1beats, which was higher than both of them in forties and fifties by from 3.8 to 4.0beats. 7. In grip strenght, sports group in thirties was 45.0kg and non sports group in thirties was 43.7kg,which showed the highest point. Both of them in forties and did a remarkable decrease phenomenon. 8. In back strength, sports group in thirties was the highest by about from 42 to 72kg, both of them in forties and fifties showed a remarkable decreased phenomenon. 9. In flexibility, both of them in thirties were from 10.6 to 9.9cm and, in fifties from 5.3 to 1.7cm, which shows lessthan half. 10. In rohrer's index, sports group in thirties was 142.7 and non sports group was 143.3 in thirties, which showed a higher Rohrer's index than that of others group. 11. In obesity, both of them in forties and fifties were more than +10, which showed an excessive weight. 12. In chest girth ratio, all group was midium chest type or great chest type.

      • Biorhythm과 運動競技 成績과의 關係硏究

        여러 Biorhythm 중 우리 人間에게 적용되고 또 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 Physical, Emotional, Intellectual rhythm을 선정하여 이러한 리듬들이 運動 選手들의 競技成積에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 그리고 어떤 Rhythm cycle이 더 많은 영향을 미치는가를 알아보기 위해 Y大學 運動選手 22名의 97게임의 시합날짜 Biorhythm cycle을 추적하여 Biorhythm cycle이 競技成積 結果에 미치는 영향을 分析한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1.단일 리듬의 상태에서만 볼때 PH+**, 47게임(48.5%)으로 가장 높은 비율을 나타내며, EH+**가 42게임(43.3%), IH** 36게임(37.1%)順으로 나타났다. 2.Physical, Emotional, Intellectual rhythm의 3주기 디름 상태에서도 PH**가 43게임(44.3%)으로 가장 높으며, EH**41게임(42.3%), IH** 34게임(35.1%)의 順으로 나타난바 결론 1일 뒷받침 한다. 3.저조기(Low)時에서의 경기 성적결과는 PL** 16게임(16.5%), EL** 11게임(11.3%), IL**10게임(10.3%)의 順으로 나타났다. 4.24가지 리듬의 평가에서는 PH리듬과 EH, IH, EL, IL 리듬; EH리듬과 PH, IH, PL, IL리듬인 상황에서 좋은 경기 성적이 나타난바 비율이 30.6%이며, IH와 PH, EH, PL, IL인 상황에서는 24.5%의 비율을 나타냈다. 5.Physical, Emotional, Intellectual rhythm과 Critical rhythm과 중복시에서도 0.4∼0.7%의 경기 성적 결과를 나타냈다. To know how Biorhythm has an influence on the game record results of the athletes, the Biorhythm cycle of the game(97 games) date of 22 Y University athletes was examined to investigate Physical cycle The followings were obtained as a result of analyzing the game records according to the relations of Physical, Emotional, Intellectual and Critical rhythm. 1.In a single rhythm, PH+**, 47games(48.5%) was highest followed by EH+** 42(43.3%) and IH** 36 (37.1%). 2.In Physical, Emotional, Intellectual rhythm, PH**가 43games (44.3%)was highest followed by EH**41(42.3%) and IH** 34게임(35.1%). 3.In Low time rhythm, the game record results were PL** 16games (16.5%) which was highest, followed by EL** 11(11.3%) and IL**10(10.3%). 4.From the estimation of the two rhythms under the circumstances of (PH, EH, IH, EL and IL and EH, PH, IH, PL and IL, the game record was as good as 30.6% and under IH and PH, EH, PL, EL (24.5%). 5.In the case of the overlapping in Physical, Emotional, Intellectual and Critical rhythm, the game record results was as good as 0.4∼0.7%.

      • 골프대중화를 위한 개선방안 연구

        The purpose of this study was to introduce the improvement method for the general public of golf. In other to in vestigate the improvement method, I was researched three problems. First, sports and golf. Second, factors of interruption on general public of golf. Third, general cognition of golf. The results were as follows : 1. In other to enjoy golf play, golf equipments(golf club, bag, clothes) are high price. 2. Green fee is too expensive therefore, non-membership are not frequently using the country club. 3. There are a few public course in this country.

      • Leisure-sports(Le-ports)活動에 關한 考察

        Leisure-sports(Le-sports)活動과 sports와의 關係를 理論的으로 考察하고 또한 Leisure-sports活動의 範圍 및 活動上의 沮害要因과 問題點等을 現代社會의 産業構造的 側面과 意識構造的 側面을 通하여 檢討한 結果 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1. Leisure와 sports와의 關係는 同一한 次元에서 對立하는 것이 아니라 語源的으로는 같은 의미를 갖고 있을뿐아니라 目標를 設定하는 方法이나 取扱하는 方法에 따라 약간씩 다른 意義를 갖는다. 2. Leisure-sports의 範圍는 모든 sports가 이 範圍에 包含되나 단 人間의 本源的 本能에 根源을 둔 競爭心을 刺戟시키지 않으며 特別한 必要도 없이 단지 즐기는 것을 優先으로 하여 行하는 自然發生的인 놀이 形式의 모든 身體活動이 이 範圍에 包含된다. 3. 지나친 人口增加와 産業構造上의 諸問題와 體育施設 不足으로 因하여 모든 國民들로 하여금 Leisure-sports活動에 많은 障碍要因을 가져왔다. 4. 過去로부터 내려오는 우리 國民들의 崇文 思潮와 勞作賤視 思想으로 體育人口의 底邊擴大는 물론 모든 Leisure-sports活動에 많은 支障을 超來하였다. This study was researched onthe relations of sports and activities of leisure-sports(le-sports), and on the conscious structure side and the morden social one on obstacle factors and problems of the range of Leisure-sports(Le-ports) activites. The results of this study are as follows; 1. The relation of sports and Leisure are not antagonistic but identical in the orgins of terms, differ one another in the methods of treatment and approaching the aim. 2. Leisure-sports include all kinds of sports any physical activities that are played for pleasure without competition and not keeping one's native competitive spirts that take precede of pleasure by all activities of spontaneous play style. 3. The rapid increase of population, the problems industry and the poor facilities, for exercises keep the people don't fully enjoy Leisure-sports. 4. The old Learning-respecting and Labor-disregarding thoughts hinders the increase sports enjoyors and the development of Leisure-sports.

      • 成人 男女의 反應時問에 關한 比較 硏究 : 光과 音에 對한 反應을 中心으로

        1. Introduction. We can suppose that reaction on stimulus is a motivation of our physical activities. Generally speaking, reaction on stimulus takes the courses as follows: stimulus->the eye(the ear)->the central nerve->the spinal column->nerves->the hand(the foot or muscle). And man's reaction speed on stimulus represents different aspects. This difference includes natural factors which are sex, physical condition, structure of body and acquired factors which are experience, environment and occupation. Reaction speed is influenced by heredity and condition of exercise is developed by reaction time. 2. Purpose of study. This study aims at understanding a disparity between salaried men and women, a rate of corelation among the responsive parts comparing the simple and complex reaction time of the men and women with sex, age, reaction and stimulus and stimulus and the responsive parts. 3. Methodology. For this study I used electrie stop watch 1/1000 a second, attached with the simple reaction measuring instrument and the complex reaction measuring instrument. I chose and surveyed 272 men and women (men 194, women 78) engaged in 22 types of occupation by the method of Random sampling. 4. Conclusion. To analyse reaction speed of man and woman, I made inquiry into 272 salaried men and women(men 194, women 78)in Chulla and Chung chong provinces. On investigation the mutual relation shows as follows: 1. Light finger end's reaction time of the men is faster than the women about 0,048 seconds, and motion reaction time is faster about 0,021 seconds. 2. Sound finger tip's reaction time is faster than the women about 0,075 seconds and motion reaction time is faster about 0,035 seconds. 3. Light and sound finger tip's reaction time of the men proceeds slowly on the inerease of age, while, the women are slow in progress sharply after that age of 30 to 40. 4. Light and sound motion reaction time of the men make progress rapidly at the age of 25 to 39, while, after that age of 40, it is slow in progress sharply. But the women are slow in progress g radual ly on the increase of age. 5. In the relationship to Light and sound finger tip's reaction, to motion reaction of the men, sound motion reaction has a close affinity of 0,91 seconds. 6. The relation between light and sound finger tip's reaction and montion reaction has a close relation with each other. It represents 0,87 in the shortest numerical value, 0,97 in the longest numerical value.

      • Bowling 成績變化에 關한 實驗的 硏究

        This study was researched about the contents of Bowling score on Select group( 5 subjects, 75 games) and non-select group( 24 subjects, 360 games ) In order to make this research that given him conditional training method as follow: Select group used to 3.6.9 system and Right foot was on feet 16 piece. Non-Select group used to 3.6.9 system and Left foot was on feet 20 piece. 1. Select group's first score was shown about 1.25 point higher than non-select group. 2. Select group's score was shown about 14.7∼17 point and non-select group score was 10.6∼12.2 point with each Frame score. 3. As the percentage of strike, select group was shown increasing 31.5% and non-select group was Less than 10% except 10 Frame( 15.5% ) 4. As the spare control, select group was shown greater than 35%, less than 50%, non-select group was greater than 25%. 5. Select group was shown about 42.3 point than non-select group on Total score.

      • 柔軟性 要因과 Handspring 把持別 成績 變化에 關한 硏究

        This study is attempted to research on the factor of flexibility and Touch of Handspring, and measures 12 sophomore students on Department of physical Education in Won Kywang Univ. The results of this study are as follows; 1. It is the best point 30cm(8.92points) of Touch the others(0cm∼7.92, 15cm∼8.48) 2. There are the more shorter of Touch-distance the more higher Correlation of the factor of flexibility (0cm∼0.64, 15cm∼0.49, 30cm∼0.42) 3. Bending to left (0cm∼0.74, 15cm∼0.54, 30cm∼0.52) is the higher correlation the other on the factor of flexibility and each Touches. 4. There are significance on increasing results in Touching on the analysis of Variance. 5. There are significance on increasing results in exercising on the analysis of Variance.
