본 연구는 미성취 영재아의 특성을 파악하고 그들에게 필요한 상담에 대해 살펴보기 위함이다. 그들은 학업성적이 영재아 집단에서 하위 30% 위치하며, 130이상의 지능지수를 갖고 있는 아동으로 지적인 능력이 뛰어난 반면에 학습장애적인 면은 나타나지 않으나 능력만큼 성취를 제대로 못하는 영재아를 말한다.<BR> 미성취 영재아에게 효과적인 상담으로는 개인상담, 집단상담, 가족상담이 있다. 미성취 영재아의 개인상담은 영재아의 개인적인 문제를 다룰 때 효과적으로 접근할 수 있으며, 자신감을 잃어버리고 문제아로 인식되고 있는 영재아들에게 그들의 숨겨진 재능을 발견할 수 있도록 자신감 회복에 도움을 줄 수 있다.<BR> 둘째, 학습부진 영재아는 높은 지능에 비해서 학업성적이 뒤떨어지는 아동을 말하는데, 이들의 주요한 원인도 성인에 의해서 또는 가족간의 상호작용의 불일치로 인해서 부적절한 자아를 형성하게 되며 이로 인한 학교생활의 순응이 점점 더 어려워짐을 알 수 있었다.<BR> 학습부진 영재아들의 상담유형도 미성취 영재아들과 마찬가지로 부모를 포함한 아동의 개인상담과 집단상담으로 제시될 수 있다.<BR> 셋째, 영재아에게 또래관계에서 부적응을 보이는 영재아들에게 제공할 수 있는 대표적인 상담기법으로는 또래상담(peer counseling)을 들 수 있다. 또래관계에서 부적응을 보이는 영재아에게 또래상담은 성공적인 사회적 관계를 학습하는데 필요한 사회적 기술과 지식을 습득하여 사회구성원으로서의 자질을 기를 뿐 아니라, 또래와 자신을 비교해 보면서 긍정적인 자아개념을 형성하여 성역할을 배운다. This study is to investigate the counseling for the gifted children with maladjustment. The necessity of counseling for the gifted children is on the rise in order to solve the gifted children"s worry and conflict, who spent more sensitive childhood and adolescence than the normal children. But, it brings out the national loss as well as the gifted children"s loss because of the adult"s lack of understanding for the gifted children.<BR> Recently Korea, at the beginning stage for the education for the gifted children, still has a lot of subjects to solve for the execution of personal counseling or group counseling as an object of the gifted children. Nevertheless, we cannot overlook simply the gifted children with the problems of maladjustment like the difficulties of personal relations frequently shown in the gifted children, the outcast from the peer group, and the difficulties of adaptation, etc.<BR> Accordingly, the primary purpose of this study was to recognize the peculiar individual difference that the gifted children with the maladjustment have and to understand their problems. And, it was to investigate the counseling for the uncompleted gifted children, the underachieved gifted children, and the gifted children with the maladjustment in the peer relations at the emotional educational level.

효과적인 은퇴설계를 위한 은퇴코칭모델(RE-TIRE) 개발 연구

본 연구는 은퇴설계에 코칭기법의 체계적 대화법을 적용하여 은퇴설계의 필요성을 인식하고 실행력을 향상시키기 위해 ‘효과적인 은퇴설계를 위한 은퇴코칭모델(RE-TIRE)’을 개발하였다. 문헌검토를 통해 모델초안을 개발하였고, 은퇴설계와 코칭분야 전문가들의 타당도 검증을 통해 수정, 보완하였다. 최종 은퇴코칭모델은 총 5단계로 구성되었다. 첫째, 라포형성과 임파워링으로 구성된 RE(rapport and empowerment)단계는 ‘관계형성’으로 코치와 은퇴설계를 받으려는 사람 간의 라포를 형성하는 단계이다. 둘째, T(target establishment)단계는 ‘목표설정’으로 대화의 주제를 선정하고 목표를 설정하는 단계이다. 셋째, I(identification)단계는 ‘계획수립’으로 은퇴설계 목표를 달성하기 위한 큰 계획을 수립하는 단계이다. 넷째, R(realization)단계는 ‘실행’으로 계획의 구체적인 수행일정과 방법을 스스로 수립하는 단계이다. 다섯째, E(evaluation)단계는 ‘평가’로 코칭 세션 동안 느낀 점을 공유하고 향후 계획과 실행방안을 보완하는 단계이다. In this study, we have developed a retirement coaching model for effective retirement planning by applying systematic conversation of the coaching technique. A draft of the retirement coaching model was complemented by the validity verification of experts. The retirement coaching model can be summarized as follows. The first step, rapport and empowerment(RE), consists of sharing the image of a happy retirement after establishing a rapport between the coach and the people wanting to prepare for retirement. The second step, target establishment(T), consists of setting the theme and goals of the conversation. The third step, identification(I), consists of developing a retirement plan for achieving the established goals. The fourth step, realization(R), consists of establishing a concrete schedule and a method of retirement planning. The fifth step, evaluation(E), consists of sharing impressions during coaching sessions, which facilitates future action plans.

QSCC II의 아동용 검사지 활용 가능성에 대한 연구

The study is a basic research on the possibility of utilizing the test sheet applicable to the parents or children in the clinic of child psychical cure in Korea by QSCC II. As for the verified QSCC II in validity through a master's thesis and a doctoral thesis in Korea, it was composed of the contents below in order to utilize the test sheet for the children. First, this study investigated the concept and classification of four images of four types constitutions by Sasang Constitutional Medicine and the characteristics of four types constitutions divided into Taeyang-in, Taeeum-in, Soyang-in, and Soeumin according to character and appearance in order to investigate the theory of four types constitutions. Second, this study investigated the Oriental constitutions and Western constitutions through the prerequisite research related to the domestic and foreign countries. Third, this study examined the prerequisite research on the validity of QSCC II first, and it investigated it through the prerequisite research related to Korea whether this QSCC II could be applied to the clinic of domestic child psychical cure. Also, this study investigated how the research on the four types constitutions related to the children was realized. Finally, this study was to develop the test sheet for the children with the items of QSCC II by each field, and it was to suggest whether it could be applied to the clinic of child psychical cure.
