This study is to make a comparison investigation between the items inspection to be controlled and the imported cargo inspection to improved the logistics flow of the imported air cargo with particular reference to cargo selectivity. As a result of the dual system has been operated to inspect the imported cargo in Korea, though it has been efficiently protected the society and local industry, and intercepted the illegal trade, collected the accuracy customs revenue, according to put within a country of imported cargo, have been acted as the factors disturbed the fast and, efficient logistics flow. To performed the cargo inspection has improve the international logistics flow, it is unite and operate with has best choice, but to consider actual event, the dual cargo inspection system is gradually have been united is to be good.

중국 물류정책의 변화와 저탄소 경제 대응에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 저탄소 경제로의 패러다임 변화에 따른 중국 물류정책의 변화와 정책적 대응방향에 대해 살펴보았다. 우선 중국 물류산업의 에너지 소비 및 탄소 배출관련 수치가 높게 나타나 중국 물류산업이 직면하고 있는 저탄소 물류방식의 개발 수요가 매우 크다고 평가된다. 그러나 중국의 저탄소경제 정책 추진 방식은 자발적 시장원리에 따르기보다는 목표달성을 위한 하향식 강제 집행에 더 의존하고 있으며, 이에 따라 향후 저탄소 경제에 대응하는 중국 물류정책의 방향은 다음과 같이 전개될 것으로 예상된다. 첫 번째로 물류 네트워크의 최적화를 통해 물류 에너지 낭비를 줄이는 저탄소 개발을 추진할 것으로 판단된다. 두 번째로 물류 기기 및 장비의 저탄소화를 통해 물류관리 저탄소화를 실현할 것으로 예상된다. 세 번째로 친환경 회수물류 등 저탄소 경제성장수요에 적합한 물류모드를 적극 개발할 것으로 예상된다. 저탄소경제와 신에너지 산업 발전의 3대 요인은 정책, 기술과 자금이며, 그 중 정부의 정책이 가장 결정적인 역할을 하고 있다. 중국 경제의 특성상, 정부의 정책의 산업발전에 미치는 영향은 매우 중요하며, 중국의 산업 구조 조정을 위해서도 정부의 물류산업 분야에 있어서 녹색경제 성장정책 지원은 그 역할이 매우 클 것으로 예상된다. This paper deal with government logistics policy in related low carbon in China. The government policy of promoting low-carbon way is more dependent on the top-down enforcement rather than voluntary market principles. It will succeeded in transforming the environment-friendly image, to focus on creating a mindset the company can go on voluntary carbon-reduction. The three factors of low-carbon economy and the new energy and industrial development policy is technology and funding, and that most of the government's policy has a crucial role. Due to the nature of the Chinese economy, government policies impact on the development of the industry is very important, and even for China's industrial restructuring of the logistics industry in the areas of government policy support for green economic growth, its role is expected to be very large. In Future, Chinese government will promote low carbon policies through the optimization of the logistics network to reduce energy waste, pursue the low carbon-reduction of logistics machinery and equipment, and develop an mode to appropriate demand for green low-carbon economic growth.

부산 국제공동물류센터 경제적 타당성 및 운영에 관한 연구

Thus the purpose of this study is to examine feasibility study of construction of International Common Distribution Center in Busan Port area and present its master plan. For this aim, based on the case studies of domestic and overseas distribution center's construction and operation scheme, the study survey tenant demand and conduct economical analysis. Furthermore, the study suggest policy recommendations on construction and operational scheme of International Common Distribution Center in Busan Port area. According to survey results of tenant demand, the tenant intention of respondents is much higher and about 59% of respondents prefer to 7,000-8,000 won/㎡ as a resonable rent. The demand of International Common Distribution Center, which added basic cargo volume and new cargo volume, estimated about 23,000 TEU and the calculation of estimated facility scale come up to total 35,200㎡. The result of economical analysis reveals as follows: the value of Benefit-Cost ratio is 1.37, Net Present Value 18.808, and Internal Rate of Return 12.48%. And the public-sector development project is the most relevant method for the construction scheme of International Common Distribution Center in Busan Port area. Because the advantages of this development type are as follows: the guarantee of participation of local small and medium companies, easy fund raising by involvement of public sector, and smooth project process by establishment of special purpose company. In respect of operation scheme, private sector should be responsible for the operational accountability of International Common Distribution Center because of attraction of new freight forwarder, guarantee of cargo volume and business responsibility.

This paper has been proposed the entry scheme for logistics market in Uzbekistan, emerging as strategic importance. And now the conditions of logistics market in Uzbekistan is estimated the poor, but be evaluated the growth potential as very high, especially air transport hub. So, this paper has been conducted the analysis about the opportunity-risk factors the logistics market of Uzbekistan, then proposed as a promising business by chapters on logistics market. Finally, This paper has been proposed the entry scheme for logistics market in Uzbekistan is divided into pre-survey, entrance and operating in the market. In conclusion, Korean Logistics companies when entering in Uzbekistan, even securing new market in addition to pioneering a new path must be considered.

북중국 환적화물 유치를 위한 부산항 마케팅 전략에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 북중국 항만의 컨테이너 물동량 변화추이, 항만시설 현황 및 선사들의 기항패턴 분석과 중국 현지 항만운영 당국 및 해운회사 관계자들과의 면담조사를 통해 부산항환적물량에 미치는 영향과 이에 따른 고객관리 측면에서의 마케팅전략을 검토 제시하였다. 분석결과 세부적인 부산항 마케팅전략으로 북중국 항만별 타겟선사 선정과 외국적 타겟선사에 대하여 차별적인 서비스 제공, 타겟선사 개별방문 마케팅 및 정례화 추진, 부산항을 모항으로 하는 국적선사에 대한 이탈방지 마케팅 강화, 부산항 이용 환적선사 초청행사 개최, 환적화물 추이 동향분석 조사연구 기능 강화와 같은 차별화된 마케팅전략 및 신규 환적화물 유치를 위한 시장개척의 일환으로 상설적 포트세일즈단 구성 및 운영, 중국 중소형 항만과의 전략적 제휴(Port Alliance) 확대 등을 제안하였다. 끝으로 고객관리 측면의 미래지향적인 부산항 마케팅전략의 수립이 필요함을 제안하였다. Purpose : The purpose of this study is to suggest the efficient marketing strategy for Busan Port to attract the Transshipment(T/S) cargo in North China, by investigating the market share, growth of T/S cargo volume and interviewing the shipping companies and Chinese port authorities. Research design, data, methodology : This paper takes qualitative research method as it interviewed shipping companies and Chinese port authorities. Results : According to the result of analysis, the relevant marketing strategies of Busan port are suggested as follows: determining of target shipping company; provision of differential service for each foreign shipping companies; efforts to prevent national shipping company from leaving Busan Port; holding the Busan Port visit day for T/S shipping companyt; intension of research study for industrial trend analysis; operation of delegation for permanent port sales and expansion of port alliance with small and medium port in China, and so on. Conclusions : This paper has proposed the establishment of future-oriented marketing strategy in terms of customer management for Busan port.

This paper deal with government policy in related Eco-Friendly logistics in Korea, China and Japan. Chinese government policy of promoting low-carbon way is more dependent on the top-down enforcement rather than voluntary market principles. And Japan has been promoting the green logistics plan associated with all sectors of society based on cooperative system. On the other hand Korea has been promoting policy of intermediate step between China and Japan, mainly lead by central government. Therefore Korean government has to promote green logistics policies through the optimization of the logistics network to reduce energy waste, pursue the low carbon-reduction of logistics machinery and equipment, and develop an mode to appropriate demand for green low-carbon economic growth.

한국 물류기업의 중국시장 진출방안에 관한 제언

본 논문은 WTO 가입 이후 시장 개방이 확대되고 있는 중국 물류시장여건과 문제점을 분석하고 향후 글로벌 네트워크 구축의 교두보를 확보하기 위한 전략의 일환으로서 우리나라 물류기업의 중국 물류시장 진출을 위한 기본방향을 제시하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 그 방안으로 첫째, 중국진출의 목적을 명확히 하고 둘째, 진출지역 및 물류서비스 제공지역에 대한 세분화를 통해 표적시장 선택을 해야 하며 셋째, 중국에서 물류사업에 진출하기 위해서는 현지 파트너와의 제휴가 반드시 있어야 하며 마지막으로 중국 물류시장에 대한 충분한 사전조사를 통한 경쟁우위 발굴과 진출지역 및 물류수요에 대한 정보획득이 필수적임을 제시하였다. The purpose of this paper is to study basic direction to enter the market of China logistics as a part of the strategy for build global network by Korean logistics corporations from now on. To achieved this, we analysed the circumstances and problems of China logistics, and the key of result is as following. The first is clearly presented the purpose of entrance forward China. The second is, to choice target market, needed market segmentation on the entrance area and providing logistics service area. The third is, to enter the market of China logistics, essential needed building the relationship with local partners. Lastly is essential achieved the information about catch up the competitive advantage, target area and demand of logistics through sufficient pre-survey on the market of China logistics.
