        과학기술위성 3호 홀추력기 추진계 개발

        최신기술이 적용된 천구조 복합재 위성인 과학기술위성 3호 (STSAT-3)가 국내 최초로 재발 되었으며 2011년 발사예정이다. 모든 위성과 마찬가지로 과기 3호에는 다수의 탑재체가 탑재될 예정이며 그 주된 목적은 선진 우주기술의 과학적 검증에 있다. 제논 가스를 연료로 하는 홀추력기가 국내 최초로 개발되어 지상시험을 거친 후 과기3호에 탑재되었다. 본 연구는 홀추력기 개발에 적용된 전반적언 개발기술, 절차, 기능 빛 환경시험에 대한 내용이며 선진 우주기술 획득 및 차후 위성개발을 위한 기술자료 축적에 그 중요성이 있다. The STSAT-3 (science and technology satellite) is the first satellite whose entire structure was made of composite materials in Korea and it will be launched later in 2011. As like other small satellites, it is also equipped with several advanced instruments whose major objectives focused on the scientific tests in space. The HPS (hall thruster propulsion system) using xenon gas as a propellant has been developed and its overall ground tests were conducted. This research emphasizes on the technologies and procedure applied to the development of the entire HPS and its function and environment tests.

        온라인 축산물 유통 실태 조사

        This study is aimed to find out distribution status of online-market livestock products by purchasing and examining 120 cases of livestock products (seasoned meat: 17, 33 cases of packaged meat, 23 cases of ground meat, 19 cases of ham, 11 cases of sausage, 4 cases of bacon, 1 case of meat processing, 8 cases of Meat extract processed, and 4 cased of Dry storage of meat) at 17 On-line markets from April to August. 2015. We checked the weight of them first, and carried out ingredients test for each of processed meats. And we performed gene screening test on the products which were labelled ‘Hanwoo’ to investigate that the products were made of Korean native cattle. we also carried out test of identifying domestic animal species on ham, sausage and ground processed products. After weighing all products, we could know that all of them were delivered more than labelled weight or in allowable error. The result values of test which measured level of preservatives, Nitrite, Volatile Basic Nitrite (VBN), and tar Color by the type of processed meat products were in permissible range or not detected. Also, 17 beefs inspected Korean native cattle gene test were confirmed that they were made by real korean native cattle. But 2 cases of Ham, sausage, and ground processed products had difference between label and goods. In this study, we could make a decision that livestock products, distributed in On-line markets, were safe and expect to make higher degrees of hygiene for livestock products seller. Futhermore, we hoped result of this study could be used by basic data for progressive national policy decisions.

        인공호흡기 적용환자에서 폐쇄형 기도흡인 전·후 과환기와 과산소 적용의 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of hyperventilation and hyperoxygenation before and after endotracheal suctioning using closed-suction system on mechanically ventilated patients. Method: We selected 20 patients who were mechanically ventilated and randomly assigned into 4 groups according to the type of treatments using repeated measure. We applied 3 types of treatment, hyperventilation, hyperoxygenation, hyperventilation+hyperoxygenation, and no treatment and measured physiologic effects-SpO_(2), HR and, mena BP. Result: There were no significant differences between the group with no treatment and the group with hyperventilation, before and after endotracheal suctioning using closed-suction system(SpO_(2)(p=.693), HR(p=.970) and mean BP(p=.638)). There were no significant differences between the group with no treatment and the group with hyperoxygenation before and after endotracheal suctioning using closed-suction system(SpO_(2)(p=.693), HR(p=.970) and mean BP(p=.638)). There were no significant differences between the group with no treatment and the group with hyperventilation hyperoxygenation before and after endotracheal suctioning using closed-suction system(SpO_(2)(p=.693), HR(P=.970) and mean BP(P=.638)). Conclusion: As the results, all of the methods, hyperventilation, hyperoxygenation, and hyperventilation hyperoxygenation can be used when nurses apply endotracheal suctioning using closed-suction systems. In case of hypoxemic patients, hyperoxygenation is recommended for prevention of deoxygenation due to endotracheal suctioning using closed-suction systems.
