        의료기관 근무환경이 긍정감정에 미치는 영향 : 심리적 안전감의 매개효과

        Objectives : This study aims to verify whether psychological safety experienced in the job process mediates the relationship between the multifaceted workplace climate and the positive climate of medical institutions. Methods : The survey was conducted using online questionnaires from April 28 to May 1, 2020 for workers in hospitals. Results : First, the safety and service climates of hospitals' workplace climate had a significant effect on psychological safety. Second, all factors of hospitals‘ workplace climate showed a significant effect on the positive display climate, and the safety and service climates of hospitals’ workplace climate showed a significant effect on the positive experiential climate. Third, psychological safety partially mediated the relationship between service climate and positive experiential climate. Conclusions : It is necessary to build a desirable workplace climate that can promote management efficiency and establish affective management strategies. In addition, it is important to establish a positive affect climate strategy to improve mutual trust.

        SNS 정보 특성이 병원선택과 만족에 미치는 영향

        This study is to confirm that SNS information characteristics have an effect on choosing hospital care and satisfaction on hospital. This study is conducted with a total of 301 respondents (150 of document investigation and 151 of mobile SNS research) from 16th January 2014 to 29th January. 168 respondents who have experience to collect SNS health information within 6 months recently was selected subject of analysis. In the results, we could confirm the followings. The reliability among SNS information characteristics has effect on convenience that is source of choosing hospital care. The reliability and agreement have effect on the professionalism among source of choosing hospital care. In the influence on having hospital satisfaction, the more reliable and agreeable, the more increasing of hospital satisfaction. In the influence between hospital choice element and hospital satisfaction, the more convenient and service available, the more increasing of hospital satisfaction. In conclusion, it is expecting to contribute SNS managers or marketer of medical institutions to taking out commitment on medical consumer’s SNS.

        재즈 피아노의 즉흥연주 기법 연구

        1900년대 항구도시인 뉴올리언즈에는 다양한 민족과 인종들이 뒤섞여 대혼란을 이루고 있는 시기였다. 아프리카에서 끌려온 흑인노예들이 불렀던 노동요, 영가, 블루스와 영국 민요, 프랑스의 민속음악과 발레음악, 스페인의 춤곡, 군악대의 행진곡 등이 크레올의 래그타임(Rag Time)등과 뒤섞여 문화적인 다양성을 가지게 되었고 이러한 상황이 초기의 재즈로 발전하는 계기가 되었다. 20세기 역사상 가장 대중적이고 대중들의 사랑을 많이 받았던 스윙 재즈, 즉 비밥은 빅 밴드의 편곡위주로 연주되던 스윙 재즈와는 달리 소규모 악기편성을 선호하였고 ‘즉흥연주’가 전면으로 나서게 된 재즈의 변형된 형태로 발전하게 되었다. 비밥의 빠르고 복잡한 코드진행에 반기를 들고 새로운 스타일을 개척한 쿨 재즈를 비롯해 20년 전의 비밥보다 훨씬 더 강도 높게 재즈의 전통으로 부터 근본적인 단절을 꾀한 양식으로 받아들여진 프리 재즈가 탄생하게 된다. 재즈의 역사의 중심에 있었던 마일스 데이비스가 재즈에 록(Rock) 비트를 도입하면서 시작된 퓨전 재즈 등으로 발전되었다. 이렇게 시대별로 각기 다른 이름으로 발전해온 재즈의 매력은 ‘즉흥연주’에 있다고 볼 수 있다. 시대별로 코드 진행과 스케일, 리듬 등에 약간의 스타일적인 변화가 있었지만 결국 21세기를 살고 있는 지금의 연주자들도 재즈의 연주에서 제일 중요하게 생각하는 것은 다름 아닌 ‘즉흥연주’이다. 같은 시대에 살면서 음악활동을 했던 유명 연주자들도 그 시대의 전체적인 분위기를 따라 가면서 각기 다른 자신만의 연주 스타일을 가지고 있었다. 그렇기 때문에 똑같은 곡을 연주해도 헤드는 비슷하게 연주 하지만 솔로 부분에서는 각기 다른 자기만의 즉흥연주 스타일을 표현하게 되는 것이다. The 1900s in New Orleans, the harbor city, was indeed an era of confusion because there were various ethnic groups and races. Songs that had been sung by slaves taken from Africa, Black spiritual music, blues, British folk songs, French folk music, ballet music, Spanish dance music, and the march of military bands were mixed with Rag Time to achieve diversity. This developed the beginning of jazz. While swing jazz was most popular and loved by the public during the 20th century, the bebop preferred the small scale organization of musical instruments and developed as a form of jazz featuring the impromptu musical performances. Later, cool jazz, a new style involving the fast and complicated code progress, emerged with free jazz, which features the fundamental rupture from the tradition of the jazz. Miles Davis, who introduced the rock beat in jazz, started fusion jazz. Although jazz has been named differently depending on the era, the main attraction of jazz lies on improvisation. In other words, despite a small changes in code progress and rhythm, the most important thing the player considers is improvisation. Some famous players who lived in the same era followed the whole atmosphere but each had their own style. So, even when they did play the same song, they revealed their style in solo parts despite the same head.

        의료기관 사회적 책임(HSR)활동의 IPA 평가

        Objectives: We analyzed the importance and performance of hospital social responsibility (HSR) according to the characteristics of hospitals, and presented strategies for HSR activities. Methods: An online HSR questionnaire was sent to hospitals nationwide from October 12 to 26, 2018. The 206 responses received were analyzed in accordance with the IPA to assess the performance and importance of HSR. Results: There was a statistically significant difference between the employees and hospitals regarding the importance and performance of HSR activities. In the area of “sustained maintenance”, items related to consumer issues such as “compliance with personal information processing policy”, “patient confidentiality”, “fair information provision”, and “system for patient safety and infection prevention” were derived. In the area of “'high priority for improvement”, there were three common items between hospitals and general hospitals: “regular donations and support from local communities”, “active cooperation with related institutions”, and “compliance with process-related laws and regulations”. In the area of ​​“low priority”, four items were derived: “support for employee participation in community activities”, “efforts to hire local residents”, “education and cultural programs for local communities”, and “transparent support for political activities”. In the area of ​​“sublation of excessive efforts”, two items of “employee welfare efforts” and “efforts to improve labor relations”, were commonly found in hospitals and general hospitals. Conclusions: It is necessary to improve the management efficiency of hospitals by the systematic allocation of manpower and resources through the establishment of four regional strategies based on the results of IPA analysis.

        의료기관의 사회적 책임활동(HSR)이 조직건강성과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: This study was conducted to analyze the effect of hospital social responsibility(HSR) activities on organizational health and customer orientation. Methods: We conducted an online survey with hospital employees and analyzed the questionnaires of 206 selected respondents. A regression analysis was performed to determine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Results: First, 'consumer issues', 'community involvement and development', and 'fair operating practice' factors in HSR influenced 'medical environment suitability' in organizational health. The 'fair operating practice' factor in HSR affected 'management environment suitability' and 'community orientation' in organizational health. The 'labor practices' factor in HSR affected 'practices suitability' and 'vitality' in organizational health. Second, the activities on 'consumer issues' and 'environment' in HSR have influenced 'Reliability', 'Reactivity' and 'Tangibility' in Customer Orientation. The activities on 'consumer issues' have affected 'Empathy'. Conclusions: The results of this study provide a positive direction for medical institutions as they conduct HSR activities and provide a basis for establishing effective HSR strategies.

        의료기관 사회적 책임활동 측정 도구개발 및 타당화

        Objectives : This study aimed to develop tools to measure the social responsibility activities of hospitals using ISO 26000 and to verify the validity and reliability of the developed tools. We verified the content and structural validity, as well as the internal consistency of the proposed measurement tool for hospitals' social responsibility. Methods : We conducted an online survey on hospitals/employees from Feb 26 to Mar 12, 2018, and analyzed selected 197 respondents from the survey by removing incomplete responses. Results : The developed hospitals' CSR (HSR) measurement tool consists of 36 items with 5 factors: "consumer issues", "labor practices", "community involvement & development", "fair operating practice", and "environment". Analysis revealed high reliability with Cronbach' alpha of 0.981. Conclusions : It was verified that the developed HSR tool fully reflected hospital characteristics. This tool can be used to diagnose hospitals' social responsibility and to support strategic decision on social responsibility.

        ISO 26000 적용을 위한 의료기관의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 고찰

        Objectives : As the management philosophy of hospital social responsibility is diversified, we systematically reviewed the literature to apply ISO 26000 to the monitoring of social responsibility activities in accordance with social needs and changes. Methods : PubMed Database, NDSL and RISS were searched for articles related to CSR based on ISO 26000. The articles were classified according to aims, methods and results. Results : There is a lack of research and development of the CSR tools of hospitals, including human rights, labor practices, and consumer issues, which are parts of the seven key topics of ISO 26000. Conclusions : Based on ISO 26000 as an international standard for social responsibility activities, it is necessary to develop a measurement tool for social responsibility activities that reflects legal and institutional situations of Korean hospitals.
