        컴퓨터 응용분야의 확대로 산업 전 분야에 걸쳐 자동화 시스템의 도입이 촉진되고 있다. 이러한 자동화 시스템은 실시간 메카니즘 제어를 기반으로 하는 로봇(Robot), 수치제어기(NC), 프로그램형 제어기(PC), 분산제어시스템(DCS) 등으로 구성된다. 그러므로, 본 논문에서는 이들을 제어하기 위한 시간제약구문을 갖는 실시간 메카니즘 제어 언어를 제안하고 이를 이용하여 실행시간 분석기법을 개발함으로써 컴파일 시간에 실행시간의 예측이 가능하도록 하였다.

        장기간의 운동이 시설거주 여성노인의 신체구성, 심혈관 건강 및 등속성 하지근력에 미치는 효과

        The purpose in this study was to examine the effect of 18 months exercise program has on body composition, cardiovascular health and isokinetic leg strength in older women living in residential aged care facilities. Nine healthy older women (> 65 yrs) without any overt clinical disease participated in the planed exercise program (2-3 d/wk, 60-70 min/d). Body composition, cardiovascular health, and isokinetic leg muscle strength were measured at pre-intervention, 6-month after intervention, 12-month after intervention, and 18-month after intervention with the same standard operating procedure. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA with repeated measures, and Bonferroni post-hoc. In this study, the long-term exercise did not make any change in body weight and body mass index. However, body fat mass and percent body fat were significantly decreased and fat free mass was significantly increased. After the long-term exercise, resting heart rate and blood pressure did not change, but maximal heart rate was significantly increased. In terms of muscle strength, the long-term exercise significantly enhanced bilateral leg muscle strength at all offered isokinetic conditions (60°/sec, 180°/sec, and 240°/sec). To conclude, the long-term exercise intervention has a positive effect on body composition and leg muscle strength in older women living in residential aged care facilities.

        시설 거주 여성노인의 체질량지수 차이가 신체 구성, 심폐 적성과 슬관절 등속성 근력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose in this study was to identify the effect of BMI difference on body composition, cardiopul-monary, low extremity muscular functions in institutionalized elderly women over than 65 years. The sixty-two elderly women over 65 ages involved voluntary in this study. All of them were healthy status that have no problem with cardiorespiratory and muscular condition. They were separated normal(18.5-22.9kg/m2, n=25), overweight(23-24.9 kg/m2, n=16), obesity group(over than 25kg/m2, n=21) by BMI. They measured body composition, cardiopulmonary, low extremity muscular function test. The data was analyzed by using descrip-tive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and Ducan post-hoc. The results are below; First, Obesity groups displayed increased Weight, Fat mass, %body fat, BMI factors compared to normal groups. Second, Obesity groups displayed increased rest diastolic blood pressure, peak systolic blood pressure, peak diastolic blood pressure compared to normal groups. as well as, Obesity groups displayed decreased peak heart rate compared to normal groups. Third, Obesity and overweight groups displayed increased isokinetic strength of 60° compared to normal groups. In conclusion, The BMI differences observed among groups in their factors. The more BMI increases, the worse the obesity related fitness factors is in institutionalized elderly women over than 65 years.

        폴리프로필렌 섬유를 혼입한 고강도 콘크리트의 화재피해 후 중성화 평가

        최근 국내·외 건축물들의 초고층화·대형화에 따라 고강도 콘크리트의 사용이 날로 증가하고 있으나 이러한 고강도 콘크리트는 일반강도 콘크리트에 비해 화재에 의한 콘크리트단면의 폭렬현상이 가장 심각한 문제점으로 지적되고 있다. 이에 따라 내화성능 향상대책으로 폴리프로필렌 섬유, 나일론 섬유 등을 혼합한 섬유혼입공법이 주로 사용되고 있다. 그러나 섬유혼입공법이 적용된 고강도 콘크리트에 대한 대다수의 연구는 주로 폭렬저감 효과에 집중되어 있으며, 화재 후 PP섬유가 용융되어 생성된 미세공극이 고강도 콘크리트의 장기내구성에 미치는 영향을 조사·분석한 연구는 거의 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 화재피해가 발생한 섬유혼입공법이 적용된 고강도 콘크리트를 가정하여 중성화시험 및 미세구조분석을 통하여 미세공극이 중성화 깊이에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 그 결과, 300℃에서 1시간만 노출되어도 콘크리트 내부의 PP섬유가 중심부까지 전부 용융되어 중성화 촉진이 원활히 진행된 것으로 나타났다. 화재 후 PP섬유가 혼입된 고강도 콘크리트는 PP섬유가 용융되어 생성된 모세관 공극의 연결성 증가 및 미세균열증가로 인해 장기내구성에 대한 심각한 피해가 우려되며, 섬유혼입공법이 적용된 고강도 콘크리트의 장기내구성에 대한 더욱 정밀한 조사 및 분석이 요구된다. In recent years, the use of high-strength concrete has increased with increasing height and enlarging scale of the buildings However, it has been pointed out that the use of high-strength concrete is the most serious problem compared to ordinary concrete in terms of the spalling of concrete cross sections caused by fires. For this reason, fiber cocktail methods, which are made of polypropylene fibers, nylon fibers, etc., are mainly used to improve the fire resistance performance. However, the majority of research on high-strength concrete to which the fiber cocktail method was applied is mainly focused on the effect of reducing spalling, and few studies have investigated and analyzed the effect of micropores produced by melting PP fibers on the long-term durability of high-strength concrete after a fire. Therefore, in this study, the effect of micropores on the depth of carbonation was examined through carbonation tests and microstructure analysis, assuming high-strength concrete to which fiber-mixed construction method was applied, which caused fire damage.

        화재피해를 입은 콘크리트의 강도수준별 내화특성 피해 진단·평가에 관한 실험적 연구

        콘크리트는 고온에 의한 열화현상이 심각한 것으로 알려져 있으므로 화재피해 건축물에 대한 신속한 진단·평가가 요구된다. 특히, 열에 의한 중성화 깊이는 화재시 콘크리트 구조물의 수열상태를 유추할 수 있는 간단하지만 매우 중요한 인자로 평가되고 있으나 페놀프탈레인 용액에 의한 중성화 깊이 평가는 과소평가되어 정확한 수열온도의 추정이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 화재피해를 입은 구조물의 열에 의한 중성화 깊이를 정량적으로 분석하고자 한다. 페놀프탈레인 용액에 의한 중성화 깊이 측정에 미량의 Ca(OH)₂일지라도 영향을 미쳐 더욱 정밀한 수열온도 추정이 요구된다. 섬유혼입공법 적용 고강도 콘크리트는 화재 후 PP섬유가 용융되어 생성된 공극으로 발생하는 내구성 피해에 대한 지속적인 연구 및 분석이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. Concrete is known to be seriously deteriorated by high temperature, so rapid diagnosis and evaluation of buildings damaged by fire are required. Especially, the depth of carbonation is considered to be a simple, but very important factor for predicting the hydrothermal state of concrete structures in case of fire. However, evaluation of carbonation depth by phenolphthalein solution is underestimated and accurate heated temperature estimation is required. In this study, we quantitatively analyze the depth of carbonation due to heat of structures damaged by fire. Even a trace amount of Ca(OH)₂ is influenced by the phenolphthalein solution to measure the depth of carbonation, and more accurate estimation of the heated temperature is required. It is necessary to continuously analyze the durability damage caused by the pores generated by melting the PP fiber after the fire.

        플로싱 밴드가 태권도 시범단의 발목 가동성, 점프력 및 평형성에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 20대의 남자 대학 태권도 시범단을 대상으로 플로싱 밴드를 적용하여 발목가동성, 점프력 및 평형성에영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 대상자는 플로싱 밴드 집단(n=11)과 통제집단(n=11)으로 무작위 배정 후 1회성 플로싱밴드트레이닝을 실시하였다. 효과를 분석하기 위해 모든 결과는 반복이원변량분석을 실시하였고, 집단 내 전, 후의차이 분석을 위해 대응표본 t-test를 적용하였다. 또한 사전변인의 동질성을 고려하여 공변량분석도 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발목의 안쪽번짐, 가쪽번짐, 발등굽힘에서 좌·우 모두 집단과 시기 간 유의한 상호작용효과가 나타나지 않았다. 좌측 발바닥쪽 굽힘에서 집단과 시기 간 유의한 상호작용이 나타났으며(p<.05), 집단 간유의한 차이가 있었다. 우측의 가쪽번짐과 발등굽힘이 유의하게 증가하였다(p<.05). 둘째, 동적 및 정적 평형성은집단과 시기 간 상호작용이 없었다. 셋째, 서전트 점프력은 집단과 시기 간 상호작용 효과는 나타나지 않았다. 결론적으로 태권도 시범단선수들에게 플로싱밴드의 1회적 훈련효과는 미비하며, 후속 연구 시에는 많은 연구 대상자, 성별, 연령, 운동경험, 플로싱밴드의 적용부위 및 처치기간, 빈도 등을 충분히 고려하여야 할 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of flossing band on Ankle ROM, Jumping power and Balance in elite Taekwondo demonstration athletes in their 20s. The subjects were randomly divided flossing band group(n=11) and control group(n=11) and then one-bout flossing band training was performed. To analyze the effect of the flossing band, repeated two-way ANOVA was performed on all results, and the paired sample t-test was to analyze the difference between before and after within the group. In addition, analysis of covariance was performed in consideration of the homogeneity of the pre-variables. The results of the study are as below: First, the ankle inversion, eversion and dorsiflexion was no significant interaction effect between group and time in both sides. There was a significant interaction between group and time of the plantar flexion on the left side(p<.05), and significant difference between groups. And eversion and dorsiflexion of the right side were significantly increased (p<.05). Second, dynamic and static balance did not show interaction effect between group and time. Third, the sargent jump was no significant interaction effect between group and time. In conclusion, the one-bout training effect of flossing bands is insignificant, and more study subjects, gender, age, exercise experience, application site, treatment period, and frequency of flossing bands are considered for the follow-up studies.

        16주 스텝-밴드 운동이 전기·후기 노인의 체구성과 SFT에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of step-band exercise on body composition and SFT(Senior Fitness Test) in the Young-Old(YOA, n=13) and the Old-Old Adults(OOA, n=19). The step-band exercise needed equipments-a steeper and a thera band was performed for 90 minutes, 2 times a week, for 16-week. Body composition, SFT were measured before and after the step-band exercise. To analyze effects of exercise results, Two-way repeated measures ANOVA was carried out by each variable. The statistical significance level was set for α=.05. The results of this study are as follows: First, Body weight, BMI and WHR significantly were decreased in all group after 16-week exercise(p<.05). BFM(body fat mass), %BF were significantly decreased in OOA after 16-week exercise(p<.05). But MM(muscle mass) was statistically increased in OOA(p<.05). Second, there was no significant an interaction related to SFT between a time and a group and the step-band exercise improved all measurements of SFT in all groups(p<.05). There was no significant differences between two groups(p<.05) in Arm curl, 2-Min step, back stretch area. These results suggest that step-band exercise improves body composition and SFT in young- and old-old adults. In this study, the step-band exercise was especially more effective to the OOA than the YOA.
