The purpose of this study was to attempt new starting motion and supply present starting motion in the 500M short track speed skating according to the center of gravity position. The center of gravity position ratio was divided starting motion into five(type A : front 80%-back 20%, type B front 70%-back 30%, type C : front 50%-back 50%, type D : front 30%-back 70%, type E : front 20%-back 80%). The three dimension motion analysis with DLT(direct linear transformation) method was executed using two video cameras. The following conclusion was that It was appear that reaction and execution time in starting motion was the most short in type B. It was characteristic that step of skaters was shorten and center of gravity position ratio was not effect to change of the step in each event. It was appear that the displacement of type D and type E were longer than that type A and type B during the starting motion. It was appear that skill types of center of gravity position ratio to the front were lower than that to the back and contract a posture. Observing the above, it was conclusion that skill type B of center of gravity position ratio to the tent was more effect than that to the back. But it is important that these skill type was most used to the competition and estimate the result.

The purpose of this study was to investigate comparison of blood lactate concentration in alpine boarders and board cross riders. Ten male athletes (five alpine board and board cross), snowboarders volunteered to participate in the experiment. All participants were performed at P resort (highest grade class slope), located in Gangwondo. Blood samples were obtained from finger tip at rest, immediately after exercise, after each of 3, 15 minute recovery for determination of lactate concentration. Statistical results were calculated by SPSS/PC window version 20.0. It was analyzed by independent t-test. The statistical level of significance was set to p<.05. The results were as the following: Blood lactate concentration was increased immediately after snowboarding and 3 minute after the recovery in board cross group showed a significant higher(p<.05) than alpine board group. Also, peak value and increasing rate of blood lactate concentration in board cross group showed a significant higher(p<.05) than alpine board group. In conclusion, it was demanded the multiple consideration of blood lactate concentration check for the analysis of precise exercise intensity in snowboard performance.
대학 골프 선수의 Pitching wedge 스윙동작의 운동학적 특성 분석

The purposes of present study were to determine the major check-points of golf swing from the review of previous studies, and to suggest additional information on the teaching theory of golf. The golf swing motion of 6 male and female elite university golf players were filmed with 16mm Locam II high speed cameras at the speed of 200f/s, and variables such as time, displacement, angle, velocity were calculated and analyzed by 3D Cinematography using DLT method. The results were: 1. Differences were shown in the ratio of weight distribution on the feet, cocking angle, take-back velocity, club-head velocity at impact depending upon the physical characteristics and club used for swing. 2. Time for the down-swing and impact were $0.27{\sim}0.29s$ in men and $0.29{\sim}0.32s$ in women, which was 1/3 of the time for the back-swing. Women showed longer total swing time than men because of longer time in back-swing, follow-through and finish. 3. Men showed larger range of motion in shoulder and knee joints than women, on the other hand women showed larger range of motion in hip joint than men. 4. Cocking motion and right elbow flexion were occurred at the top of back-swing and cocking release was occurred at the moment of impact. Maximum rotations of shoulder and hip joints were found between the top of back-swing and down-swing phase. 5. Women showed lower back-swing velocity than men, and men showed higher club velocity(men: $38.2{\sim}38.6m/s$, women: $35.1{\sim}36.4m/s$) than women.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare swing distance, swing speed of better, and appropriate weight of a bat used by a baseball player. I chose five player respectively is A-Group that are sluggers and in B-Group that are control hitters, and made them swing. And their swing forms were taken a photograph by high Sensitive Video Camera, and were digitized by Peak Video Motion Analyzer. The result of this study is follows. 1. In physical characteristic, the players" physique A-Group is better than B-Group especially in height. 2. A horizontal movement distance, a vertical movement distance, and horizontality-vertically synthetic distance of bat use by A-Group"s players are 1.682m, 1.832m, and 0.704m respectively. And horizontal movement distance, a vertical movement distance, and horizontality-vertically synthetic distance of bat use by B-Group"s players are 1.562m, 1.819m 0.675m. These results showed that A-Group"s players are longer than B-Group"s players in swing distance. 3. The average of swing speed of A bat used by A-Group"s is higher than B-Group"s players. This fact showed that when the players of A and B Group swing the same bat, A-Group"s players swing more rapidly than B-Group"s players. 4. Appropriate weight of the bats used by A and B Group are 890g and 880g each. The speed of ball after impacting with a bat is fastest in case the A-Group"s player used the bat that weighed 890g, and B-Group"s players used the bat weighed 880g.

The purpose of the study was to perform gait analysis of three different winter boots (BD, EZ, NS) and provide reference data for designing a multipurpose snowboard boots which can be used during snowboarding as well as for outdoors activities. Four male snowboarders who were from Korea Youth National Team and demonstrator participated in order to achieve the purpose of the study. Six 3D Motion analysis system (Vicon612 Motion Systems. Ltd., UK) and four force plates (AMTI ORG-6) were used to analyze the changes in kinematic and kinetic variables. Angular variables of lower limbs i.e. Peak max & min of knee and hip angles and Ground Reaction force (Fz) were calculated to measure the effect of three different winter boots on gait. The results obtained from the study are as follows: The type of vamp effected the limb moment. Soft boots (EZ) caused more hip adduction of supporting leg than stiff snowboard boots (BD) during one leg support phase and allowed bigger flexion of hip on swing leg. Wearing stiff snowboard boots (BD) caused larger hip’s internal and knee’s internal and external rotation of the supporting leg than normal winter shoes (NS). Boots type also effected the knee’s external rotation and flexion of the swing leg. Furthermore, it is considered that wearing stiff boots limited the ankle ROM due to which significant differences were also observed in knee flexion of the supporting leg.

The purpose of this study was to investigate analysis of energy expenditure of ski plate in ski players. Six male alpine ski athletes volunteered to participate in the experiment. The rotating F1 made by F Co. and existing products S1 and S2 plates used in the experiment, and the doble blind test were performed. Subjects installing F1→S1→S2 plates each performed three runs. Energy metabolic variables were obtained from portable wireless gas analyzer and polar at rest, lactate threshold (LT), and maximal oxygen uptake (VO₂max) for determination of heart rate (HR), oxygen uptake (VO₂), metabolic equivalent (MET) and energy consumption (EE). The change in HR, VO₂ and EE were more higher when installing F1 than S2 and S1 plate at the LT point. Oxygen uptake as an indicator which showed the mobilization capacity of lactic acid system during energy metabolism and the depletion of energy sources, the concentrations of fatigue substances in peripheral muscle by exercise also more increased with the increased in speed, when installing F1 plate than S2 and S2 plates.
